Friendly staff, great activities, welcoming residences. We are in the "cottages". 2 car garage, spacious units, convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc

Facility is very clean hotel style with long hallways. Most of the rooms are a decent size. Large front porch is only outdoor space. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In house PT and OT. Social happy hour everyday at 3 pm.

Just a shout out about the service provided by Bolivar and Aaron when we had wifi issues They did a great job! The staff at meals were also very professional and accommodating. Good variety in menu selections.

Creekside Alzheimer's facility was very helpful with my father's short term memory issues. They got him out of bed and involved everyday.

I like the homey atmosphere and décor. One thing I was expecting and was told would happen was matching my mom with another person when she moved in to help her transition. That didn't happen. Maybe because she had to be in quarantine for COVID? Not sure. My mom is pretty good at making friends though. Overall we are very pleased. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

The property is very pretty. The 1 bedrooms are nice size starting at 800 ft. Good closet space and also your own storage bin. Housekeeping once a week, vacuum, wash floor wash sheets etc. Personal items on your own. 2 free washer and dryers on each floor. 3 meals a day. Dining room pleasant to the eye. Food can be hit or miss but overall good. Lots of green space. Small pet friendly. Offers both independent and assisted living. They just a new executive director so things are in flux. If you are patient and go with the flow, you will be happy. Things take their own time. Lots of activities daily, lectures bingo ice cream socials movies. Heated swimming pool and gym, card room etc. Still a work in progress but overall a pleasant environment.

Quality of care the assistance are amazing administrators could be a lot better management seems lazy the food staff is great bottom line management sucks along with housekeeping CNAs are fantastic along with food service.

What I like the most about Magnolia Springs is the clarity in the services they can and can't offer. For example, they can handle a single person assist, but not a 2-person assist. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

It is very clean and the staff are very nice. My mom is in memory care there and the food is good she really Loves the desserts. I think more activities could be done with the people in memory care.

The Arboretum has proven to be a good choice for my wife's brother. It is a well maintained facility with ample activities for residents. We like seeing residents socializing throughout common areas at all hours. Staff is welcoming. Orientation was thorough. Their wellness check system reassures us that someone is making sure he's ok. Since moving in, he is eating better than he did on his own and raves about how good the food is. We consider the Arboretum to be a good value at a manageable price point.

Meals & dining need a lot of help. [name removed] in the office isn't real good about following up on concerns brought up, have to stay on him. overall just a quiet home style place no real over priced bells and whistles.

We have had a pretty good experience so far. My father has been there for about four weeks in the assisted living. The staff are very friendly and helpful and check on my dad frequently. The facility is kept very clean and the food is good. I think more activities geared towards men would be helpful. My father isn’t much of a bingo or game player. He does appreciate when the pets come to visit. I also feel that there should not be a charge for bringing trays to the patient’s rooms when they don’t want to go down to the dining hall. But overall, it is a very nice facility.

It had a great staff (almost all gone) and the price was better than some others. They have had a rate increase. I am paying for services that I am not getting...miscommunication due to constant turnover.

The staff is very kind and attentive. They will keep you well informed about how your loved one is doing. Rooms are a nice size.

They really like it there. Very clean, great staff, good food (though my mother in law sometimes has trouble getting her gluten free items), nice living and common spaces.

Stay on top of the staff regarding your loved one's medications. Also, try to deplete their meds BEFORE checking in as they won't take yours from home & will make you purchase a new supply from their own pharmacy. Rooms are nice with adequate space. The live music they offer is good, but I'd like more

Day-to-day care seems quite good. Move-in and orientation could use more staff involvement. For example, the programmable thermostat needed re-programming when we discovered the room got cold on weekends. I reprogrammed it myself, but I think that would be an overly complicated process for many residents.

I liked the nurses and aids. The front desk ladies & maintenance were extremely helpful too. I would recommend to others, who are looking for a smaller facility with parents who don't need that much stimuli. I think they have a great balance. I would also highly recommend your services as well. I thought a place for mom was a great partner.

We thought all staff was unbelievably kind and respectful. Sometimes we felt they didn't come quite as soon as the button was pushed, but it was nothing extraordinarily long at all. It's just natural for the family member to want immediate response, but I know that you can't have that every single time.

I would recommend it to others. The staff was warm and welcoming. It wasn't too big that my mother in law would just be number. It was clean and rooms were nice.
