Very nice but far too pricey for us...

Quiet, very clean, no smells, lots to do, nice dinning & food, caring staff. Had no problem leaving mom because I would not mind being here. If looking for this type care you need to look at Hudson Creek.

They were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was very satisfied with the care. There were no issues laundry service. It can be busy at certain times, which can cause concerns for parking, but I was always able to find a place. I felt it was a good value for the money.

Clare Bridge in Plymouth, as of this moment, is wonderful!! Mom has talked more in the last two days since she got there than she has in the last year!! And, her quote for the day is....."this can't be real!! I don't know what it costs, but it's worth it!!" First of all, shocked that she talked so much, and second, that she was so happy!! She has been is Memory Care at another facility and it was NOTHING like this!! Ask me in a month if it's still so great.

Very nice facilities, nice setup for semi-private room. Unfortunately won't be able to take sister at her level of care needed.

We are happy with the community. It's a very clean community. The staff is friendly, and they are responsive to needs and concerns. She is real happy with the activities. The food is very good. We don't really have any complaints or concerns, nothing that I can think of that could be done better. It was pretty comparable to the others around.

We really liked this community, but they didn’t have a pool. If they’d had a pool, I might have picked them. I really liked them very much, but my son pointed out the pool, and that made my mind up. I’d still give them a five all the way down though.

It's awesome, phenomenal. They are really good. She has adjusted well. Everything just fell right into place. I appreciated that whenever I would talk to people from the community on the phone, they were always honest and up front with me.

They're doing a great job here, we're very happy with the service. They really care about and get to know the residents here. I like that when I call the front desk they can tell me, without even needing to look, where my loved one is. The staff know everyone by name, and go out of their way to make the residents feel like family. When my loved one returned from the hospital everyone greeting her warmly and welcomed her home, which really meant a lot to us.

We're very pleased with how things are going here. The facility itself looks very nice, and is always well kept and clean. One thing that really stands out to me every time I visit is the overall friendliness of both the residents and the employees, everyone is very welcoming!

It's been so wonderful. My parents have loved it. The food is wonderful. The people knew my parents name, they were so and warm and welcoming, when we first visited. They have just been wonderful. Housekeeping comes in once a week. I think they really liked the ambiance and that is why we chose them.

They do an amazing job here. We toured communities in the area extensively and The Gardens at Westlake really stood out to us. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and they make a point of working closely with the family and the resident to find the best solution for each of their residents care needs. They're very communicative and really value and act on input from families to make sure they're providing the best care. I also really like that their memory care unit is not locked down, as it allows my loved one to retain his dignity and continue to socialize with the other residents.

They are clean and everyone is nice. There are a good variety of activities, and the food is pretty good. It can take a little while to get someone to come to the residents when a bell is rung.

This was our favorite. They have villas with a garage, front porch and back patio. Loved this place. If we were ready right now, this would be our choice.

They really take a genuine interest in each of their residents here. They got to know my loved one quickly, what she likes, and the sort of care that would work best for her. They used all of this to make sure she got settled in quickly and was comfortable. The community itself is very nice, it is always clean and well kept and the staff are all very friendly.

I've recommended Clare Bridge and the Utopia program to so many friends! We had a bit of an issue in the beginning, but they were able to accomodate our loved one's needs and make her happy! Laura, the care counselor, has been great at keeping us informed and really staying on top of it! Dan, the activities director, is tremendous! We went to Family Night, and he was up dancing with the residents! He is very, very loving to all of the residents!

They are very friendly, and they keep it clean. They try to get people engaged and social, as best as they can. The food is very good. I can't think of anything that can be improved. We are very satisfied with them. I think talking with Sue was what made us choose Farmington Sqare, she was very accommodating, and brought us to have lunch. The way they treated was very impressive. I think they get very good training there, the caregivers and nurses.

They are doing a good job! They are very clean, they do a good job taking care of mom. They are quick with their response time, and attentive. The have her busy and she is not just sitting and watching t.v. It's a nice campus with a nice view. We are satisfied with it.

They are doing wonderfully! The food looks and smells good. We liked that it was a little smaller than some we saw. It's also one hundred percent Alzheimers, dementia, memory care. The staff seems to be really knowledgeable when it comes to caring for those with dementia.

Family member has not really been there long enough to really be able to provide accurate feedback, overall impression initially was quite good.
