I'd say they try and do a good job with a tough situation, I would recommend.

I like that it feels cozy. Not big and impersonal like one place I visited. I like that it's not big, that it's older - so lower ceilings, established plantings. My mother is not overwhelmed by the spaces. I've established friendly relationships with some of the staff- so people to turn to if there is a problem. Improvements? The exercise classes are at 9 am almost every day. My mother has never been a morning person so I wish they would have at least one day a week with an afternoon exercise session.

The laundry staff is a little lacking and they aren't consistent. The meals don't seem to be set up by a dietitian for seniors. They have activities daily and road trips quite often. [name removed] is very helpful and willing to make any worries good. I would highly recommend Brookdale Forest Grove.

I have already recommended it to others and one has moved in. It's a very good place overall.

Staff at Mulberry is super nice. Their activities were fun, inventive, and kept the occupants engaged. The food is good and hot. [name removed] I think was activities director at Mulberry. She was wonderful. We did look at Mulberry memory care and was totally depressing and little activity

The location of the facility is great. Food is very good as well. I would recommend Brookdale Park Place to others looking.

I would recommend Morningside of Charlottesville to others. I do think that they have some staffing challenges that impact off-site activities. Several times activities have been cancelled at the last minute when my parents were looking forward to getting out. It shouldn't matter if they were the only individuals who signed up.

My loved one is currently a resident at Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood and overall the experience has been good. My loved one is very happy there, with the facility, food and staff. As of now, I would recommend this facility to others.

We have a unique situation in that my mom is in Memory Care and dad went there too just to be with her. I would like to see more dementia specific care for her, but often my dad doesn't let her go out or let them do things with her. So it's hard to say. The food is very good. Most of the sides are really good.

Nice place but my mom's care has changed. The staff turn over rate is high. The staff do what can with the number of people working. [name removed] the receptionist is a breath of fresh air. She always says let her know if she can help with anything I might need. [name removed] would direct me to the staff member to talk to when I had concerns. Thank you [name removed] for all you do for me.

This is a good facility. Everyone has been so friendly. people are friendly & out going. there is no endowment fee which comes in handy for me.

Common areas are dirty, ie elevators, all lower walls in D.R. have filth collection, etc. The people are great.

The people at Discovery Village are the difference, it feels like a community! From the initial contact, through the move-in and beyond, the staff and residents are welcoming, active and caring. We have had to work out a few kinks and it's been an adjustment, but I have always felt that the staff genuinely wanted to help and had my dad's best interest at heart. I have recommended this community to others. We like the community feel, apartment style living with private lanais, quiet neighborhood and that both independent and assisted living participated in dining and activities together.

We are much happier with Briar Glen then our loved ones last place. It is mostly pretty clean and the staff members are very friendly.

Over all our experience has been good The place has always been clean. The people friendly The care has been good. [name removed[ is much healthier now. [name removed] is always happy to go to meals. As soon as mealtime is called he's off down the hall as fast as he can go. We're not sure of activities. We know they have some. [name removed] diabetes is difficult to control but he's been doing great there. Our one worry is that there has been turn over of almost the entire staff in the last few months. Everyone we worked with is gone. [name removed] still seems good so we are observing to see how things go. Why did everyone leave?

2 price increases in a year Don't get any updates Activities were better in The beginning Room not cleaned as well as beginning Just as she moved in Another Corp took over and I believe is was the one who had taken over Where she was and was Not happy with them Also turn over in staff Lately so not sure what is happening Considers changing again but that just causes more confusion For the resident They did work with us Though on the rate increase after I told them 2 on a year was not acceptable For now it ok

i just moved from i.l. at park summitt to a.l. at park summit they take care of my needs 3 meals a day cloths that need washes look in on me etc the events at i.l. at park summit are better tham a.l. for me most of the residents at a.l. are not in there rights minds they don;t come to events ect i go to exercise art class ext there is bingo every day they promise park summit would be remolel but nothing happen i am satfied here they were wonerful moving me from i.l. to a.l.

[name removed] is a wealth knowledge and so helpful in explaining the options available. Visit was exceptional. Staff and residents were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy living at this location. Hopefully my love ones will choose this location

My loved one is currently a resident at Olympics West Senior Living and overall, the experience has been very good. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The staff and care services are also good. My loved one is doing well.

Moved here sight unseen from out of state in December 2021. I learned about it through A Place For Mom. It was a tough adjustment, but my family had worked with the staff to make the move as easy as possible. I am really happy I chose The Forum, due to the quality of the food, the caring staff, and the feeling of community here. The pool was a big plus for me and there are plenty of opportunities to get and stay strong. They go out of their way to provide many opportunities for learning, worship, and fun. After talking to people who moved from other facilities, I am so glad I chose The Forum, as I feel I am getting good value for my money.
