The community was clean. The staff were friendly and inviting. They did a great job educating us on assisted living services. The welcoming committee was current residents excited to welcome us into the community. I am excited to have dad join the community!

[name removed] was very nice and told me all about the facility. The food was delicious, and the residents that I sat with for dinner were nice and interesting. The room we looked at was the right size for me, but the biggest problem I had with the whole place was the lack of air conditioning. The price of the room had just been increased, which caused me some concern. Being on a fixed budget scares me a little bit. Overall, the facility is seen as a possible place to live when I decide to take advantage of such a place.

5 on all and 4 on the food, there is a bit of room to improve on that one. The first time mom was there for a few days. [name removed], the director, introduced her to a resident woman who was the "welcoming committee " and made sure she got involved with activities and also filled her in on the ins and outs. Her second visit there, she fit right in and was happy to be there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The best number -5 2. Very, very clean.-5 3. Very friendly staff and population of people. -5 4. Care I'm an independent living so I can't really comment. Care is OK for me. 5. food excellent.- 6. The activities director is excellent. If you're bored here it's your fault always something you can find to do.-5 After visiting several several places here in this area, I found that this was my best bet for the money. I'm very very happy here. It's been a wonderful place for me. I have made so many friends and plan to stay.

It appears to be an excellent facility. I believe my friend could be well taken care of at Barrington and happy there as well.

Beautiful views! We enjoyed lunch and met some residents there… once my house is sold i’m trading my canal view for the caloosahatchee river.

My aunt is a resident here and this facility is fantastic. It’s very clean and the staff is so caring. The kitchen staff is awesome and they take great care of her. I would highly recommend this facility.

Our tour guide was very welcoming and understanding of our situation. She was informative and was willing to show us our options and give us suggestions.

There seemed to be a great deal of care and compassion for the residents there. [name removed] was very helpful to us!

Absolutely EXCELLENT visit & follow up! From the moment we walked in and met [name removed], we felt immediately felt comfortable and right away noticed the clean and odor free facility. [name removed] explained EVERYTHING in detail, making sure ALL of our questions were answered, including making us aware of programs that could possibly assist in our expenses. She was patient beyond words and focused on OUR needs- she was AWESOME! We visited many places and Barrington Terrace stood out on ALL levels, making this our choice for my father. [name removed], Barrington's LPN, had one of the best bed-side manners when meeting with my father, making him very comfortable (this was SO nice to experience) and the fact that [name removed](Executive Admin/Director) took time to call me a couple days after our visit to get my thoughts and to make sure we had no additional questions was equally impressive and appreciated. We look forward, as does my dad, to his next home in Barrington Terrace!

We visited Coral Oaks. It felt like home. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool, bar area and general store. We chatted with folks who lived there and they had so many great things to say. Their smiles said it all. We loved this place!

My brother likes living there. Sometimes in the hall on 1st floor there is a urine smell but it looks clean the rest is usually very nice and clean. Some times he has to wait but they are always nice to him

I love my apartment, the staff is really friendly and tries to please. The thing they could specifically improve upon as the food. They use a lot of highly processed foods very little protein served cold and run out of things all the time. I would recommend it if they're willing to cook some of their food themselves. Or if they're not fussy about their food.

The experience has still be good. What we like the most about the community are the people and the facilities. Yes, we would recommend Park Summit to other families based on the experience.

Like the friendliness of the residents and the team members. All of the entertainment and activities are really nice. Really good food. Please come and check us out and see the warm feeling. I love the courtyard area.

I helped my friend get in there. One of the good things is a deliver meals. If you can't go for lunch and dinner, it's close to a safe area, it's close to shopping if you need to get out and head means to get out. There's a balcony for outside excess if you're a smoker., I just want to spend a little time outside.

The department heads address ANY issue you may have immediately. When they say their door is always open, they truly mean it. They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel heard. I've also been especially pleased with the attention given should you fall ill. I will leaving Windermere in the summer to move closer to my children and it will truly be a bittersweet day for me. Every person here, staff & resident alike, have become my family. I'd like to add that [names removed] have shown every day that this is what they are meant to be doing. They've definitely set the bar high. Windermere should undoubtedly be put at the top of everyone's list.

As the daughter of a resident at Eagle Ridge Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community and the people who care for my mom every single day. From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of peace and reassurance that she would be safe, understood, and truly cared for. The staff doesn’t just provide care—they build genuine relationships, treating residents like family and honoring who they are and who they’ve always been. What means the most to me is the compassion and patience shown by every team member. They take the time to learn my mom’s routines, preferences, and stories, and they always communicate with our family openly and kindly. The environment is warm and engaging for those living with Alzheimer’s, and the activities bring so much joy and purpose to the residents. Knowing my mom is not only well cared for, but loved and respected, gives our family incredible peace of mind. Thank you, Eagle Ridge!
