What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff. It's a small more intimate community. It's very clean and my mom loves the food

Wilkinson Woods has been here for generations, hidden back here between Wilkinson Manor. It is a gem among the beautiful matured trees and the school's tennis court. Once you make an appointment to tour, you meet with the head of the building's management. [name removed] who welcomes you with all sincerity. You then go with her to view where we call home. If you're lucky, one of our wonderful residents are going through the halls. We are always busy. The better part of our days filled with activities that challenge both our minds and bodies. Meals are always served by the same gals who help us with our medicine and encourage us with smile and just the right amount of love. We have grown to cherish our staff. As you continue I am sure that the condition of the build is always clean, orderly and welcoming. We have a beauty salon, chapel and libraries. A lovely area on each floor is dedicated to enriching our lives by either enjoying each other's company or having family join us for a celebration or just to watch the Packers. When you are shown available apartments do not be shocked by the variety of sizes and amenities available to us. When I contemplate the fact that I may be spending my last days living here, it warms my heart. Knowing that I am in a safe environment and enjoying the company of people who though have been through life's highs and lows yet have come through with appreciation, grit and a determination to enjoy all life still has to offer.

Their staff is amazing. They are always willing to help and speak to residents when they see them in the hallways. The serving staff in the dining room is amazing and knows the residents names, likes and dislikes, nutrition needs etc. They are impressive! The building is very clean and has a warm and welcome feel inside. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and very nice. The food looks delicious and the meal I had there was fantastic. My mom always talks about how good the food is. Their activities are limited and their activity space is limited based on comparison to what I saw at other locations. I think their pricing is a little high for the market in Spokane and for the amenities they offer, however their staff and the care they provide to the residents holds a lot of weight and brings this score up.

From the initial tour to today (one month after move-in), the whole experience at Tuscany Villa of Naples has been very positive for everyone. The staff has gone above and beyond to make my parents feel at home. My parents love the meal selection, and they are very picky eaters.

I had always heard that Stratford was the best place "for Mom". I worked at the library and we regularly got residents from the Independent living area as well as the Assisted living facility, and they all spoke highly of Stratford. Now after seeing the place and interacting with the very helpful and friendly staff, I know from first hand experience that Stratford is the best in the area! The staff are always so helpful and I'm very thankful for all their help! And the place is always clean.

Very friendly staff. Very professional. Very convenient to my house. [name removed] room is bright and sunny and nicely temperature controlled. Meals are on time and delicious. There is some type of activity to do most mostly all day.

Next week we are moving into the Forum at Knightsbridge (which is changing to the Estates of Knightsbridge following a change in ownership). We are impressed with the welcoming, positive attitudes of the residents. The facility is well maintained and attractive. Our apartment is spacious and clean. There are so many interesting activities! We recommend others come check it out here.

People are courteous and friendly. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

It is an excellent place to live. The people are wonderful. The food is beyond excellent! And I am so glad to have had the opportunity to be here!

At Cinco Ranch, all caregivers treat each resident with dignity and respect, no matter where they are with their dementia. The care team displays such tenderness and compassion. They are truly wonderful.

What means the most to me is the peace of mind. I no longer have to worry if he is safe, lonely, or remembering to take his medication. I know the staff at Kessler make sure all of his needs are met daily.

My parents moved into Tuscany Villa on [date removed], and ever since, they’ve been loving life! The difference in them is amazing, they’re so much happier and active now. There is always something going on to keep them engaged, and they really enjoy the variety of daily activities. I am so happy when I see them enjoying what Tuscany Villa has to offer! They never have to worry about cooking or shopping because there is breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. The meals are delicious, we visit once in a while to have dinner or lunch with them, and the food is always great, there is plenty of variety on the menu too. The staff is honestly the best part! They’re so caring, friendly, and you can tell that they really love what they do. They’re always around and involved, which is so reassuring. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my parents are at Tuscany Villa, enjoying life and not having to worry about a thing!

I'd rate them a four or a five. The only other place I have for comparison mom was in solstice and I don't think they treated her very good. But Winterberry is great.

I went to visit my grandma, and the staff was very kind, and my grandma was looking forward to going out that day for lunch. She said she was making friends, and she was glad she was adjusting to being and Kessler. It was a hard decision for her but she told me she was glad she has the extra help she needs.

I recently moved my dad into Tuscany Villa. [name removed] and the team there made our transition so easy. We had a really difficult time getting my dad ready to move and [name removed] bent over backwards and did everything she could to help us out and prepare us. He's been there for about a month or so now and even though he misses his home, he really enjoys Tuscany. He loves the food there, which is great because he wasn't eating before. He's also making a lot of friends and he's doing more activities than he was living by himself. It's a really great place, I recommend it.

They are not well versed with dementia patients. Although their brochure stated they were a memory care. They are not. We would recommend this community to residents without dementia

Tuscany Villa has exceeded our expectations of a assisted living facility. Mom has been here for over two years and is happy and cared for. Clean and professional, good food and plenty of it. Activities director keeps her occupied and focused. Admin staff is always ready to help with any needs.

I’m very creative and love to sew, and here at Oak Hill Terrace I found the perfect place to call home! I love how everyone here is so friendly and kind and I especially enjoy the bonus of having housekeeping taken care of so I can spend more time doing what I love. Dinner time is now a highlight of my day, as I get to share great meals and conversation with new friends. And of course, my beloved cat [name removed is right by my side, making life here at Oak Hill Terrace even more complete!

The residents and property both are taken care of well. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and willing to assist you however needed from move in to move out. There is a tremendous amount of team work taking place on a daily basis to ensure customer satifaction.
