Our experience with Creekside has been wonderful. The memory care team is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to my sister’s individual needs. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to live.

This memory care community has been wonderful for my dad and our family. The staff are attentive, kind, and genuinely care about the residents. We feel confident knowing he is safe, supported, and surrounded by people who truly care.

Creekside has been such a blessing for our family. Knowing my aunt is safe, cared for, and treated with genuine kindness brings us so much peace of mind. The staff truly understand memory care and go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming, and communication with our family has been wonderful. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and dedication shown every single day.

I recently toured Creekside and immediately felt at home. The staff introduced themselves to me as I walked through, you can hear the staff interacting with the people that live here, it was very clean and smelt good! I am preparing for my mom to have to move and it will definitely be here at Creekside.

Magnolia is a very loving place to call home . Staff is amazing, meals are delicious and pets are welcome. Beautiful facility and maintained ares to walk as well as a huge covered back porch for folks to gather.

I recently moved my father into Lewis Park. The experience was very easy and all the staff did an excellent job. The staff is very friendly a d us always welling to help. The facility is well maintained, and jept clean. [name removed] the Executive Director was very helpful and gave me a great informative tour before making the decision to move my father into a facility. [name removed], the Community Resource Director was also helpful with the whole process. This is a great facility to have your loved one to live at. I'm so grateful for their services.

From the moment I walked inside I had a Good feeling about the property. After meeting the staff and your tour. I felt confident that it was the right choice. Mom was excited when I shared with her. Looking forward to the experience.

I enjoy living here at oak Hill Terrace! Everyone is so friendly and inviting. I especially enjoy eating in the fancy dining room. The service is like eating at a fine dining restaurant I love all the staff, they are helpful and very kind. I enjoy all the activities especially exercise every morning, bingo and arts and crafts. The entertainment that comes to entertain us is so enjoyable!! We also have all different outings that we go on with the activity ladies and they're just so much fun.

The place is really nice just a little overpriced for the size and what they offer. Other places offer new appliances and upgraded looking apartments for alot cheaper than what they are charging. But they are very sweet and nice and if the apartments were bigger I would love to move there but they are just too small for the price and there are some out there cheaper and bigger.

Entering the facility i noticed thr cleanliness, decor was beautiful. The residents were happy, the BB team very friendly. The director, [removed name] was very pleasant, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed from the time I walked, would highly recommend this facility to those who need a place for "Mom".

[name removed] answered every question and every concern, covering every amenity and detailed service. This facility inspires confidence that your loved one will be safe and well-cared for. A place that feels like home.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing how Lewis Park operates over the past several years, and I’ve consistently been impressed by the care, professionalism, and heart behind this community. That said, it’s been especially exciting to watch Lewis Park enter an even stronger chapter under the leadership of their new Executive Director, [removed name]. I’ve known [removed name] for many years, and it has been such a pleasure to watch the way she leads — with integrity, compassion, and a deep respect for both residents and team members. Her presence is already elevating an organization that was doing good work, and it’s clear that she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does. Lewis Park is a community that genuinely cares, and with [removed name] at the helm, the future looks incredibly bright.

This place is no longer [removed name]~ it changed November 1st to Sinceri. Definitely ask for a breakdown of costs~ especially their care costs & make sure they are doing what they say they're doing. They are good but getting direct answers is not the best. For a small facility they should be aware of all the people they have there and what's what. Care givers are amazing with everyone. Now this new company that bought [removed name] is supposed to be more transparent. Seeing as it all just changed on [removed date] I'm hoping to see a difference.

The employees are friendly, helpful and smiling which makes living here very enjoyable. The Chef has a large menu of choices, so you can always have meals that you like and in the mood for! Each day flies bye because there are so many fun things to do all day long. The Residents are easy to meet and become friends with. The Caregivers visit your apartment daily to make your bed, empty your waste basket and wash any dishes in your sink... which keeps your apartment looking nice. Once a week, Housekeeping changes your bed sheets and pillowcases, your towels and wash cloths, cleans your bathroom shower and toilet, your carpets. Living here is comfortable, relaxing and fun!

The staff are always available. The apartments are a nice size! The 1-2 bedrooms are a great size and studios are large,

I recently moved a family member to Magnolia Springs. They have been welcoming and professional in every aspect. We could not be more pleased. They have found their perfect home to make life much easier.

I just like the area. The facility is in a great location, is clean and well organized. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and communicative. I felt that my sister was receiving great care. I would certainly recommend the community to others, particularly in light of the very challenging process of finding a suitable place for elderly care from an availability, cost and service standpoint.
