Some delays in communication and maintenance needs. Housekeeping can vary depending on the staff member. Everyone is very friendly. The care services are good but very new to care and still working out the kinks. Overall the meals are good, service is great. The activities are well organized, plentiful, suitable to residents For the value for cost as IL, seems high in general but was more reasonable than other comparable places. We just started AL and it's very expensive...but again, comparatively it is good. We love the apartment, the experience, the staff, and the location:).

I would highly recommend it. We would choose it again for our dad. We are absolutely satisfied. My dad is thriving. The staff is amazing.

It is a nice place, fairly clean. Residents seem happy. Staff needs to communicate more efficiently is my only criticism currently. Mom has been living there for two months and enjoys it, she likes the various activities.

They were close to all the family and it seemed like a home environment .I would recommend the facility

My mother in law really likes the place. Food is good and staff are very nice. She loves the activities. Very clean! The only small downside is since she moved in, it is more complicated to reach out to admin persons. We would appreciate if they can return calls and emails.

We have been very pleased with the facility and care at Silver Bluff Grove. Felt the best connection [name removed] (staff who toured us and helped us get set up), liked the facility, layout, set up and interaction with memory care patients.

My brother and I contacted APFM this spring who recommend we tour Brookdale, amongst other senior living residences. It was the first one we toured and after mom saw it she was sold. Everyone (staff and residents) is so friendly and there’s a lot to do (if you want). They have weekly outings and a shuttle which I hope my mom takes advantage of. I feel safe knowing she’s there and enjoy visiting her there. I appreciate your help,

Nice assisted living facility located in Myrtle Beach near Surfside Beach. The staff is wonderful which makes all the difference in what makes a place run. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the client is being taken care of and having their needs met.

Experience overall is very good as I toured five facilities and narrow it down to three and then finally picked Bedford Estates. It is certainly the right place at the right price As I saw a facility that started as assisted-living and could move into memory care as needed. Bedford Estates is exactly that. The first 30 to 45 days were always challenging since it was a change to my mother’s daily routine, but she has improved a great deal just with the routine that Bedford Estates offers and the fact that I don’t have to worry about medication or whether she is eaten Makes everything much easier . Like any other assisted living facility it is important for the family to go in and visit as much as possible. One should not just leave it up to the senior living facility. I am there almost every day and I know that makes a difference in the type of care that receives. Certainly, Bedford Estates Is a good place for assisted living for senior relatives. Mom is back to normal again

I chose Fountainview over others I looked at food, friendliness, and the upkeep of the grounds. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Take a tour, talk to [name removed]. I picked this community because it's closer to my house actually. Friends had recommended it as a good place.

The facility is overall a good value. The care can be a little suspect if your family member needs that extra layer of care and attention. There were many,many instances where grannie had pressed the button on her life alert device and no one came. I was hesitant to believe that until I witnessed it multiple times. The staff overall is wonderful, it's only a few in positions that are tough to keep filled that were the issue.. My grandma actually passed away earlier this year, but I would consider Rittenhouse for myself if my health wasn't too bad. For the money it's a good place and I'm still so thankful for your help!

There is several positive: the onsite doctor's office, the pharmacy next door delivers, it's clean. Downside is one of the two elevators have been out of order for 9 months. The staff doesn't handle the delivery of medications properly. They just sit there unless the residents ask about it. They don't get notified. The old people tend to be cold so the dining room is cool for the staff but the residents need to bring sweaters. The big issue for my family is the transportation they say they have but not really. You put in a request months in advance and they wait until the week before to inform you they are unable to take the resident to the appointment even though they say doctors appointments take priority. On a whole my mom and aunt are very happy there and the complaints are minor compared to their happiness.

There were a few glitches as you always experience with a move, but on the whole it turned out to be a great choice. Any issues were addressed and corrected, which is nice to see. The staff is friendly and helpful. The activities are plentiful, and the food choices are good. The friends that my Mom has already met there are a welcome addition to her daily routine.

The new Director just took over. Not sure about him yet but the Memory Care staff is amazing- 5 hands down. The place itself is extremely clean. The only issue is sometimes my family member has someone's bedding on their bed and wearing other people's clothes. Memory Care staff is a 5!! The food isn't that good but it could be only my family members restricted diet. On the memory care side - [name removed] for activities is by far THE BEST human ever.

Sometimes the food is not hot or maybe overcooked. Also sometimes they can't get entertainment for happy hour. My father would like some other activities to be available.

My dad lives at Leisure Park independent living, apartment-style living with well-maintained grounds and a strong sense of community. The spacious, modern apartments are thoughtfully designed for seniors, featuring walk-in showers, emergency call systems, and plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly and attentive, organizing a variety of activities like exercise classes, music events and clubs to keep residents engaged. Dining options are excellent, with nutritious meals served in a restaurant-style setting. The facility’s location is another plus, being close to shopping, medical services, and public transportation. Overall, they offer a vibrant, supportive environment where seniors can enjoy their golden years with peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Facility is always very nice and helpful to remedy any concerns. The only negative experience we had is mom's hearing aid went missing after 1 week and some cash was missing from her purse, but I can't blame the staff as mom's door is always unlocked . From that point on I didn't keep anything of value there . Regarding the food - There seems to be a long wait time until the food arrives. Possibly short staffing
