I investigated and toured many Senior communities in the area and chose Leisure Park for many reasons. Professionalism and friendliness of the staff, value, numerous activities, but a major reason was the ability for them to transition from "independent" to "assisted" to "skilled nursing" as they continued to age. Sadly this transition was necessary but for the most part it was seamless. No one likes change but the staff made it as smooth as possible for them. Thank you.

Toured the day of Grand Opening. Beautiful Facility.

We have been so pleased with the facility and the staff at Wilkinson Woods! It is a smaller assisted living facility than some of the others in the area and it has a cozy, family- like feeling. The staff makes a tremendous effort to make sure that each resident has a positive experience and they have lots of different activities and events to get each resident involved. The nursing staff are excellent at providing the care my dad needs.

My 90 year old Mother has been at Magnolia Springs at Southpoint for about a month. I recently came to visit her and stayed 2 nights and 3 days. All the staff I talked with were very friendly and caring. The residents I met were also friendly. The dining room had good food, a nice variety of choices and specials, and the waiters/waitresses were attentive (all but one who showed favoritism to certain residents). I liked the bistro as it is a handy solution for snacks for the residents. I was impressed with the decor, the library, and the color schemes. The pictures on the walls throughout were very pretty. The grounds, building, and interior were well maintained. There was a variety of activities for the residents to participated in. I feel much better about the fact that Mom needs to be in an assisted living facility now that I have visited. (My favorite staff member was [name removed] at the front desk).

I have an elderly family friend I care for who moved to Howard Village several years ago. We originally picked HV for the range of services it provided. My friend moved in as an independent resident, but needed to transition to Assisted Living services after about two years - it was a relief to know that she could continue receiving an increased level of service without leaving the apartment unit she was originally placed in. The front counter and administrative staff are very friendly and helpful, and nursing/care staff are extremely attentive - I feel all staff members have taken the time to get to know my friend on a personal level and truly care about her well-being. They are very communicative with me as her caretaker, and have promptly addressed any concerns about my friend's welfare. The common areas of the building and grounds are clean and well-maintained. Maintenance staff has promptly addressed any minor repairs that have been needed. Most of all, my friend is happy there - that speaks volumes. All in all, a wonderful facility!

Elmcroft has provided an interactive community for a friend that was living alone in her apartment. She has been stimulated with the activities, Gem City therapy has been very helpful along with healthy meals and a table of three other residents to eat with. Her safety, knowing that she is administered her meds, gives peace of mind. Elmcroft’s 24/7 care did alert us in the early morning of a situation upon which their protocols were followed. All that were on our call list were called.

Our little mom resides in Memory Care at Magnolia Springs. It is a beautiful place, bright with a lot of natural light, very inviting, very clean, great food, and several activities throughout the day. But most importantly - the staff is amazing - ALL staff members! The additional care staff- hairdresser/nail salon and medical are all wonderful. Everyone not only know our little 87 year young mother by name, they know her likes and dislikes. She is treated like family and they really listen to her. They know mom’s daily routine from the time she gets up to her bedtime routine. Our mom always prayed to be a blessing to others- Magnolia Springs staff is a true blessing to our little mom...and us. They encourage family involvement, never make me feel guilty calling and checking on her. If you are looking for an excellent “home” for your loved one, I highly recommend Magnolia Springs in Lexington, KY without hesitation.

My parents moved in and they are happy there. They have had to adjust from living on a 36 acre farm but they know that this is the best place for them. The rehab people are very nice and helpful and the nursing staff take care of them. If something is needed, the staff communicate that with me immediately.

While we've had little problems here and there, the overall services are very good. Unfortunately, mom doesn't participate in any of the activities, I still see a number of activities and everyone is friendly and enjoy interacting.

It was the best thing we could have done for her!!!! She did not want to leave her home, but after being at Winterberry Heights for 2 months she says she doesn't even miss her home!! We are SO pleased to hear her say that. The staff is so pleasant and helpful and the facility is just beautiful! Thank you for helping us find a home for Mom!! PS Everything is included except her phone, even her meals.

So far, I am very satisfied with everything at Farmington Square. The staff are very cheerful, kind and always have the time to interact. Plus there are many staffers around all the time. The facility is always clean and my mother is always clean, as well. I am happy with the care she is given. It is a very expensive place but I am pleased with what we are getting for our money. The staff at Elmcroft was extremely nice and caring starting with [name removed] at the top. The facility is nice and compared to other Assisted Living facilities in the area the fees were great.

Sunshine care was like a final gift. Our regret is we did not move her there sooner. Beautiful surroundings and activities and excellent care. She passed away 2 months after moving there. We wish she had been there longer to enjoy it. The price is amazing compared to our previous facility which was 2.5 times more expensive without nearly the individualized care and attention and small homey atmosphere. To know the price would not increase with each and every need was perfect as someone in memory care would naturally have increased needs. The previous place billed for every single thing and there was no maximum. I could not recommend Sunshine care more highly

I had my loved one at two different facilities (within 1yr.) before finding this gem! I am so pleased and blessed to have my loved one at Harbor Chase ( thanks to a place for mom) The personalized care, comfort, and quality that is given to him is priceless. I feel at peace now knowing that he is well taken care of. the staff, maintenance, and director of activities go far above and beyond to meet his needs, And all that reside there (from what I see when I visit) Thank you, Harbor Chase. My mom is in Memory Care at Magnolia Springs. They have many activities that keep her active, the food is excellent, and her tastes are very well accommodated. All of the staff are very friendly and smiling. They are amazingly patient and kind. She doesn't even want to go out with us. She's happy to stay "home".

This place has been good for my mother. They see about her medical needs and the food is good. I wish they had a few more activities for higher functioning folks.

My family and I toured several places around the Portland area. Birchwoods was the most friendliest, informative and accomadating. My Mother is moving in this Month. We all feel so releaved and happy.Thank you
