Olympics West us a wonderful senior living facility. My sister just didn't give herself a chance to appreciate what they offered. If she does move to another facility she will just not appreciate what we originally set up for her. Olympics West did their very best to show her how good their facility is but my sister just seems to not want to enjoy their living that they offered. It is an outstanding facility and we are so sorry she didn't feel she fit in. Olympics tried their best to accommodate her and We feel even if she moves she will again be disappointed in what the offer her.

The facility is clean, quiet and staff are helpful! My sister had a one bedroom one bathroom apartment, it had plenty of room for her.

My sister is a resident who enjoys the activities especially bingo. Family is often invited to participate in planned activities. Seasonal decorations and games stimulate residents. Nurses prepare her medicine when we take her on outings. They treat each resident with compassion and respect. Staff encourage residents to sit outside in comfortable chairs or wheelchairs. Brookdale is a perfect place for me in this stage of Senior living. It is a lively, friendly, and creative community with many opportunities to continue to use your talents. Support for daily tasks like cleaning and cooking and transportation maximize my ability to enjoy life. Everyone seems to have a smile and hopeful attitude.

What we like the most about the community is that It doesn't smell bad. Staff is friendly and really seem to care. They know [name removed]. Food is very good.

All categories = 5 From the process of my wife's admittance until her death she received superb care at Stone Creek Memory Care . I had positive interaction with a competent and caring staff. Stone Creek Memory Care is a well maintained and clean facility. Good nutritious food is served.

The first time there when we were shown around by [name removed] was wonderful. She showed my dad several different room sizes plus gave us a tour of the facility. Dad chose a one bedroom apartment. He loves everything about it. He eats one meal in the dining area and he said the food is very good. He loves he can get his haircut there and his toenails trimmed there also. I believe him living there will add years onto his life. Dad just turned 98.

All staff and [name removed] the director are fabulous. I love Creekside!!

The nurses are excellent and the attendants are helpful to me and very caring and gentle to my wife.

We are finally moving in Friday. Yes so far it's great.

I have found Oak Ridge to be the best value for a caring and nurturing environment for my father. Oak Ridge is very clean, and the residents seem very happy with the variety of activities that they offer. [name removed] is the activities director and she is always doing something to engage the residents, and she has the warmest personality to boot! My father really enjoys the food and the snacks that are offered throughout the day. I searched high and low for the perfect place for my father for his budget and Oak Ridge far exceeds all of the other places that I found in his price range. Also, my father needed medical attention and physical therapy pretty badly as he had been pretty much neglected in the assisted-living facility that he was in in Florida. Oak Ridge has been on top of his care and I can't say enough about [name removed], the physical therapist. My father has gone from being Wheelchair bound to being able to walk 125 feet with a walker in six weeks.

I was welcomed by the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and nice and caring. The room accommodations were very, very nice. The food was absolutely delicious, especially chef polls pumpkin pie. And the nursing staff was outstanding.

After seeing about 10 communities I decided this was for me. I am living here for[time frame removed]and I am satisfied

I toured the facility in September and found it bright and cheerful. There were paintings and artwork by residents on the walls. It was clean and the many residents were busy with activities or happily dining. The staff was hands on and visible, I have seen many and this residence deserves its many accolades.

my mom is a resident at Tuscany and i visit quite frequently. all i can say is that their care for their residents is top notch!!! definitely a family atmosphere. Very caring on every aspect- nurses, therapist, front desk, dining room staff. they are very pleasant and accommodating. Very clean place. I would definitely recommend this place.

We toured & met with the facilities administrators. It was like divine intervention occurred. Very pleasant staff, kind & attentive. Really cared about their residents. The common areas were always kept clean daily. And weekly cleaned residents rooms.

I have visited Derian lodge several times and each time it gets better. The staff is so endearing and the residents are all so friendly. I will someday be a resident of Derian Lodge as it is where I plan on going when I am ready to give up my home . I often go over to visit people I know or join in when they are doing something fun which is often. The place has a homey feel to it .

I am the son of a resident at the court at Palm Aire. For me the experience has been a 5. My interactions with staff have been positive. The food/dining experience was nice. The room size is perfect for my mother's needs. My mom is new to the community. She moved there one month ago. It takes time for her to warm up to new people and to feel sociable in a new place like this, but she feels safe and doesn't regret her move since she can keep to herself until she is ready.

Very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
