I have been to three different assisted livings. This has been the best!

Literally the best facility and staff you could ever wish for. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. My mother was thrown into memory care by a previous facility. I knew she wasn’t ready for that. Ennis pointe took her in and put in so much time and patience while my mother acclimated. She was exit seeking and frustrated. They helped guide us and worked with her doctor to advocate for what she needed. Now she is thriving and so happy. We are forever grateful for the love, care, patience and compassion they have shown not only our mom but our family. They have become our second family and we are so blessed.

Mom loves living at Ennis Pointe. Everyone there loves my mom and this makes me and my family very happy to know she is well taken care of. We truly appreciate everything everyone does to help make mom comfortable. The facility is always so clean too.

We would rate all of them a 5. We are very impressed and pleased. The staff is very caring and at same time willing to give honest assessments. Very cooperative in working through various situations

My Grandfather was a resident here before his passing. He had a “like home” experience and loved the staff. They are all so friendly and caring of the residents and their visiting family members. They meals provided and the activities they have for their residents are 100% grade A!

The staff of this community goes above and beyond for its residents! From the higher level ups to the PRNs, each member of the team shows their love of others by pouring into each person who walks through their doors! Love this team and live this community!

The atmosphere at Olympics West looks and feels more like a tastefully decorated hotel than a senior community. Also they had an independent living apartment available on the first floor that has a patio which was very appealing to my mother. The only thing she didn't like was the squishy carpeting in the apartment. It bothered the neuropathy in her feet. The administration was nice enough to replace the carpeting with vinyl flooring for her before she moved in.

Everyone is very pleasant, happy and always willing to go the extra step to help. I have a one bedroom, roomy enough for me. So far everything is actually more than expected.

A friendly environment, free food. I don’t have cook. I feel safe here. It was a hard decision but had to be made.left my home 25 years by myself, now I’m in here meeting new people doing different activities.

They have a lot of things to do. I never get bored. I’m allergic to a lot of foods and they help me figure out what I can have. The staff is great ,they are always checking on me to make sure I’m doing fine.

I am very active in the community, helping with activities. I love it here and I won’t leave. It’s close to shopping and places to dine. I made lots of friend's here we are like one big family . Tell your friends come join us.

I am still getting acquainted with the folks there but so far the staff has been very helpful and the other residents have been very welcoming. I am very thankful to a place for mom, would not have known where to start without your assistance

Our loved one is at Magnolia Springs and they are the best. The staff is the best.

I love my apartment just the right size.i love having housekeepers because I can’t do it.i love activities we have fun. I have friends here, i feel safe here. I especially feel safe knowing there is someone here at all times.

Very clean place, the staff were great. I toured other places, Grove Point was the place for me. Close to shops. I have met a lot of people here and made some good friend's. Would recommend it to my friends and family

The staff is really friendly and they encourage group activities. The apartment is perfect and amenities are average. I think they should offer more off campus options.

Everything was so nice, very clean facility, the administration was simply awesome n lived up to what they said. They showed us the room that my husband would be in when I asked if there would be a chair or recliner where I could sleep at night, they said: what size of bed would you like twin or full? I said twin. They even furnished sheets and a blanket. They introduced me to the cheff. Although [name removed] couldn't eat much n couldn't go to the cafeteria, the cheff or another member of the cafeteria staff would come n let us know what they had for each day. We did take a microwave, and coffee pot, and other necessities mainly for me, but all was great. The nurses/staff checked to make sure all was good from time to time. [name removed] was on Hospice.

Everyone here genuinely cares about the residents. They understand the needs of my resident and do everything to make her comfortable. There are plenty of activities and they try to get the residents to try new activities. Meals and the dining room are welcoming and they move the residents to different tables to meet new residents.

I can't believe how lucky I got with this community. It's a family in 3 parts: residents, staff and administration. Each seems to value one another and it has a synergistic effect. It's a caring, clean and efficiently operating system

Everybody is very pleasant and supportive and some of the other residents. There are just so nice. It is very special to have people like that around my mother and it not be so many people like a way over 100 which would be terrifying to her. This was the absolute best fit.
