It's nice to have peace of mind knowing my loved one is in good hands.

Staff was nice however a few staff members would get too involved with my mom and even give her their personal cell number . My mom was having some attitude and mental issues and would tell the staff things that were not accurate and instead of coming to me they would try to help her with personal manors.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Court at Palm Aire and the overall experience has been good. [Name removed], in admissions and marketing, is amazing. The facility has had a lot of staff turnover in other departments.

Coventry Village is a nice place, beautifully appointed. The staff seemed to be over-worked. Sometimes it would take an hour for someone to come after the call button was pushed. My mother was not a demanding person at all. I was able to meet other residents and staff and everyone was very nice to me.

We chose Ashwood Place because of the close proximity to me, their physicians, hospital, and costs. Facility and staff are great! Food services are inconsistent. A big portion of what we pay is for the food service and feel it should improve--a lot. Seniors obviously need good nutrition.

Overall, Five Star Residences of Dayton Place is a great community with nice staff and friendly residents. The cottages are a perfect option for independent adults.

The main concern is that they are understaffed at Walnut Creek, which is probably a problem everywhere. The staff that they do have, however, is proficient, caring, and friendly. Mom enjoys the food, it's fresh, tasty and very nutritious. And if there's a food she doesn't like, they gladly make her something else. We would recommend the facility.

Most of the time the staff was very nice to my mother except a couple of times in the dining room. She liked the food. Many times around the holidays it would be short staffed. Her room was always clean. I would recommend Morningside of Bellgrade to others.

Clean overall, though the floor in my mom's room are sticky sometimes and laundry can get backed up. I love the staff. The nurses and caregivers are kind and personable. [name removed] (front desk) is amazing. Nurses are attentive and take good care of my mom. Mostly good; sometimes repetitive. My mother does not take initiative to participate, but there are lots of activities available. The caretakers often encourage her to participate. The base cost is very affordable. My mother has lots of needs so the add on costs are expensive.

We chose Coventry Village because of their availability and responsiveness. Staff met with us almost immediately when we contacted them. The people are really nice, but the overall place seems to be under-resourced.

I am currently a resident at Olympics West Senior Living and my experience has been very good so far. The friendliness and staff are great. The cleanliness, care services and food are good. Overall, I would recommend Olympics West Senior Living to others.

I don’t have a lot of experience with this facility as I only come on the weekend to visit. Tha facility is clean. Crystal the front desk person and lead activity director on the weekends are both great women! They are involved with the residents and like to see them having fun. I would suggest that a microphone be used during activities as it is difficult for residents with hearing isssues to hear and able to participate.

The facility is clean and I am pleased with the majority of the staff. They are good to my mom which is the most important point. The food needs improvement as well as the activities for the residents, especially the crafts. More activities should be directed to the male population. Smoking is allowed on one side of the front porch but there is no barrier to separate it. Therefore, the wind blows it which bothers some residents. I would recommend the facility because they do not nickel-and-dime you like other facilities.

Brookdale Kenosha is a clean facility and my loved one's apartment (as we call it) is clean. The nurse in charge daily is on top of everything. She is amazing. Brookdale Kenosha has been very accommodating and are willing to answer my questions anytime. They keep my loved one busy most of the time and she is enjoying the activities. I feel all of the staff that I have met truly care about the residents and you have to be a special person to deal with the things that they do.

I would recommend to others.

My sister is doing as well as expected there, and we are grateful. Yes, I would recommend this community to others, but there are so many personal variables, some may do better than others. We have found the Forum to be responsible and as attentive as possible to our sister and all her idiosyncrasies. I would recommend the Forum.

Overall good experience here. Some laundry concerns and would like room cleaned more than weekly. We will change this in his care conference. I eat lunch or dinner here often with my husband in the dining room and enjoy myself.

They are very short handed, cannot keep an eye on all of the patients. My mother has fallen numerous times, once sending her to the ER. The staff that are there are amazing! Always smiling and loving.

Care is excellent , great atmosphere , compassionate caregivers, excellent food, overall a wonderful place for your loved ones if they must be away from home

The staff care about what they do and who they are doing it for. The food is outstanding. The facility is not too big and overwhelming. The rooms are a very good size. It is an older facility, but they know that and are upfront about it. All of the other positives made it feel like it was the right place.
