My loved one is a resident at Hudson Creek. The staff makes contact to keep us informed of any issues that arise. I would recommend this facility to others!

We are very pleased overall. There is one big problem that we along with other residents that needs a soluton. THE DINING ROOM IS ALWAYS COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Dining should be a pleasing experience. It is not and is a major problem for us, Not as important but there are also cold areas in the hallways. All of the staff and services have been great. The cold dining room is a MAJOR problem for us.

They don't encourage enough on things she doesn't want to do. I'm happy it's a very clean facility. My sister says they stick head in from time to time to say hello My sister is probably to blame but they don't bathe her often enough. My sister won't pick up her tray so they charge $5. a meal delivered. I put a microwave in my sister's room with meals for her to prepare and ask they only deliver one meal a day. Unfortunately my sister refuses all activities. The value is worth the cost.

It's good. Not great. Some of the help is amazing and there are others that look at their phone the whole time. My mother is in memory care. Baths, cleaning, is hit or miss. Shouldn't be for the price we pay.We chose based on convenience.

It is a great place. It is independent living and we have been reminded of that in situations when I expected her to have some help. The meals are good. Since it is independent living, there isn't communication with the family. I recommend it if the senior can't take care of a house but is functional on their own.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, to a point. They lost one of their housekeepers around the time my dad arrived and the rooms need a little help from family members to stay clean. Communication with the family and staff is very good. Move in went well. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

There was a lot of turnover in management while my Mom was there, which led to confusion about what services we were paying for. It was resolved though. Housekeeping was generally good and was responsive to specific needs. The move in, move out process went quite smoothly. Communication was generally very good. Though there were a couple of instances where they did the minimum or gave incorrect info. It took FOREVER to get a refund on her remaining charges after she passed, was not handled well at the facility and necessitated a few calls to corporate by me. My mother really liked the food. They seemed to have a pleasant variety of meals. Overall, I would recommend them. Also, some members of the staff were very attached to my mom, cared deeply, and went above and beyond to help her and us, especially when she was passing away there.

I would recommend. Compared many places. Staff and overall care and facility was number one. Still happy after 1 year. Mom is thriving.

Very comfortable at an affordable price. Attractive, comfortable apartments; tasty food; close to great activities and amenities of West Palm Beach.

The staff is awesome. They take good care of Mom. They have had major problems with the kitchen. At least 4 chefs in a year. Mom has lost 10 lbs because she doesn't like the food.

Overall, good experience. An open sore made us relocate her. A bit of miscommunication about the relocation. They had a smaller amount of residents in the beginning. They also allowed her to accompany them on outings. That was very important to her and myself.

Everything is very good. My sister gets ample help from a loving staff.

We would recommend the facility. We feel like it is a good option for our mother with early dementia.

The facility is in major need of a facelift. Dirty doors, outdated interiors, garden area is awful and unkept as well. Walkways need pressure washing, the place just feels dirty and old. Not that patients are terribly concerned and I'm not saying you need to install marble and oriental rugs, but I do believe families looking at placement expect more. When I brought my Mother there in January 2024, I was told there would be a major renovation and that never happened. I know the food is not appetizing as well. The staff and care is the best thing going at Briar Glen, they need to feel appreciated.

Housekeeping needs to be more planned and organized instead of my grandmother chasing them down for a schedule. The staff is very friendly, though. There is no communication with the family unless I call there. The move-in process was easy because I moved everything in for my grandmother. They need to offer more easily accessible transportation for the unexpected doctor visits. if you're having a visit last minute, she has no way of getting to the doctor. She would have to pay for a taxi, which is ridiculous.

The friendliness of the staff and the many activities for the residents are strong point of the facility. The variety of the menu is good. The cost is a little high when there is memory care involved. Overall I am happy my mom is there.

Best price around. They bring in entertainers throughout the year, very nice facility, Food is good but not always hot.

They are very friendly, each employee greets clients or residents by name. I chose this facility for the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

When my loved one first went in, we had some overall issues. But they were mostly her issues. I would say because of how she is now, everything is very good.

My dad passed in Memory Care 3 years ago and my mother in Independent Living in February of 2024. We cannot say enough about the kindness shown by the staff at the Menomonee Falls Arboretum and care received for our loved ones. Clean, well managed and quiet, my mother settled in to Arboretum life and was satisfied with her situation. No living situation apart from living with family can measure up, but the Arboretum is the next best option in my opinion when homecare is no longer practical.
