I'm very happy with Winterberry Heights! I wish the price was a little lower, but we are very happy with it! My loved one is happy with the food and the meals are adequate for the residents. We really like that it's a new and clean building with a very nice atmosphere! The people are very nice, and there's just a very good atmosphere when you walk in! We are very pleased!

They have been really good to work with. The food is a little bland for me, but I think it's good for my parents. We chose them because they agreed to take charge of the situation, and went the extra mile in getting them transitioned. The communities we dealt with in the past were not very flexible or able to work with us and they have been able to do that.

I was very pleased with what they had to offer and what they are doing. I was pleased with the care they taking of my loved one. The food really looked delicious, it was well prepared and well presented. Activities can be difficult when dealing with Alzheimers patients, but I feel like they do try and do a pretty good job as well.

They were fantastic!! We were moving out of state to one of their sister communities, and they were able to do the assessment for us to make sure the move went smoothe. If we had stayed in the area we would have stayed here! we loved it!! They were so friendly and accommodating. Great place.

We really liked it. The people were nice and it was clean. We picked a Morninig side that was a little closer to us, because we liked it so much but it was a little too far away. We are very happy at the Morningside we did choose.

They were clean and friendly. I was concerned with the lighting in one of the rooms, I thought that it was a little dark, and they took care of that before we moved in. They have some activities, I think they could have more but it seems good for their pace, and they seem to enjoy the bus rides. There is a little outdoor space, I would have liked to have a little more outdoor walking room. They have a good size patio, to sit and socialize. The people have all been really nice to work with. The staff really likes her and she likes them too.

I am grateful for the support and help they gave me and the care they provided to my mom. The staff, especially Carla, helped me to get through difficult times. I would highly recommend Cinco Ranch to anyone needing this type of care.

VERY IMPRESSED. EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT TEAM. THE NURSE IN CHARGE OF THE DEMENTIA/ALZHEIMERS SECTION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CLEANINESS OF THE FACILITY WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. ACCOMADAIONS WERE JUST WHAT I WANT AND EXPECT. THE ACTIVITIES POGRAM WAS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE IN THE RICHMOND AREA. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR MOM! I WILL MAKE A FIRM COMMITTMENT WITHIN THE NEXT TEN DAYS. FINALLY THE RESIDENT FEES ARE REASONABLE AND ACCEPTABLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

They do a great job here, I'd give them 5s across the board! It's a great looking place, and always very clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. They take great care of the residents, and they have plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. I haven't tried it myself, but relatives who have stayed for a meal have said that the food is awesome!

Myrtle Beach Estates (MBE) we absolutely love. It has the appearance of a hotel versus the more clinical environment of Myrtle Beach Manor. MBE is nestled in a wooded area of a residential neighborhood. The grounds look very much like my mother's yard. The rooms are large and have large windows. The whole facility is well lighted artificially and with natural light from large windows everywhere. The staff was friendly and our guide, Trish Crowell, is a wonderfully loving, caring person. MBE has a 'memory care' building, as does Myrtle Beach Manor. Mother will be able to transition to the memory care area, as her condition dictates, without having to change facilities. MBE has the size room we want for my mother so we are going to move forward with placing Mother at this 'home'.

They are very caring at Farmington Square and went all out to make my mom feel better. The whole family was impressed.

We are so impressed with Elmcroft! They are excellent in every way, they keep a good eye on her and try to keep the care level down so the price doesn't go out of control. They call and keep us informed even if it's just to let us know that she is having a good day. They have some really nice activities. Once a month they have a family and friends night where they supply all the food and wine and beer. They take them out if they want to go out, they have a lunch bunch. I feel like the staff falls over themselves to be nice.

I am very very pleased, with Myrtle Beach Estates. They are so friendly, really, really, friendly! They are pretty quick to respond to my mother's needs and take her to doctor appointments, and making sure she has every thing she needs. They have activities every single day and two outings a week. The location is really good. The only thing that could be improved is the menu, if they could expand their menu a little it would be great.

Nice facility, wonderful staff. Especially like the fact of easy transition as loved one needs further care they can stay in the same facility. Great security with all doors being locked 24/7.

Warm, bright and friendly. This small community has it all - retirement living in 2 bedroom, 2 bath Cottages, as well as caring Assisted Living in large, well-lighted apartments. Family-friendly, the staff is exceptional. The food has been featured as setting the standard. I felt comfortable and welcome the moment I walked in the door.

Cedar Ridge is the first place we looked act and the one our family chose for our Mom! The people at Cedar Ridge are Special. The hugs are plentiful and their kindness knows no bounds. It is clean and the care is awesome! My Mom asked how long she was going to stay at the resort. My sister and I would like to make reservations for twenty years from now! It is so hard to find a truly wonderful place but I can tell we have been blessed to find Cedar Ridge and their wonderful staff and residents! We can't thank them enough!

Was very pleased with Elmcroft of Arlington. The friendliness was outstanding. The care services Elmcroft provides is just what we were looking for.

I really like the activities program here, they have things planned for morning and afternoons. As an added plus, they have persons lead activities on weekends. They are excellent at engaging the residents and encouraging them to participate. Another aspect I've really appreciated is that the Kitchen Manager makes sure my loved one is served gluten free meals as she is a celiac sufferer.

So far they've done a great job caring for my loved one, and we have been very pleased with them! It's a very new community, but they're already very on-the-ball when it comes to the staff being friendly and responsive. They're great at engaging the residents and encouraging them to participate in activities. They also work very hard to learn the likes and dislikes of the residents when it comes to food, so they can alter the menu to everyone's tastes.

This place has done a great job so far! The activities here are wonderful, there's always plenty of things for the residents to do, and the the activities director is often out playing bingo right alongside the residents! They've got two dogs at the community, a younger one that likes to play, and an older one that likes to sit with people, and they encourage families to bring their pets to visit. The food is also very good, they've got a varied menu, and always plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall it is just a very comfortable and homey feeling environment, and definitely worth a look!
