The administrator was very helpful in answering questions and giving me information. I was able to see two different styles of rooms. I was impressed at the amount of room that was there. All of the staff seemed friendly. It is easy to get to and from since it is right off of Route 29 in Charlottesville. I hope that we can bring my mother-in-law in to see it soon.

What we like the most about the community is the facility itself, the staff members, and the activities they provide for their residents. Yes, I would recommend Stone Creek Memory Care to other families.

My dad likes to complain. In the beginning he complained about mealtimes, the quality of the breakfast, and some of the staff not being very knowledgeable. But underneath all that, I see that he has really settled in and come to enjoy the community. He has participated in several activities and, as a very social person by nature, he has also made several friends and even initiated some new community activities. The apartment size and community cleanliness are great, as is the food served for lunch and dinner. He has already had some health-related incidents during his time at Park Summit and has been well-supported by the staff and other members of the community. My brother and I both live far away and it's incredibly reassuring to us that he has this community and support.

The facility is affordable and the location is great. I would recommend Olympics West to others looking.

Unfortunately, due to my own issues, I have not been able to spend much time there. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful while I have been there. Dad eats all his meals in the dining hall so food is good. They do have a good volunteer program that has helped dad start to interact more with staff and other clients.

It's a positive experience but the move in could have gone more smoothly. Great location, close to all shopping and the hospital. The apartment size is very nice. It's perfect for a single person.

I recently moved my mother to Memory Care at Orchard Park @ South Park from Assisted Living. While in Assisted Living things were not as good, While under Memory Care things have improved. The head overseer/ director has been very good at helping me aajust and keeping me informed with my mothers daily activities. I feel more comfortable with leaving my mother in memory care at this time.

Very nice facility with very kind and caring people, but systemized procedures for nursing care and medication are needed. , I would recommend to others, but I really think you could be pretty darn perfect if you worked out a couple of kinks in your communication paths .

Impressed with the operation. Clean and great location. Nice people and seems like good management. the only thing I didn't like is the lack of one person to a room, would not consider my wife sharing a room.

Caregiving staff are friendly and caring, but admin and nursing staff are disorganized. Lack of follow through. I believe this is a caring facility that lacks, training, communication and effective management. Overall I believe it a safe and comfortable place for elderly and memory care. Rooms are small. Activities are mostly watching TV.

The upgrades to the building are nice, but I feel like it is overshadowing what’s going on inside. In assisted living. There is still not enough staff to take care of all the residents adequately. Some new residents need hands-on supervision, which is not happening and is causing issues with the other residents.

This was a clean and friendly facility with good accommodations and facilities; the staff was very friendly and personal. The apartments were spacious and well maintained. the facilities included a pool and multiple game and common areas for activities. It was very well lit, with nice bright apartments and common areas.

I've been to a few AL communities and this is one of my favorite, mainly because of the staff and their heart. So welcoming and caring. You'll love this place.

From the beginning The Gardens felt like home. The staff is close at hand in case of a need all my meals are taken care of. Housekeeping and laundry staff do a phenomenal job. The sale process went very well fast. I love that the staff are cross trained community and all staff are amazing.

Large 2-bedroom apartments. Washer and dryer in the units. Up-to-date decor. Nice open dining room, with the ability to order carry-out. Serves 3 meals on all days but Sundays. Grounds were well landscaped, creating a relaxing outdoor experience. Its exercise room is short on equipment.

What we like the most about the community are the people and the facility. I would recommend he Estates at West End to other families.

Have had an awesome experience at Magnolia Springs, much better than I expected. I’ve made some good friends in the time I’ve been there and that has certainly helped. The workers are wonderful and they make you feel welcome.

On item 6, if there is something specific that the resident wants, they may have to supply it. On item 7, I am not sure if it applied to Pop because of his mental condition and his tendency to sleep a lot. On item 8, this is just a general observation not specifically for Morningside. Assisted living with memory care is bloody expensive. That being said, Morningside gave us the most bang for the buck.

Very clean and well kept facility with friendly and caring staff. My father has lived in 4 assisted living facilities in 3 states over the past 10 years and Lewis Park ranks “best overall”. New management team is very involved with residents and their families to achieve even higher levels of performance.
