This is a friendly, caring facility. It's very 'homey' and the girls take excellent care of the residents and address them by their first name. My friend (a resident there) likes them all.

I think they do a great job overall at Orchard Park. Everything has gone very well so far, I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I do feel they could have been a bit more in-depth with the assessment process. They assessed our loved one on a particularly good day, so I think they slightly underestimated his care needs.

I think they do a good job overall at Leisure Park, we've had experience with a few communities and this place definitely ranks at the top. The staff here are all very nice, caring people, and the place is clean and well kept. They've done a really great job getting her at the right level for her medication, she seems to be doing much better now. My only complaint is that sometimes they miss details when it comes to care. When I visit sometimes I'll find that nobody put her compression socks on that morning. I also wish they'd check a little more frequently for trips to the restroom. But overall it's a nice place.

Mom, who is 91, broke her hip. She is going there from the hospital tonight. I had a diff place all picked out for her close to home, but I read the reviews and nixed the whole idea. The other place had dirty floors and allegedly drugged the dementia patients to shut them up. Not for my mother. This place, after looking at 3 others, impressed me. Fireplace, hardwood floors, wall-to-wall pretty CARPET in the hallways, the largest 32" tvs for each patient.... but mostly it was the decor and the smiles and alertness on the patients' faces. Nobody was sitting there looking dead. All the elderly people were talking, smiling, doing something. That says a lot to me. I will update. She is going there tonight for her rehab.

The caregivers they have there at Farmington Square at Salem are very soft spoken, consistent, nice people. They know how to make my moms day go by smoothly. The activities are perfect for what she needs. It has been a very positive experience. We have all felt that it was the right decision at the right time and place. It is a very costly service, but well worth it.

neat and clean,. well taken care of, good location for shopping restaurants. Staff were really very nice and sent me info. Before I even went there, niothing but good things from friends family members.

The facility is new and very clean. It passed my 'smell test' because that would have been a deal breaker. The staff all seems very nice.

They do an exceptional services to make it comfortable for my mom. They take every initiative possible to look after my mom's welfare. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. We are very pleased with everything. I just don't have any information about the cost or value.

My mother-in-law moved in in Feb. 2014. It was a move from a single family home that she had lived in for 36 years. She loves it. Lovely apt. w/views of Minneapolis skyline, good food and very friendly staff. The transition was seamless. The current construction in somewhat inconvenient but will make a huge improvement overall so we are happy it's happening! Would encourage anyone who is looking for independent care to tour this complex!

Sterling House has changed names. It is now Brookdale of Ennis. My wife has been there about a week and she loves it. She has alzehimers but not super bad at this point. Her short term memory is what is bad. Brookdale has been so helpful. All the employees there want to be there and help any way they can. I have nothing but praise for the place. The rooms or apartments are large and very nice. I would recommend it to anyone needing an assisted living place. I have at meals there 4 times and every time the food is great. Any one wanting to talk to me about the place, I would be happy to talk to them.

This is our 3rd facility. The last one let our person fall 2-3 times a day, finally breaking his hip. Autumn Leaves Fossil Creek, is incredible. It is sooo far above the others, it's unbelievable. The facility is spotless clean. The staff is remarkable. These people are trained professionals, not just another warm body to meet code. I wish we had found this place from the beginning of our search. They genuinely care about the care being given to your loved one. I can't say enough about the wonderfully trained staff and smoothness with which the facility is run.

Staff is friendly, warm and attentive. The place is clean fresh, light and airy. Mom seems to feel relaxed safe and worry free. She considers residents as her friends.

Wyndcrest Assisted Living: Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offer a nice variety of foods. They offer the regular menu along with the short order menu items to choose from. My mom really enjoys it. She calls it a home away from home. They treat her really well when she's there. The rate of the faculty is reasonable. Anytime we need to go out of town, we check with Wyndcrest to see if they have any availability, and usually they do. They are very accommodating.

The people at Library Square are very friendly. They provide good care to my mom, and overall I'm satisfied with the services. I rate them a 4.5 out of 5 only because my mom isn't crazy about the food.

Morningside of Bellgrade has been wonderful to us. The staff and the nurses and aids have been great. Qudsia has taken so much time with us and NEVER seems distracted as if she had other things to do or other people to see. Julie was my initial contact person and she did everything she could and went out of her way to help us and make us feel like this was the place for our loved one to be . Katrina has been helpful with all of the medical aspects of our family member and has helped us with her knowledge and experience of what to expect will happen as time goes on. Even Amy has made the financial experience as pleasant and it can possibly be and has helped us with dealing with long term care. Why even Sherry who answers the phone knows us by name. Over all, my family and I highly recommend Morningside. We like the idea that your loved one can be cared for till the time of their passing. Morningside feels like a home and not a hospital. Thank you Morningside for all you do!!!!!

They do a fantastic job of looking of each individual personal. They do a great job with the level of activities they provide for my mother considering her illness.

Professional staff!! They interact well with residence and my Mom loves it there!!

The Elmcroft has been very helpful handling our step mother with dementia. They are very attentive to her, kind and understanding. Their communication with us is excellent. Would highly recommend.

So far everything has gone very well with The Gardens of Virginia Beach! They've done a great job looking after my loved one, they're very caring and it really comes across in everything that they do. The residents here all seem to be happy and enjoying themselves. The facility itself is nice, and although they are in the middle of some renovations now, generally very clean.
