We have only been able to see our loved ones room, and the cleanliness was immaculate. When we are able to get a hold of the staff members they are very friendly. They do call us with updates regarding our loved one condition, things she is accepting and rejected and how she is adjusting to the community. We do see a list of activities they offer but we are just not sure how much they are doing or if our loved one is participating.

They have been extremely helpful and very nice with our loved one, we have no complaints. Usually she enjoys the meals and we think they did a really good job with the activities. When they shut down the first time, the residents were in their rooms and the staff would come by and bring them activity sheets with word searches and coloring constantly. Once they could they started bingo with a few people spread apart. Now they are doing small craft events and live entertainments every once in awhile, with everyone still being very careful. We would recommend them to anyone.

The visitation policy is currently outside visiting unless a primary caregiver and then you need a negative and 24 hours notice. Communication between the staff and the family could be better I would recommend this community to others. They charge a per-month fee and not ala cart.

Communication could be better between the staff and the family, but they do return calls in a timely manner. Overall the community has been pretty good. They have had a good god covid and have kept the residence safe. I would recommend this community to others

Good selection/apt. [name removed] was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained each model of the apartment and gave us a tour. A good selection of models to choose from. We toured other facilities and no one could hold a light to this facility. The security and amenities that have one superb. Excited to move in.

Overall it has been a good experience, it was a nice and clean community. We liked how everything was included and not ale cart, she was getting all of the services. They brought her meals to her room which was nice, and we would definitely recommend his community to others.

Tuscany Villa at Naples, FL has been a great place for our 92 year old father to relocate to after he was no longer able to adequately care for himself at home in [date removed]. Life transitions such as this are never easy and this change was no exception, however the nursing, daily care & administrative staffs have gone out of their way to assist in a comfortable transition. The care our father receives is wonderful & much appreciated!

I have been impressed with the staff members and how they are working with the pandemic going on at Olympics West Retirement Inn. They have been working close with the state health department and they have allowed limited activities but have done a great job. They have bent over backwards to try and provide a safe environment so that families are able to visit loved ones again. They have set up outdoor visits at tables and even these tables have Plexiglas screens. The staff have been very helpful and communicative especially during these tough times. I would recommend.

My mom and dad moved into Magnolia Springs 2 years ago, not really wanting to, but our family knew it was time to get them some extra support. What an amazing decision it was. Magnolia Springs has been wonderful to them. Beautiful place, good food, and fabulous staff. Best place they could have chosen, we are so thankful!

We are consistently impressed by the quality of the staff and facility. During the most difficult of years, they have remained positive and caring doing everything they possibly can to make life more comfortable for our loved ones. Cannot express enough the gratitude we feel!

We chose Brichwoods at Canco Assisted Living because of the location, the warmth of the staff, and we were able to get her on the first floor which was huge. It also had decent reviews. The room sizes are average. The food is being delivered right now and is not the same as it was pre-covid. Our favorite part about this community is that the staff members really care about the residents that live there. I would recommend.

We chose this community because of the activities provided and the food, but both have been impacted because of the virus. The room sizes are nice, my mother has two nice walk in closets. She ate here once before the shutdown and they served restaurant style. Now because of COVID, they deliver the food to her room. My favorite part about the community so far has been that they really try to create a community environment. They had a parade of antique cars come by and the staff did Christmas in July carols in the hallway. They are making an effort during the restrictions. I would recommend Forwood Manor.

My Mom has lived at Elmcroft since [date removed]. When she moved into her studio apartment, I was worried that she wouldn’t adjust, but she soon was busy playing bingo, chair exercising, enjoying popcorn and movies, participating in Monday manicures, listening to live mini concerts, and sharing meals in the airy dining room with other residents. Her weekly appointment at the on-site beauty salon kept her feeling “pretty”. While visiting her, I was given the “bum’s rush” more than once, because she had something to do. Keeping track of time is not easy for Mom, but the staff is great about reminding her when things are about to happen. She still was able to go out with family to do the things she enjoyed, riding in the country, ice cream, and coney dogs. Covid-19 and the resulting isolation has been tough for everyone. Elmcroft staff has been creative at keeping Mom safe while still attending to her needs. She may not be out and about doing activities, but staff comes to her to bring her medicine, meals, keep her talking, do a bit of exercise or manicure her nails. My visits from outside are always facilitated so that Mom can be near the window to hear me. The Mother’s Day car parade was a hit allowing her grandchildren and great grandchildren to get to blow kisses and wave to her and many other residents. Her life’s journey is getting more difficult daily as she approaches age 92. Her short term memory is fading and she needs more help and guidance. I need to stress that the staff is in tune with her and treats her with dignity and kindness. When I have a concern or question, [name removed] and his admin staff are always available… and they take questions seriously no matter how small the concern may be.

The staff at Elmcroft are knowledgeable and caring which put our mind at ease as we transition our parents from home to a new place to live. They have handled the COVID epidemic with care and professionalism to halt the spread of the virus at the facility. We had to move our father to the memory care side and they made the transition as if it was their parents and they have kept us informed on his progress. We would recommend this facility to our friends.

The staff at Magnolia Springs Lexington does everything within their power to make sure each and every resident is safe and well taken care of. They truly love their residents. During the COVID 19 pandemic, the staff has worked extra hard to maintain the cleanliness of the facility while doing their best to keep things as "normal" as possible for the residents. I highly recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone who is looking for a long term care facility for their loved one.

I have been in the industry for sometime and am always impressed with the professionalism and caring I have witnessed at Grand View Alzheimer's Special Care. The staff always shows respect for the needs of the residents and the activities that I have seen are way above the norm. If I had a family member in need of memory care services I would not consider anywhere else.

I think this is a place that really cares a lot for the residents They have been caring for my parents as their own family since we can't go there right now during COVID. They are not just caregivers. I would recommend this community to other families. We chose this community because they had availability for the room and space my parents needed, the price was less than some places we visited, and it had a bright and cheery surroundings. It took some effort by our family to get what we needed for our parents but we have been able to work collaboratively with the staff and they have really taken our input to provide my parents best care possible..

My mother has been in Forwood Manor for over 5 years, first in Independent Living and now in Assisted Living. The best thing about Fowood is the staff. My mother absolutely loves them, so of course I do too. I call them her Forwood Angels! Back when I could visit in person I enjoyed meeting the nurses and managers -- they are such caring people, and getting to know them gave me full confidence that mom was in the best of hands. I should add that Mom also LOVES the food. Lots of choices. And when she's too tired to go to the dining room for breakfast they bring it to her -- happily! During the Covid-19 pandemic I have kept in close touch with management and they have been meticulous in keeping mom safe. Of course it's sad that I can't visit her now, but at least I know she's safe and happy, and Forwood has facilitated zoom calls so that we can still see each other from afar. Thank you Forwood Manor for giving me piece of mind!

We've been very happy with Magnolia Springs. You all have done a great job keeping the residents safe and healthy. I get some complaints on the food at times. I wish they could resume eating in the dining room and possibly start activities- all of course with social distancing. I've recommended Magnolia Springs to many people for their loved ones and they've been happy here as well.

I can't say enough good things about [name removed] and her staff is memory wing. I know they have my dad's best interests at heart and truly care about him. I definitely consider them as an extended part of our family!!
