Orchard Park Vicotry Lake overall has been very good. We are pleased with them. The only problem we have had is getting moms caption phone set up. I know the staff is working on getting this done though. Very pleased with the help we have received. Overall it's been a good experience here at this facility.

Everybody from the office staff to the caregivers are A+++++++++++++/super caring and with patience that is unfathomable/They are just so loving and professional/that it is such a pleasure to know that my mother is with such loving and caring professionals The stars should reflect 10+ instead of 4+ on a scale of 1-5

I thought they did a very good job overall at Elmcroft of Braeswood. The staff here is outgoing and courteous, and they keep the whole place looking very clean and well kept. They also do a very good job with the food, which is always a nice surprise. I would recommend them.

They are very good and very nice people. I did think they would be a little better at encouraging her to get involved in the activities and in the community, and they have not. Overall though it has been a positive experience.

My Aunt has been given outstanding care since arriving there. She had to be hospitalized recently and the director took time from his busy schedule to visit her. I was very appreciative of this,

Everyone has been exceptional. Dad loves it. Food is restaurant quality.

We are doing good with Farmington Square. The staff is pretty friendly. We haven't had any problems with them. We are pretty happy with them so far, I would say they get a four and a half.

My wife Linda is 73 years young. We have been married for 53 years and have been inseparable for 55 years. During the past two years her memory has deteriorated to the point that she very seldom recognizes me. She recently went through a period where she became very belligerent, especially at bath time. She was required to leave 3 other facilities because of this behavior. Orchard Park has dealt with her symptoms and they have improved in less than 2 months. She is usually alert and active, something she was not at another facility. They tried to control here behavior through very heavy sedation. Her memory still declines. In short, Orchard Park of Kyle has a great staff that appears to be well trained and a very nice facility and they do a very good job taking care their clients. My only criticism, would be the fire drills. The loud noise confuses the memory care clients. Since, the staff checks every room during a fire drill (or I assume during a real event), it would seem that the volume of the alarms could be turned down. The clients don't know what they are to do anyway without staff guidance.

We have been very pleased with the care that our parent has received. She is in the memory unit - Heartland Village. The staff is always kind to her, very helpful to us and willing to meet our needs for our parent. I would recommend the memory unit to others. The staff try to engage these residents in activities even though most residents have short term attention and cannot really participate. I have also been impressed with the administration. They have been willing to listen to our struggles and have been supportive as we made the decision to place our parent in the facility. They have been available to discuss our concerns in a timely way. I'm glad we chose Mountview Senior Living.

when looking for your family members you want a place that care i gave them a 4.5 star rating over all since we didnt view many other place it looked clean in and out side the staff was very helpful i gave the care service a 4 i think they care about yo loved one well being

I toured here when I was looking into options. I did like the Brookdale. I didn't see anything wrong with it. It is a pretty nice place and there weren't any smells and the people were very friendly.

I have no complaints what so ever. This is a amazing facility. Everything is wonderful. They treat my loved one and also the other residents with respect and caring for them. They dont treat them wrong and always have a smile on their face and is happy to be their and help him out.

Twelve years ago my mother decided she should move from her home and try out Independent Living at Leisure Park, in Lakewood NJ. It was an excellent decision. She moved into a light-filled one-bedroom apartment that gave her plenty of space. It was well-appointed, with great closets, extra storage space, and well designed to set off the furniture she brought from her previous home. It took very little time for her to make friends and to fit into the life and activities there. She made some very close friends over the years—interesting people with lively personalities. While Leisure Park is a lovely place, it is the staff that makes it really work. They are caring, helpful people. They pay attention. They smile. They get to know the families. They go the extra mile. When my mother passed away unexpectedly, the staff was very sensitive to our needs. She would have appreciated that. We certainly did. I recommend Leisure Park to anyone looking for the experience of Independent Living in a caring, congenial, pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to mother before she passed away shortly after arriving at the facility. They are knowledgeable, caring people.

This place feels alive when you visit. That is one reason why we chose this for Dad. He has a suite with another gentleman and that not only makes it more affordable but offers social support for both. Kim and Brittany are awesome and really care about the residents. The food is delicious and the activities are good.

The staff was really friendly and really took good care of the patients. Meals were always served on time and we're really good. If my Mom didn't like something she could have a hamburger or choose several other items. Special protein shakes could be ordered. The facility was very clean. My mom was always clean and had a blanket if needed and everything was orderly. I was there every day and things were always very structured. Pt and Ot were careing and did a good job with the patients. There were lots of activities and entertainment for the patients and Bingo of course. The staff was very helpful with everything and I was happy with the care my Mom received there. The staff kept an eye on the patients and made sure their needs were met by suggesting different meds or therapy and have an open door policy to help you make the decisions you need to make.

They are very clean, very sweet,kind and helpful...There are many things to keep your loved one busy. The best place I have seen and I looked at 15 properties..Love Love Love the staff...

I find Ashley Point to be an exceptional facility. I have toured it, and I have sent people to check it out. The staff are friendly and professional. The building and cottages are beautiful, and the food is first rate! People seem happy and relaxed in their surroundings. It is first rate!

My dad spent only a month there before he passed away, but I could not have been more pleased with the facility and staff. Prior to my dad moving in at The Wellstead of Rogers, he had been in 3 hospitals and 2 nursing homes, one of those nursing homes was just awful. The staff at Wellstead treated my dad like family, I could not have asked for better care for him. The staff is so engaging and caring even when my dad was not cooperative. Very greatful that I was able to get him into this wonderful facilty before he passed away.

This is a friendly, caring facility. It's very 'homey' and the girls take excellent care of the residents and address them by their first name. My friend (a resident there) likes them all.
