Sinceri Senior Living

I have found Cinco Ranch to be a smaller senior living facility which focuses on superior care for their residents. My parents enjoy a lifestyle on their time table but with assistance and loving care when it is needed. My parents have engaged in activities which they would not do at another senior living facility and they find the meals to be delicious and healthy. I am very happy we made the move and wish I had made it sooner!~

So far our experience with The Gardens at Westlake has been a very good one. It's a clean, nice looking facility, and all of the staff I have met seem friendly and professional. My loved one settled in quickly and really seems to be enjoying himself!

I am very happy with them so far. They send me pictures of my dad, and let me know how he's doing. He seems to be doing really good, and I don't feel like I have to worry. I love that it's such an open community, and sometimes they bring their kids, and the residents really enjoy that. They were really good about calling the doctor he has had for years, and got him set back up. I really see a difference with them trying to keep his quality of life. They are working on getting him healthier. They seem to know a lot about brains, and how dementia works. I like that everything is pretty much inclusive, and the price is very reasonable.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at Mulberry Gardens! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the accommodations are good. They do an excellent job with the food as well! The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here.

We like the whole setup that they have. I think there could be a little more feedback as to how our loved one is doing. I haven't really seen issues with maintenance so far. I would like to see them do a little better with keeping the other residents from wandering into others' rooms. It would be nice if they had a maximum temperature level on the thermostat for them. The people seem to be pretty friendly. I would give them a four or a four plus.

I love Denton TX so just the location and the feel of this city alone makes this facility even better. Everything in Denton is better.

This is a very nice place. The staff is pleasant and the interact well with the residents. The facility is always spotless. The residents are personable and they seem happy and well taken care of. The activities are great too and seem fun. The food is great and there a several choices on the menu if you don't like what they serve. Excellent.

I really think they do a great job at keeping the residents active and providing them with great activities. They are so friendly and welcoming and it was an easy transition for my loved one because they made it so.

I have been visiting Autumn Leaves at Fossil Creek for the past two years. The facility is always clean inside and out. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents. The nursing staff is always on time with medications and just care about their people. The activities are always fun and they even bring in therapy dogs to comfort and entertain the residents. They even give manicures to the ladies and are good at it. All in all it would be hard to find a memory care facility that accents the CARE part of their name.

I CAME HERE WITH ONE THAT I CARED FOR IN HER HOME FOR MANY YEARS. I'VE OBSERVED ALL OF THE ABOVE.THE STAFF I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH, ALWAYS A SMILE AND HELLO FOR ALL,EXTREMELY KIND AND SO HELPFUL. THE CLIENTS ENJOY THE COMPANY OF OTHERS,THE MEALS ARE WHOLESOME AND IF ONE WOULD LIKE SOMETHING ELSE THEY TRY HARD TO PLEASE. THE ACTIVITY DIRECTOR,WELL, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH,SHE'S A JEWEL SO CREATIVE WITH A SMILE,HER IDEA'S AMAZING,SHE BRINGS THEM MEMORIES OF ANOTHER TIME.. LIFE CAN BE FULFILLING ONCE AGAIN FOR WHATEVER THE REASONS MAY BE FOR THIS NEW BEGINNING,THEY FIND COMFORT HERE WITH ALL NEW FRIENDS FROM THEIR OWN EXPERIENCES IN LIFE.

Our experience with Somerford House has been a good one! It's just a very nice place, overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend them as being worth a look to anyone looking into senior care in the area.

The staff here is very helpful and considerate. They communicate well with us. The facility is always clean and well maintained. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged with the staff and one another.

I highly recommend Farmington Square Tualatin. They are caring, supportive, communicate concerns well and promptly with family members, serve tasty, nutritious food, keep the facility and grounds clean and neat, give prescription medications meticulously; housekeeping and laundry services are first rate. Transitioning our loved one with dementia from his home to memory care was very difficult for us emotionally, but the staff provided support and care not only to the new resident, but also to us, the family. We have visited unannounced at all hours and always find caring, intelligent, dedicated staff and well-cared-for residents. We visited other facilities before choosing this one, and one of the primary reasons for our choice was the quality of the staff, and their ability to hire, train, and utilize people who care, are gentle, and capable of dealing with the broad spectrum of emotions and behaviors of residents with dementia and their families. We are comfortable knowing that our loved one is well, happy, provided with activities, supervised 24/7, and we don't have to worry about his care.

The staff at Elmcroft are AMAZING!!! They are definitely Resident focused. Our move involved travel from out of state. Brittany & Karan worked diligently to make our transition fit our needs. After a month, almost all the kinks have been worked out and we can all get on with the business of LIVING!! Having medical providers come to Elmcroft has been a blessing. Elmcroft is a mile and a half from my home -- I can come visit whenever I want. Now that I have the door code for access after hours, I no longer am setting off the alarm. I feel my concerns are / will be addressed. I am being heard and respected, as is my family member.

The facility is bright and clean. The staff is attentive and caring. They offer a variety of activities to keep the residents active and entertained.

My wife is in the late stages of Alzheimer's and has been at Farmington Square for over a year. She receives great care and all the caregivers seem to really like her. Also, the food is very good. They know that I visit at a certain time each day and they try to have her out of bed and waiting in her wheelchair for me. On all nice days, we go outside (which is nicely landscaped) and sit for a while.

People who work there are excellent, it amazing how they remember everyone's name. Not just the management, but all of the employees also. My folks are in independent living, love the food, plenty to do if they want to take advantage of it, but that will come with time. Most of the residents are really nice people. Probably take two to three months to really get comfortable.

On a scale of 100 Wynwood at Twin falls is 200. The staff do everything they say they will do. The gals are so sweet, comforting, and genuinely interested. My only criticism, if you even want to call it that is the lighting. It is a little dim in the facility. The staff is just so great. The attendants are just wonderful. Anyone needing an assisted living facility should come here.

The staff has gone out of their way in order to make my parents feel comfortable. They moved from a different city, so it has been a tough transition, but everyone has just been so nice and encouraging. They are slowly but surely coming around.
