The staff is very friendly and personable. Do believe some TLC with upkeep would go a long way. Carpets at elevators and hallways need to be cleaned.

The place is immaculate and welcoming. Mom also loves her unit and neighbors. The biggest downside is my mother constantly complains the food is terrible.

I wish there were more elevators. People have to wait to long. Staff is great. The size is good, I love the location.

I think they left him to himself too much and he was fed a number of meals in his room instead of the dining room. His room had food spilled on the floor. He fell several times although I had emphasized that he was a fall risk. I believe he received all of his medications. I wish they had tried harder to get him out of his room with other people. I was grateful that they guaranteed him a spot with a deposit so I knew he had a place to go while I was out of town. He was able to get a haircut there which he badly needed. The room was very nice though it would have been helpful to have a hospital bed. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave oven and a nice lift chair and a television I was happy with the facility but maybe the care was a little lacking.

Staff and care were very good. My dad really liked the food. They made sure he was included in activities even with his limited mobility. Main complaints were around cleanliness and the logistics of moving in and out. There was a time when our lease period had begun and we were supposed move everything in, but they hadn't moved the previous Tennant - it was awkward to move stuff in while the previous resident was still in the room. On the pre-scheduled move-in day for my dad, the room hadn't been cleaned yet and was noticeably dirty. They weren't able to open a door to outside for us during move, and was a bit difficult moving furniture in through the double keypad doors. Once we completed the transition things were pretty smooth sailing. They were the ones that referred us to BrightOn hospice, who helped immensely with transition and end of life car.

The overall experience was very good. They were friendly and pleasant. They took time to get to know you personally. They were helpful in answering questions.

We had some problems with move in. Facility was clean and had a good support staff. Staffing was light on weekends. Food was good. Apartment was good size and easy access.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The community was clean and well maintained, with good amenities. The one-bedroom room was a bit small, but it was sufficient and worked well for our needs. Overall, it is a nice community with a friendly staff and a clean, comfortable environment.

Wifi is included but the signal in her apt isn't strong enough so her smart TV can't connect it's been almost 3 weeks and they still say they are working on it besides that everything else seems good so far and the staff are very nice and seem helpful

[name removed] was very knowledgeable and professional on the tour. The complex was clean. The staff was friendly. It’s a top choice when the time comes.

I did not observe on site care or amenities. Only worked with staff through phone calls, always helpful and caring. Patient's I have in their care speak highly of the care.

Apartment size is very nice. Ample room. Spacious living room. Food good. Desserts homemade. Nice choices offered if don't care for two entrees of the day.

Many of the services were a bit disappointing. For example, my daughter had difficulty getting a wheel chair assessable ride for my aunt to go to the doctor. Also, we felt as if her medical care was not completely clear when we steered and now we are paying for nursing on top of fees because she needs help getting on her wheel chair. Very nice place overall but in my experience care for elderly has diminished as has insurance coverage and I fear this will only get worse. People are friendly to my aunt - just not everything is clear which was hard for my daughter to navigate. I am in NY so she is the one with the most responsibility and it is often more than she expected

The staff is very nice, they have activities on a regular basis, trips to Walmart and out for lunch periodically. Most of the rooms are adequate size. They have nice gathering rooms and places outside for residents and their guest. The food is fair.

The Terraces at Coventry Village is a very nice senior living community. The updated facility was done really well. They offer all the services needed for some one in need of assisted living. The reason I gave it four stars was because I felt the room design made the living space smaller than an another community I visited plus the location wasn’t as convenient for family. [name removed] was wonderful to work with.

The single room is nicely spacious, and kept clean. My mother is enjoying the food, often commenting on how tasty it is. So far, the staff has been very proactive with her care and appear to be attentive to her needs. My mother has yet to become fully involved with all offered activities, but she is slowly getting there; there appear to be many offered.

The staff is incredible. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

A quick assessment is that this facility is nicely maintained in its common areas but the units are dated although very spacious. Some are being renovated as residents vacate. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Food is good but the menu gets repetitive. Alternative options are always available. There are numerous activities available daily with a nice library and quiet areas. My concern is with regards to the "in house" PCP and getting appointments. My mom has only been there 2 months and has had 2 hospitalizations. She has never been seen by the PCP. I have had to be responsible for her care. I would have liked a team approach to bridge these gaps. The nursing staff have been as helpful as they can be. I think the monthly cost is very reasonable for the services offered!

Overall experience is generally good. Food is good and low cost. Dining room service is sometimes quite slow. Apartment is kept clean, temperature is manageable, there is a light switch issue that is inconvenient. Main issue for me is not having laundry in apartment.
