The meals are usually pretty good, but sometimes not appealing. Housekeeping is good, but when they do my brother's laundry, they put it on the shelf in his closet. This presents a fall risk if my brother tries to reach it. This frustrates my brother. The staff was outstanding during the move-in process. They made it easy and relatively stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bedford Estates. It's a nice property, and I believe my brother is receiving excellent care.

My husband and I have lived here for over two years. We find the staff and residents very congenial. Though the staff may be stressed out and working very hard, everyone puts on a happy face for the residents in their care. There are many activities afforded the residents and they are free to form small clubs of their own, i.e. book club, puzzle club, walking club, etc. Their are many entertainers from the outside who visit throughout the month to give a variety of music and thought-provoking presentations. The dining room provides balanced and tasty meals with a good variety and choices of standard fare if a resident doesn't like the entrees prepared at a meal.

The staff at Brookdale Edina is the friendliest of any facility that I've experienced. They are helpful and kind. The move in process was easy. Great taste on the food, though it could use more rotating of the general daily menu. The cleanliness is good. The care services are great. I would recommend Brookdale Edina to others!

Would have liked a comprehensive move in packet that included clothing & personal items for memory care resident. Better floor plan and furniture layout suggestions. [name removed] was excellent and very helpful. Carpets need replacing and that is now being done Wish all staff consistently wore name tags or residents provided with a roster with names and photos. Caregivers very responsive to resident & family concerns. Kind and professional. Go beyond their duties to find solutions. Memory care is a difficult dining experience but chef prepares tasty individualized meals for each resident and caregivers patiently feed those residents who need help. Both activities directors Tina and Tori are excellent. They provide both group and individualized activities for residents. There are a wide variety of activities and programs provided that correspond to the interests of residents.

I've heard from a frequent visitor to my aunt that staff don't interact with patients during free time -- that they're gossiping or are on their phones. They missed taking my aunt to a doctor's appointment when I arranged it a week in advance. The executive director said he'd see that doesn't happen again. Director seems good and effective. Not terribly pleased with CNA's or whatever their title is, given what I said above. Apparently the place is clean and meals are good.

They are very loving and understanding with their patients. We picked this community because, they have loving staff, cleanliness and a beautiful facility.

Great community for my mom. I would highly recommend. It was the only one nearby in her budget that accepted pets. Expensive yet cheaper than most senior living places. I like the graduated care. Nice to know she can stay there if more care is needed. Great service from the kitchen staff. Always accommodating.Everyone is always smiling and greet us with hello

We felt very welcomed there, it felt homey. Does not feel like a nursing home or memory care unit. Lovely apartments. The lady I dealt with at APFM was so nice. You all are a wonderful service.

The place is very nice, many of the staff are super. However, there are some staff that aren't that accurate/friendly/dedicated. We've had issues with medication, keeping the person clean, communication, etc. If someone cannot advocate for themselves- they may not have great care. They had a 2bedroom and I got a great first impression.

The size felt right. I met some genuinely friendly, caring people there. The price couldn't be beat easily. It is literally 10 minutes away from me so I can keep an eye on things.I'd recommend, but in memory care, make sure to visit often.

The facility seemed more suitable to my mother's style of living. I would recommend to other families.

What our family likes the most about the Ponderosa Lodge Senior Living community is the staff. The staff members there are really friendly to work with and the meals that are prepared for the residents are great. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would definitely recommend Brookdale Meridian Assisted Living to others. The staff and residents were both very friendly and helpful. I was always able to reach out with questions via email, phone, and in person. My loved one wasn't there for very long before transitioning into hospice. The staff was supportive of both my loved one and our family during her time in hospice.

Very kind, friendly, and caring staff. Daddy has been making friends with the residents also. The apartment is just what my father wants and needs. Daddy picked this one because it feels like his home, not too fancy like a hotel.We are happy with Brookdale, and my father doesn't want to move. He had said that several times. It was a good fit for us.

My interaction with staff at five-star Premier has been good at this point. My father seems to be enjoying his time there although he's not very sociable, he has everything that he needs.My father selected because it was in a familiar neighborhood and gave him more independence than the place he was at.

Most the staff were really nice and helpful. If they kept to their word about short-term stays, we'd still be using them.They also aren't super flexible on menu.They originally told me that they would be open to short-term respite as they got to know my mom, but then the manager decided to enforce a 2 week minimum after we already got established.

Orchard Park of Kyle is very nice and friendly with a good variety of rooms. I am happy to be a new volunteer coming to visit the assisted living residents.

It was a good experience. We picked this community because of the rooms and layout were cozy and clean, staff was attentive and welcoming. Convenience, closest to our home. I would recommend to others.

Mom is happy, well cared for, and the care staff are communicative. We picked this community because of the location, cost, and gut feel.

We are very pleased so far with Eagle Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center Your lady that helped me find the place was so helpful. She deserves a real attaboy. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others
