The facility is clean, smells good and the staff is fantastic. We are learning all of their names and about their families. They are very helpful in getting us whatever we need--haircuts, podiatrists, hearing aid cleaning and adjustments and even 24 hours to get replacements hearing aids! They take residents out on Wednesdays to local parks/ farms to get cider and donuts or ice cream sundaes in their van which can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs!

I would give them 5 stars in all categories, except food, I would give them 4 stars. They were in a transition between cooks, while my mom was there, and their quality slipped a little during that period. The staff are very caring and take care of the residents like their family.

The facility is very attentive and provides wonderful meals for the residents. I would absolutely recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

Very good place, nursing is very good, all of the help has been very good also, building needs to be updated, warm food put on cold plate is not good,, need plate warmer and a real convection oven to help with cooking etc

She hasn't been there long enough to really give a fair judgement but I'm happy with the facility so far and the communication. My family's experience thus far has been very favorable and Hay Creek Lodge has really put forth the effort to make my mom's stay there safe, comfortable and happy.

The only reason 4 got a 4was the attitude of some of the night time staff. To be fair was undergoing a major change in administration while I was there. This seemed to improve as time went on. They were often short staffed, causing people to work in other areas and longer shifts than usual, again improving with time. I can't comment on the Wellstead, only [name removed]

5 on all 8 categories. There are so many activities for the residents. Always something going on. I've eaten lunch with my brother and there were good options if I didn't like the main course. The food is very good.

The experience was very good. The staff is caring and empathetic. They make sure my dad is where he should be and involve him in activities. The food according to my dad is very good. The room is a little small but clean and neat. The biggest detractor is that my dad has been there a month and I guess because they were bought out there's a lot of confusion on paperwork and things aren't getting done. We are paying to have someone at Edina do the paperwork for his long term insurance and it's not being completed. Also confusion on bill too many changes all increases of things they thinks needs doing but aren't doing. So the quote we received is less than what we are paying and the deal they gave us for a year is now in question with the sale. So very confusing and not what we expected monetary wise

I would recommend it. Loved the tour. The place and staff were so professional and welcoming. However, the ongoing directives that our loved one requires to eat and to go to the bathroom are not happening. It appears that the staff does not have communication on the patients needs. We are very concerned about this.

What we like the most about the community is the people. All parts of the staff were great. I honestly believe they care about the people and it's more than a job.

The staff at Muncie Estates has far exceeded our expectations of care for my husband. They are patient and kind not only with him, but with his family members as well. The facility is well kept up and bright and pleasant.

Staff were very helpful and also gave space when needed for my mom and dad. They liked the puzzles and music activities. Rides to physical therapy were very helpful.

Sparr Heights is a wonderful facility, and mom is very happy there. My sister and I highly recommend Sparr Heights.

It was the first place that was recommended by A Place for mom, after checking two or three others, I thought that the facilities and the staff were very nice, and caring. I would recommend others to this place

I absolutely love living at Oak Hill Terrace! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming – it really feels like home. The team from Paxxon therapy has been wonderful. They’re caring professional and have helped me so much. I also love my apartment – it’s comfortable bright and just perfect for me. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live!

As we moved mom from another facility to Walnut Creek, she was welcomed and felt safe and comfortable. The staff works to help the residence with anything they need. The meal and snacks are delicious. The services and accommodations mom receive are very economical.

Definitely recommend great service. Great experience with them very accommodating
