My parents are doing very well since their move. The reduction in responsibilities is a breath of fresh air to them. They have housekeeping and meals provided, they get excited talking about what will be for dinner, or what activities they will be joining. The facility had a pool and activities center as well as covered parking. The location is perfect, they are close top restaurants and stores which were important to them. It has been a very good experience for them and they are happy.

It was a good experience for my mother while she was at the Elmcroft of Washington Township. We liked the community a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking into it.

We chose this place for my mother in law following a TCU stay. She enjoys the activities, helpful staff, variety of foods and the other residents she is meeting. There was a little vagueness in the services that would be charged so Assisted Living is expensive but the hope is that it's temporary and she will be Independent soon. Overall the amenities and location are quite convenient and the renovations show in that it is bright and welcoming.

My parents are pleased and doing well since their move into The Gardens at Westlake. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I have had meals with them and the food is very good. There have been a couple of small incidents but they were quick to resolve them. I don't expect them to be perfect. We are happy with our choice.

I appreciate this community the most. It is well staffed with caring people who are interacting and giving attention to the residents. I usually see 4 staff in each wing. I knew this was the place when I saw how much more space there is to move around in. There are different hallways, rooms, and the gathering area is large enough for everyone to not be stuck or shoved around. Pets are allowed, I have seen one dog here. The community is secured with a lovely, spacious courtyard, no fear of wandering. All the room have windows of a nice view outside. There is life within the community and I really like that. It is located in a nice neighborhood that is safe with low traffic.

Morningside is very clean. The staff is helpful and caring. We just moved my Mother-in-law into Morningside a week ago. Due to dementia she is having a difficult transition. The staff has been right with her and with us. Staff members will come right up and introduce themselves from the Dietitian to the Activities Director. They have a wonderful dining room where food is served restaurant style. The activities calendar is FULL of activities from beading to bible study. We are very happy with Morningside.

My mother is adjusting fairly well since her move to the community. The staff is accommodating and the place is kept clean. My mother takes classes every day such as painting and joins activities. They have an area dedicated to memory care and that was the selling point for us.

Mom has only been there for less than 2 weeks... She has been moved around alot..own home, my home, previous memory care unit, hospital, rehab and not Brookdale Plymouth... all in less than 3 months. and has been having some issues adjusting to this latest move. The upper staff has been really good about modifying, adjusting care plan, but as always , the staff on the ground is what makes or breaks a place... They are trying. They are caring, and concerned... but are having trouble learning just how to deal with mom... it will come... and all are committed to working with her and us her family. I think that is the right place for mom... and that we will all eventually get what we need to make it a good move.

Mom is very happy living at this community. The staff give her a lot of attention and make sure she has everything she needs. The community is nice and smells good. She has a nice room and they keep it clean. She is happy with the food and the staff encourage her to participate in the daily activities. I would recommend this community.

What I very much appreciated is the fact that the Staff has been very open and honest about what they presented about the property, care, and what to expect. All of our questions were answered and the facility has been a great transition for our Mother.

This is a nice facility and best thus far for my dad. He is comfortable and safe. He eats all his food and has plenty of care and space.

The Gardens is a very lovely facility. The staff members and Directors are extremely friendly and willing to help in any way they can to make the new resident feel welcome. There are a variety of activities available to keep one busy and social. It is up to the resident to avail oneself to these opportunities. I didn't realize that there are PT/OT services available on the premises. There is an exercise facility to accommodate the PT, which is an important item for my father. The dining room is open all day. That way the resident can be flexible about eating times. That is a big plus! Weekly housekeeping and laundry are provided, along with a daily bed-making and emptying wastebaskets. Administering medicine was a big plus for my aging father, as there were many parameters to consider when taking various medicines related to his new heart condition.

Gorgeous campus. Smells clean, looks nice and very friendly and competent staff. Food is good, plenty of outings and activities. I would highly recommend Farmington Square Tualatin if you are in the market for an assisted living or memory care facility.

The staff are nice and have worked with us. The nurse administrator is receptive when I talk to them. My mother in law seems to like the food. The community always looks nice and they have been making improvements. My in laws have participated in some of the daily activities.

I have no complaints about this community so far everything seems to be going well for my father. He seems to have made some friends with the other residents and is comfortable in his new living environment.

The community overall has been a good fit for my mother. The meals are a bit institutional, not as good. They have a big menu tp chose from daily specials. They offer a variety of activities such as bingo and balcony finishing. The staff is excellent at every level, they are cheerful kind and friendly. They make an effort to know all of the new resident's names and call them by their first name. It's a new building and they offer month to month instead of making you sign a lease.

My Mother-in-Law lived happily at Ashwood for 5years before she died at age 90. At almost 93, my Mother was ready to consider an alternative to living alone in her home. She wasn't totally sold on moving, but decided to give it a try. The deciding factor was being able to bring her dog and cat. She's been at Ashwood only a month and we've seen a remarkable change in her. She still has her walker and cane, but rarely uses them. She's motivated to walk, participate and live again. The staff is friendly, professional, responsible and caring. The activities are engaging and she loves the food. She's always taken great pride in her home and has been able to decorate her apartment just as she wanted it. She just called me to tell me there was a called meeting in the dining room this afternoon and she wondered what was going on. It was a surprise party the day before Thanksgiving, complete with finger foods, music and dancing.

The Magnolia Springs was a very nice clean community. The place is brand new and was maintained very well while my mother was there. The only problem we had was my mother's room was too far from the dining room, but when we brought up the concern they quickly moved my mother to another room. Also, they worked with us financially which was very helpful.

The Edgewood Point was good to my loved one while she lived there. The staff would bend over backward to please her. If she didn't like the food, they would take her shopping to get stuff she would eat. The only complaint I have is my loved one needed eye drops every certain amount of hours and the staff was not always prompt to give them to her on time.

Don't think we could have found a better place to fill all our needs. We are very happy here!!
