Give a better orientation to the place for the resident. Including the help. You don't know anyone. More variety of activities. So people don't stay in their rooms all day only to come out for meals. Let's just say the admission to the place very confusing no one followed through. Nice quiet place could use some updating. Staff you see is friendly. Anyone entering facility should be able to be up and around to enjoy their services.

We picked this community because of the convenience, very suitable and will accept Medicaid after 2 years. I would recommend to others.

What our family likes the most about The Pines on Carmel Senior Living is the Location; vinyl flooring in the room, and the overall brightness in the facility.

I picked this one because I needed a facility that could handle aggressive behaviors. They are nice. Most of the staff is friendly....probably understaffed like most right now.

Loved the interaction of the staff and care services with all of the residents plus all of the activities they have. It was also very clean.

We picked it because it was smaller, less residents.I would say to my friend that my dad is very happy there. I would recommend to others.

My dad is still settling in at Stoneybrook Senior Living, but so far we have ben very pleased with how friendly the staff members are there.

Oak Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center has been awesome. I am recommending the facility to other people The people are friendly and accommodating Place was clean. Meals seem to be good and enough food. Activities they have for the families and tenants

Overall my mom is very happy living at Tuscany Villas Being human there are occasional glitches. For instance my mother is ridiculously crazy about wanting her bed made ever day and that doesn’t always happen or early enough to please her. Or I requested she see the doctor and I was pleased she immediately saw the PA but she needed a follow up with the doctor which took a few weeks??? Not sure why. But really the staff is incredible! The special activities plentiful. They really know my mom and try so hard to do things to make her happy! They make her feel loved this is more important to me! I am thrilled that I chose for her to live at Tuscany Villas!

I would recommend Faye Wright Senior Living to others looking for Memory Care for their loved one. The staff are very attentive and communicate their concerns with regards to my mother. On the weekends, communication was a bit lagging, but they are working this out. Housekeeping are friendly and thorough. The meals look very appetizing.

They are responsive and take responsibility. The staff truly seems to care..they don't fake it like at her previous residence. They do have problems with hearing aids (both charging and putting them in correctly) There are some problems with drug administration when anything comes in that they didn't order. She has been in 3 facilities in Lexington, and this is the best out of those 3. I would recommend Magnolia Springs to others.

I would say I like the place and apartments. I was not pleased with the welcome we got on her move in date. They could have a better process for that. We chose the place from your company's recommendation and we needed something quickly.

The community is clean but right now they are doing some remodeling. With the meals and dining service, we are still having problem with the getting the diet correctly. There are not many activities for memory care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

I am currently a resident at Braeswood Estates Senior Living and overall everything has been good for me so far at this facility. The facility is kept very clean and the staff is very well managed. The friendliness is great. The staff, activities and value for cost are good. I have no basis for comparison and generally I feel like this facility is a pleasant place to live. However, as with most places, there is room for improvement.

They are very supportive and attentive. We picked this community because of the price, stable staff, good management, location, and availability.

We picked this community because, it didn't have a wait list; I thought the price was reasonable; it was within the limit of how far the facility was from my home, apartment was bright and appeared spacious for the square feet; included one meal per day with flexibility in dining options. Mom is in independent living and if needs to transition ti assisted living she can do so and stay in the original apartment. If the person we met with was a representative of the staff then this was a good fit and she is truly representative of staff and the feel of the facility.

It is a good place. Staff is very caring and my parent is doing well there. There are lots of activities. We picked this community because it was the set up of apartment, cost, activities and proximity to me.
