My mother lives at Magnolia Springs Lexington and we are very satisfied with it and the services they provide. Even doing these difficult times of social distancing we are very comfortable knowing they our mom’s best interest is the foremost important thing at Magnolia Springs. This really speaks to the staff and leadership there. They are friendly but firm, assuring and reassuring, clean and caring. All said Magnolia Springs is an exceptional place for seniors who want and need their independence and from time to time a little help. Finally, it’s a great place to get a good meal when visiting my mom. The cafeteria food is delicious.

Magnolia Springs is a new beautifully designed assisted living community with cheerful residents and genuinely concerned, well trained staff. Mom moved in 6 months ago and even with the quarantine in place, she’s happier than she’s been in years. Take a look! You’ll love it.

The care and attention given to my father during his stay at Magnolia Springs was top-notch. He was treated with the utmost respect. We consider ourselves a very particular and demanding family, however, we were made to feel at ease from the very start. While my father was there, He was treated like family. I had not seen him smile and laugh that much in a very long time. From the beautiful accommodations to the the staff, the meals, the activities... Everything was wonderful!!

The staff at Farmington Square has been very helpful as we moved my father into their facility. There is nothing negative about the facility or the staff, but I have to hedge my review with the reality that we moved him in during the pandemic so I really haven't been into the facility. We had another family member in there a few years ago and the staff and facility were outstanding. [Name removed] has worked with us for both relatives and he has bent over backwards to make us feel good about a difficult decision. [Name removed] has really been great. So far I have found them to be helpful and responsive and caring for my dad, but we can't visit him right now.

Looked at several assisted living communities in Lexington but when I walked in Magnolia Springs I knew I had found the right place. The building is beautiful and clean , Staff members know residents by name, The food is really good with a big menu, and there are a ton of activities for residents. The team here has done an amazing job for residents during these trying time , pandemic wise. Magnolia Springs fell within the average cost of assisted living places in Lexington. Cost below includes other services my mother needs. Keep up the great work.

Brookdale is very good and they are willing to work with the family. They are very personally oriented to what each resident needs which is what makes Brookdale Eden Prairie above others. It is a smaller type of community and has a focused environment for memory care. It is homey, inviting, and warm and set up well. They cater to my mom's individual needs and interests. For example, she used to enjoy embroidery but can't do it anymore, so, that found coloring books that are like embroidery pictures and she really enjoys it. There is an ease as far as medical care because I know her needs are being met and i don't need to really worry.

My father's last year of my life -- during his 100th year -- was challenging for him because he had been so independent until his 99th year. Farmington Square Tualatin was sensitive to that. Because my father was so used to being social with a wide circle of business colleague, Farmington Square was so flexible in providing him the opportunity to be visited by his wide circle of friends from around the country. He could even have take-out meals delivered to have with them in the private dining area. The staff was patient when he was inpatient (which was not infrequent), and he became fond of many of the staff. He genuinely loved some of the staff. And I felt supported during a difficult year.

One thing I need to say is that the staff in memory care go above and beyond for the residents. For example, my husband doesn't remember how to operate a phone anymore, and the staff called me from her own cell phone in his room so that my husband could hear my voice. It really made me feel like these people really do care. I looked at a few communities but this one just felt right. The feeling I got, the environment there, and the way the staff talked to me made me choose this community. The residents all seem content and well cared for.

Staff very good. Lock down is bad but they let us see our loved ones from a safe distance.

The Gardens of Virginia Beach has proven to be a first class facility. My mom went in, with a little hesitation and resistance, but, as soon as she saw her room, met everyone and experienced all that they have to offer, along with the friendly, welcoming staff and residents, she is thrilled ! I could not be happier with the choice I made for her, as well as how I have seen her thrive, since moving in.

My first experience with a rehab center was not good, to say the least. So when I again needed rehab I chose The Forum at Clackamas Town Center. I'm so glad I did. it was night and day from the previous place I had stayed. I was treated like a princess from day one to my last day there. They actually cared for me and taught me how to walk post surgery. I highly recommend The Forum at Clackamas Town Center for physical rehab.

Great community, friendly staff!

Staff seemed happy with their jobs. Residents were all happy as well. [Name removed] made a good impression. It’s evident he loves this community. Lots of activity is available for residents and families are welcome. Expect a follow-up call after your visit. This is good practice! I hope to introduce my parents to this new location soon.

Staff: best ever. A 10! Helper girls: friendly, knowledgable, come when called. A 10! Activities department is great, bingo, transportation etc. A 10! Food: I have food for 3 meals. I eat what I ordered. 7 or 8. Why I hit food? I am 96, I left Indiana for WWII, have returned to end my life and wanted old desired food, home cooked, especially biscuits and gravy. I don't like present day dishes. Too "sweet".

Every time I enter the MS campus I am greeted with the nicest attitudes possible. Everyone displays a great hospitality. The care provided my Mother and the staff interactions are most gratifying.

My first hand experience is one of happiness in myself and my mother. Mom had lived in another senior center for six years. It was just time for her to leave. I found Magnolia Springs and she has adjusted very well. She eats now and participates in activities. Her room is close to activities and the nursing assistants. This helps to get her up and out of her room. She has friends and the staff are very friendly. She has become attached to lots of people here. She does not say take me home anymore or take me out of this prison. We still take mom out to eat and family gatherings. But now she says , Take me home instead of wanting to stay at our house. It took about a month to adapt but after nine months she is doing better than we ever expected. Thumbs up to Magnolia Springs

My husband was only there for 3 1/2 days and passed away on [date removed]. I was pleased with his care and would recommend this memory care facility without hesitation, Because he was only there a very short time I'm not able to fully review the facility.

Our family was very worried about our father adjusting to Elmcroft having to move out of his home after 63 years and the recent sudden loss of our mother . He has settled in beautifully and the staff has been fantastic!
