5 for all. We are so thankful to have been referred to Silver Bluff We checked out several other facilities and walking into Silver Bluff the staff made a hard decision so much easier. We did respite care first as we were struggling and they helped not only him but us to. When we went to pick him up he didn't want to leave. That was sad but so comforting at the same time. We came by at odd times several times a week to visit and he was always walking around and singing. It's such a safe place where they don't micromanage residents. He loved the independence to walk around and visit with all his new friends. We will be forever grateful to all the staff there.

The facility was safe and friendly, with lots of cheerful residents! The staff were flexible and reassuring. Treated us like family. Absolutely take time to explore The Reserve at Greenbrier; you'll feel at home before you move in!

I have lived here at Oak Hill Terrace for 8 years and have enjoyed it. When Sinceri took over, they really made some great improvements! The remodel is just beautiful. Now Oak Hill Terrace is bright and welcoming, just like its residents! I really enjoy coming down for the great entertainment that they bring in. And sometimes to happy hour.

What we like the most about the community is the staff are friendly and responsive. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff really truly care. Overall is it a great place that I would recommend to anyone.

Mostly very pleasant staff. Front desk is extremely helpful. It takes a bit to get worked into the shower schedule. The facility is kept clean and safe. [name removed] is an excellent housekeeper. The beauty shop is wonderful. I would say there could be better food, which is true everywhere, and more social programs, which they are working on. The bus transportation to appointments is great!

Professional staff and relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

The Executive Director was part of the interview process along with two of the nurses. No other facility gave us direct access to the people who know the job. I had to deal with Sales Managers at other facilities. At MBG, they provide a great atmosphere for my mother, who loves the staff too. She already has good friends there and she is happy, which means everything to me.

The staff at Park Summit really did make the transition for my mom easy and very welcoming. They have something similar to a "buddy system" where they encourage fellow neighbors to engage with each other for meals or activities. Staff is so helpful and kind. They have orientation so my mom knows what to expect. Things to do, meals are great, activities plentiful and unit is nice. Very pleased with our selection in choosing Park Summit so far!

I am pleased with all of the staff at carver heights. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to others.

This community is so wonderful for seniors. The staff is so kind and caring. Lots of activities, delicious food I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Broadway Creek is a family friendly community. Very welcoming staff who take pride in their community. They show so much compassion and love towards the residents.

I have had a lot of experiences myself and with family in other communities and I can say Broadway Creek is Top Notch... THE BEST!

I have been here for a little over a month and I don't have one thing to complain about.

All staff were very attentive, caring and nurturing towards my dad and stepmom, as well as friendly and accommodating with family members and other visitors. Meals were appealing and tasty. Residents were checked on regularly, and apartments kept clean. In terms of cost, I felt it was a bit pricey, however the costs were competitive with other facilities. Unfortunately, it's very expensive to house two people in assisted living, particularly when memory care is involved. There was a good variety of activities and outings offered as well.

Everything is perfect. I can't rate it all. I've been here a week and have hardly been in my apt. The movers haven't come yet and I have many things to set up after coming from California to North Dakota. I can tell you everything I wonderful. The staff I've met, the people I say hello to as I come and go. The place is clean...looks like lots of activities...and didn't see any complaints on food or anything in the residence news letter. That's all you will be getting from me. I love it here.

Stoney Ridge has been home to my mother for nearly two years, and my mom continually says “this is nice place, I like it here.” Many wonderful people work here. They treat my mom with respect, kindness, and provide great care. Stoney Ridge offers a nice variety of meals, a lot of activities, and the staff is fun! There’s also a bible study and a church service on Sunday, which my mom really enjoys. And, their long porch with gliders and tables is a big plus for residents, family and friends. I highly recommend a visit to Stoney Ridge, I think your loved one will feel right at home!

My mother made Magnolia Springs her home 6 months ago and it’s been a great thing! It took her no time to adjust and transition to her new life thanks to the caring staff and great facility. She has been much more active because MS offers a wide variety of things to do every day and so she is thriving and is very happy. All of her loved ones are grateful for the life she is living at Magnolia Springs!

I got immediate response to any of my questions or comments and was provided with a list of potential options within my parameters. Can only give a very limited response as I don't move in until next week, and as yet can only say the facility gave me a good impression. Staff I met were very friendly. As for the surrounding neighborhoods it's honestly a bit underwhelming but I don't plan on spending much time out there

My Mom moved to an independent living apartment at South Grove Lodge Senior Living Community in February of this year and she absolutely loves it there! Mom had given up driving a few years ago and was starting to feel the effects of living alone and being housebound. Having meals with others at SGL has added dimension and happiness to her daily life. In addition, she is enjoying many of the scheduled activities and social gatherings such as Mahjong, bingo, ice cream socials, and happy hour at the pub. My mom loves to walk and has found the long climate controlled halls at SGL to be perfect when the weather outside keeps her in. The staff is welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and a warm hello. Even though my mom loved her home, she is so happy to be at SGL where she is keeping busy, interacting with others daily, and feeling safe and secure. Both my mom and I highly recommend South Grove Lodge Senior Living Community.
