Barrington assisted living is a lovely well maintained facility. [name removed] _ Sales Director was very helpful, knowledgeable and took us on a tour of the facility. I can see why Barrington is a 5 Star facility.

The staff has been great. They really care about him. Every time I bring up an issue about his care they immediately respond to it. The food is very good from what I've eaten. My dad seems to like it. My only issue is that I wish the staff would try to get him out of bed more the just when [name removed] comes to give him a shower three times a week. This is mostly because of my dad. I visited all the places that A Place for Mom recommended and Coventry was by far the best for memory care.

Downriver Estates is an exceptional place. I am telling you everything about that place is just truly a blessing. They made the last five months of my dad's life incredible and I owe them the world for that.

We visited last week and my husband and I were so impressed. We both found the staff, residents and facility to be so warm and inviting. The facility exudes a real atmosphere of caring and friendliness. The outside areas are inviting. The resident rooms were spacious, bright and very clean. The common areas were inviting and comfortable. We would be very happy having my Mom become a resident. We know she would be well cared for in all ways and she would be safe.

I worked with [name removed], who went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, that our situation was understood but mostly that my Mom gets the care that she needs. Even though, our situation precludes us from using Barrington Terrace as a facility, the care that [name removed] provided by checking in, offering advice in a complicated system and sharing documents was greatly appreciated and helped make our decision making easier.

I recently visited a loved one at Kessler Estates and was truly impressed. The community is warm and welcoming, with plenty of interaction among the residents. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire environment was very clean and well cared for. A wonderful place for loved ones

Staff was amazing. Very attentive. My mom loved them all. Activities were endless. The 3:00 happy hour with music was a favorite. My mom is a picky eater. She was never satisfied with the food. They did offer an alternative menu which was nice.

Only negative is that [name removed] is a vegetarian and they have been slow to adapt her food. We bring in vegetarian foods and they do prepare them for her. Nurses aides [name removed] and [name removed] are well loved by us and [name removed]. Other staff is professional and kind. [name removed] the maintenance man is helpful and available. Facilities are nice. Laundry is done well weekly.

Hay Creek Lodge is awesome. The smaller facility is nice because the staff knows all of the residents. It's a very kind and happy environment. Our loved one has Alzheimer's and they always engage with her and communicate with her in a way that makes her feel comfortable and they are able to tell when something is off and notify the family.

Magnolia Springs is expensive. People who live there as independent residents are treated as Assisted Living Residents. They have staff that had the job of constantly checking on residents and accounting for their whereabouts. They carry walkie talkies and a room pass key. Residents are visibly checked at 2pm, 11pm, & 3am. Staff goes into your room to see if you are there. If on occasion they knock first, they turn the key and come in at the same time. There is no respect for privacy. I signed papers to stop the check in. They also note who is at meals and who is not. Meals are mostly seasoned with herbs and fancy sauces. Residents can fall back on burgers, hot dogs, bacon sandwiches & grilled cheese. They have the smallest showers that I have ever seen. The air conditioner and heat often fail during the smallest storm. Every resident has a space heater for winter.

My husband and I toured The Forum at Town Center this past week. We came away amazed at the variety of activities and all the amenities. My husband thinks the indoor pool and spa is a perfect way for him to keep fit. I love the 24 hour fitness room with all kinds of exercise equipment. There's even a dog park! We loved the variety of rooms to choose from, some with full kitchens plus washer & dryer. Prices are very reasonable. We stayed for lunch and the food was great. The residents are very friendly too. We are planning on moving to the Forum when we are ready to move to a retirement community.

They are awesome, especially the director [name removed] I would def recommend them.

As a health care professional who is in the industry 25 years as a social worker and CTRS rec therapist this is an assisted living with an independent living and consistent staff and team here for over 14 years …the residents are a delight with amazing events It’s like a cruise ship on land

The community was very welcoming. The staff was informative and kind. This was a great experience overall. We were offered to stay for a meal but we did not have time to stay. They have assisted living as well as independent living. We really like that we have the option to age in place.

All categories I would say are five except for number four and I would give that a four. Other veterans are there and food is good

My wife has been here 2 months. She seems content. The staff has been helpful and attentive to her needs and care. Our family is pleased we decided this would be the best place for [name removed]. We toured 4 other places. We picked The Forum based on best price and proximity to our home.

The staff care about the residents, and the Administrators genuinely care, and do their best for your loved one. We are very happy.

Smiles as soon as I entered the building! Lots of interaction between staff and patients. Music, trips to fun places crafts encouragement for participation! From what I have seen the food looks delicious....a safe haven for sure!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kessler Estates. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel the warmth, compassion, and professionalism of the entire team. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, cared for, and truly at home. The building is always clean, welcoming, and filled with activities to bring joy and purpose to the resident's days. Communication with families is excellent, which gives so much peace of mind. It is clear that everyone here is dedicated to treating residents with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. I am so grateful for the care and love provided at Kessler Estates - it feels like family.
