Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a great experience, their staff team are phenomenal and that was their biggest selling point

I toured this facility and it was nice!

We have had a very good experience with Mt Arlington Senior Living. The nursing care provided is excellent. The aids have all been very good. I would recommend Mt. Arlington to others looking.

Our stay at Kessler's Memory Care Neighborhood was a very difficult decision for my siblings and me. It was becoming increasingly evident that we could no longer take care of Mom at home. We felt we had some pretty high standards a facility would have to provide for us to even consider one. The fact Kessler's had a secured area for Memory Care was imperative to us. The common area where residents could socialize also was important. Mom had her own apartment which she could decorate as she liked, and we could visit as often as we wished. The NP was super. Mom had access to a nurse 24/7; we cannot give enough praise to the the nursing staff. There were also those outstanding aides that went above and beyond. The availability of the administrative staff was excellent. They were very attentive to our wishes and concerns. Entering and exiting was no exception. We were greeted and sent home with a smile and a caring word. So, a difficult decision proved to be the Best Place for Mom.

The least amount of time you can do a respite stay at Tuscany Villas is a month. It is a great place and [name removed] was lovely. The rooms were great as well. The end result was not what we wanted, but I do not blame that on Tuscany Villas.

Mom is doing great at Rochester Estates. The staff are very good to her. Everybody is very caring and on top of her needs. They're always in communication with me. The facility is very nice. I have no complaints other than the food is terrible - it just needs more flavor.

They are very family oriented and good to the residents. They do offer a lot. it's a larger community, and I thought It was the best fit for my loved one, and it's not. They need to itemize charges and be clearer with ther billing process. The staff is very nice and attentive. Overall, I would recommend.

This is a good place for a more elderly loved one. The staff were easy to communicate with when we had questions. The community provides housekeeping and laundry services once a week. There are three meals a day served and there were choices for the residents to choose from. The residents had the option of having food delivered or eating in the dining room.

Overall, our experience here has been ok. My loved one is being taken care of, I just wish she could be given a little bit more personal attention. Every time I go to visit her, she's just sitting in the TV room. The food quality could improve as far as being healthier. It doesn't seem like there's enough attention put into food served to those with dietary needs/concerns (ie: high blood pressure or diabetes). I think they could benefit from working with a dietician. Housekeeping is good, they keep up with that and it shows. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. I'm not sure if they have enough staff, but they're getting the job done. I will say, they really do seem to have great knowledge and understanding of caring for Dementia and Alzheimer patients. All in all, my loved one is getting the best care obtainable within her budget. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I think that it is run more like a business rather than a care facility. Because it is split between independent living and assisted living, there is a little bit of a disconnect. I do feel that it was more about sales than it was about the individual care.

I toured this community and it was nice, it was our second choice.

This is a good place. Brookdale Park Place is mid-range on pricing. The staff communication with the family has been good. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from. There is no housekeeping that is provided in my loved one's unit. There is a small full kitchen in the apartment. There is communal washer and dryers in the hallways for the residents to use.

Good community, we though the fit would be better for our loved one at another community we saw.

The staff at Magnolia Springs are great. They seem really concerned about me and my needs. The only problem area is the food . It is just not like my wife's home cooking. I win at BINGO a lot. I like the weekly "Joy Ride".

I recommend this community to all family members looking for a place for their loved ones.

I have lived at Brookdale Edina for 5 years. During that time I have made friends that will last the rest of my life. I always those who ask that the best thing about Brookdale Edina are the other residents that live here. The staff gives us the opportunity to thrive as individuals but also feel rooted in a community
