My mom is very happy there. Their office staff is great. A lot of turn over with kitchen and cleaning staff, but it’s okay. They have wonderful activities with a wide range. One of the things I noticed that is a difference between Oak Hill and others is they have activities on the weekends too, many places do not.

Living at Kessler Estates has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. From the very first day I arrived, I was greeted with smiles, kindness, and a sense of belonging that immediately made me feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond every single day, making sure we are comfortable, cared for, and surrounded by a great atmosphere.

I think they were great in every aspect except communication. Value for the money was great. Good caring staff and care for much less than other places.

I love living here at Oak Hill Terrace! The community is warm and welcoming and I really enjoy spending my time working on diamond art crafts. The food here is delicious and dining with friends makes it even better!

There a great place to live and very caring. Price and quality of care is why I chose them.

They were just great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is unbelievably kind! Of course , that was the most important aspect of the move. And I'm very pleased. My Dad doesn't get involved with the activities, but there are plenty activities if he would choose to do so. The food is fine. My Dad isn't into eating much these days, but they do provide pretty nice looking meals.

My father recently transferred from independent living to Assisted Living at Meadowmere. The transfer went smoothly. The staff were very warm and welcoming, which really helped my father feel comfortable and positive about this change. The meals are wonderful and there have been lots of activities to keep him busy. We really appreciate all the support everyone has provided!

Staff here has been very outgoing, welcoming and helpful. Good food, lots of activities very comfortable accommodations a safe and great place for your loved ones. Good, safe and caring staff. Many things to do if you want to join in.

Any questions or concerns that I had were answered/addressed quickly. There are a couple of nice outdoor areas where residents can enjoy the nice weather.

I love starting my mornings with our exercise group, it’s the perfect way to get moving and feel energized for the day! There are always great activities to enjoy, from crafts to games, special events so every day is something new and fun. One of my favorite parts is dining with friends, the meals are delicious, but the company makes it even better. Hill Terrace really makes each day feel special!

By far, it would be the caring staff. I can finally sleep at ease knowing my Dad is being well cared for.

My sister and I toured for our mom. We toured 4 places and this place was the best. The salesgirl was very nice helpful. She explained it all better than the others. The apartments are bright and there was lots of residents doing thing. Unfortunately they are full and we can't wait. The were our pick though.

We have been to 4 different communities over the years but Orchard Park has over exceeded out expectations. It's 8 months and it's been the same since Day 1! S/O to the wellness Director!

After a serious fall and subsequent emergency spinal surgery I ended up in acute rehab, then sub acute rehab and finally I felt I needed some assisted living time before trying to go back to my challenging house. So my family looked into the options. Someone vetted Magnolia Springs and told me about their respite option. So off I went for a 30 day commitment there. Best decision I ever made and I ended up staying an extra two weeks! The staff, starting with [name removed] (executive director), all the way to housekeeping and maintenance were top notch. Physical therapy was beyond what I could ever imagine. I went from wheelchair to a cane in that six weeks. I went home nearly two weeks ago and I come back three days a week for [name removed] physical therapy as he’s that good. If I ever need assisted living that’s the first place I will consider!!

Community was beautiful and the lady that toured us was very informative. I wished they had more amenities for the cost but I'm still concerning moving my uncle because I believed it will be a great fit for him.

My husband was placed in memory care at Magnolia Springs a few months ago. He is adjusting nicely and is particularly fond of spending time in the beautiful sun room. The dining room also has large windows and is a nice sunny area in which to spend time. The resident rooms are well kept and certainly large enough to be comfortable for the residents. Activities such as concerts and games are provided during the day and there is a nightly movie upstairs that he is able to view when I'm there to go with him. Outdoor walks in the courtyard are another favorite activity for him. All in all, I am very pleased with our experience at Magnolia Springs and have recommended their memory care unit to one of my friends. Her husband moved in recently and things are going well for him.
