Cleanliness is good. They started off friendly, but then they changed. They fed my loved one, and made sure that they ate. My loved one did not like the food. They had a lot of activities but my loved one did not participate. It was too much money. My loved one loved the place. Be there with your loved ones, and interact with them ,if you put them in a facility. They cared about each other there.

Of all the places I looked at - the mission statement, the leaders, and many of the individual contributors have probably the best philosophy I've ever seen. I really struggled in the decision to even place my mom in a facility, and this particular place is the best I could find. In particular, the leaders who work there, the administrator [name removed] and the director of nursing [name removed], are phenomenal and amazing. They treat every single resident with respect and dignity. The staff definitely uses them as role models and if it wasn't for them, I don't think the place would be as excellent as it is.

The community is occasionally short-staffed, like other communities are. They do a good job in trying to cover all aspects of the jobs needed to be done to care for the residents. There are three meals a day served, and there options available to choose from. In addition to meals, the community provides snacks to the residents. Some of the activities available include: musical entertainment, exercise programs, and more for the residents to engage with.

It's been clean so far. The activities are really good, but it is up to the residents to participate. Overall,so far so good.

Talbot Park wasn’t as new as other places we toured. We were looking for something more modernized. We also didn't like the location. There was nothing wrong with Talbot Park - it was just not a fit for us.

They are having staffing issues, as are most places and are under new ownership. They're working hard to fix everything but it's going to take time. Prices are fair, rooms are larger than the competition in the area. Older but a nice place. I feel they care.

They have messed up our bill for the last 3 months now. The coordination seems to be lacking. My loved one was hospitalized twice and he was supposed to be credited back partial for the care. This month we got charged for the whole last month and the month before. We keep trying to figure it out and I get the run around and it is just a big mess. That is my only real issue with them. Other than that I really like the facility - the activities are good and he gets good care.

We chose Lorain Estates because of the proximity from the facility to our house, the enthusiasm of the staff that I talked with was very good, and the cost was lower for a reasonable level of care. The staff tries really hard. They try to get her engaged and out to do things. I have also had more communication with them than our previous facility. I would say the staff is definitely the highlight of the facility. I would recommend them to others looking.

I really like the nurses, and medical assistants. They will try to come and get loved one to eat in the cafeteria. They are very compassionate and friendly. My loved one is happy. Apartment is one of the cutest apartments in the community. It's very homey and comfortable. The food is good for, what it needs to be. My loved one thinks the food is a bit bland but they prepare the food based on the needs of the residents. They have a calendar with activities, and sometimes will have live music. They have an activities room, where the residents can do jigsaw puzzles, and they have an indoor/outdoor area. It would be nice if they offered walking or light exercises, for the residents.

The place was very friendly. It seemed like a good place, for those in late stages of dementia.

So far the community seems to be a good fit for my loved one. The staff are professional and well trained. There seems to be some internal management shifts which isn't a bad thing either. Overall it is a good community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from.

Was a nice stop on our tour visits, some things our family didn't like that the other top one in our list had to offer. Decisions to be made, everyone was very friendly and warm.

We've had a pretty good experience so far, with only a few minor issues, and some of that had to do with our person simply going through an adjustment period on his end. But it has been a good choice for him. The people are extremely friendly. Their willingness to go over and beyond and take care of the residents has been great. [name removed] in sales has been fantastic to work with. And the apartment is nice.

I would recommend Fountainview to others. However, we did have a couple of initial problems when mom moved in. Upon arrival, they gave her a wearable help call button. Three weeks after she moved in, I realized the call button wasn't working at all. They resolved it immediately, but I was concerned that it wasn't tested before they gave it to her. Also, they didn't wash her hair for the first four weeks, which is a long time. Once I brought both of those things to their attention, they quickly resolved them. Things are better now and we haven't had any other issues. Staff is ok, some are nicer than others. My mom seems to like the food very much. The facility is nice and clean. They keep mom occupied five afternoons a week with activities. I would probably recommend them. Even with our problems in the beginning, which again they addressed immediately once I brought them to their attention.

The community is very convenient for us which is something we like about it as well as their willingness to work with us. Sometimes they are not the best at returning calls so the communication is a struggle. They do have great activities for the residents who want to participate in them and we would recommend the Morningside of Bellgrade to other families.

It's a beautiful facility. The staff are really caring. I like them - they're all very nice and good people. There's just not enough of them. You do need to advocate for your loved one, but that's pretty true anywhere you would go due to short staffing. Also related to staffing, they don't have enough people to help residents who need assistance get food to their table during meals. The apartment is wonderful with a wonderful view. She has a little patio and gets to see wildlife.

Hi, I am doing good at HayCreek Lodge. I am glad that I chose this place to live in. Staff and residents are great. I am in independant living and have my car here. I have rented a garage space in the basement as it is easy to get to. The place is secure 24 hrs. We have a code to use to get in. There are only about 48 residents here and I know most of them already. There are a lot of fun activities here which I enjoy.

Out tour at Brookdale Park Place was good. The facility was very nice and well kept. Their memory care unit just felt too large for my loved one.

What really stood out to us was the quarters, we thought the apartments were excellent. The cleanliness of the community is excellent, the staff members are extremely friendly and based on my experience here so far I would recommend them to other families.

We are completely happy with the cleanliness of the community we have never seen any dirt or messes when we come to visit. The staff members are super friendly never had any issues there. The food that is served out of a can that has extremely high sodium. When we come to visit it is just instant potatoes, fish sticks, mac n cheese, there are no fresh greens, fresh fruits or salads. It is just cafeteria mass produced food, we are not happy. Our loved one is very active for being on the memory care there are no activities and we do not want our loved one to deteriorate anymore. There needs to be more stimulation and exercises especially for what we are paying for monthly. Once the quality of meals improve and there are more activities we will be happy.
