My husband [name removed] and I have been residents of Stratford Court Adult Living in Palm Harbor for a little over a year and a half and we are very happy here. The concept is of a gentile retirement hotel, with an attractive private living space, supplemented by inviting community venues (indoor and out) and a fine dining restaurant. I am particularly pleased with the housekeeping - both in my apartment and in the common areas, the food and service, and the availability of opportunities to create "community" with my fellow residents in many different ways. When asked how we like it here, my husband always says, "I'm happy and [name removed] is ecstatic.

My mother has been at Magnolia Springs for 6 months now & she has adjusted to her new environment beautifully. The transition from her home to Magnolia Springs did not come without some challenges. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, everyone from [names removed] to name a few. Not only did they provide compassionate care to my mother, they supported me during the first few months of her transition. They reassured me her actions were very normal & expected & it takes time to become adjusted. How I was so appreciative of their kind words , hugs & smiles! Mom had settled into a routine, made new friends & enjoys her new lifestyle. I know she is safe, well cared for & is provided with 3 hot, nutritional meals a day. Thank you Magnolia Springs , you are the best!

I love Stoneybrook Assisted Living. The food is amazing, the Activities are fun and engaging and the manager is the sweetest person you will ever meet.

I love all the staff at Edgewood Point. The Memory Care Activity person is amazing and really cares about her residents.

The facility is spotless. Staff is amazing - friendly - helpful - knowledgeable - accommodating. Responsiveness is immediate to any question. Highly recommend.

Sorry to be so long in contacting you. I just want to say thanks for showing me around and explaining the amenities of your facility. I especially liked your dining area and the fact that one can choose and order the things that appeal to them. What a shame that my sister did not know about your place. I was very impressed after reading your brochures. You have many things to offer your residents. There is plenty to keep one active and busy. When I am more ready to make the transition to Assisted Living, I will be sure to get back in touch with you! Thanks again for a lovely tour!

We looked at several places for my sister and settle on this community. I know it would have been the right choice, unfortunately my sister passed away before the move - to other people looking, don't wait to late. Working through my grief, but recommending this community to anyone looking.

I live out of town and was so excited when the executive director facetimed my mom to me for my mom's birthday. To see my mom at the birthday party, to here her say, I am so happy meant the world to me, this is the type of personalized attention residents are receiving at this small community. My mom has live here for many, many years, but with this team, [name removed] the Programs director, [name removed] the BOC, there is a lot of changes, and they are so positive and so approachable. We tell everyone about mom's experience, yes like anyone, she had had some challenges, but one phone call and my concerns are addressed. As they continue making changes, we continue to become happier with mom's home.

Veterans have a great support network at this community - I could not believe my luck for my dad when the executive director shared in a care conference with me about the benefits of the veterans program. My dad had been here for years, yet no one had taken the time to recognize his needs or mine and the resources that may be available. This discovery has been life changing for my dad and I. Thank you so from my dad and I.

We toured this community for our mom, there are six of us children, we all fell in love with the community. We felt that though this was the very best community that we looked at. The Executive Director was very involved, knowledgeable and passionate about the community and the residents. She did not want to mislead us on the best fit for mom, mom requires a lot of redirection, more than the assisted living could provide. If this community had a memory care there would have been no way we would have chose anywhere else.

I'm with a PT/OT company and have been calling on this community for years, and while I still do not have partnership built with the community, it has undergone a major transformation in the last 9 months. Staff is amazing, knowledgeable, considerate and attentive. and the overall appearance of the community is night and day.

My received good care at the Elmcroft. The staff and administration are amazing! Everyone is always willing to help, even if it is not their "job". My mom moved to another city to be near other family members. If she moves back to Conroe, I would definitely move her into the Elmcroft.

I toured this community for the Memory Care and was completely amazed at the level of training and care that goes into the environment. We primarily chose this community because of the location, but it is hands down the best memory care that we toured in the Cincinnati area.

Everyone of staff genuinely cares about the residents. My father-in-law lived with us for years, but we all decided that assisted living may be better. It is. After the move it was remarkable how perky he became. It was amazing. His quality of life improved. I thank the staff for making this happen.

When I first drove up to the facility my first impression was not great. It looked like an Adam’s Family care home. However, once I walked in I was hit with a positive and happy vibe atmosphere. I was so impressed with how happy, clean, and colorful the place was. Holly there is amazing and by the time we finished the tour we were ready to sign the papers. They have numerous activities for the residents to participate in their free time. They have a plan for the first 100 days they make a conscious effort to get you involved which have been crucial for my love one. You can be involved or uninvolved as you want at this place. They have games, crafts, they take you shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and they have a beauty shop. Everything we needed for her that we can’t do is right there. It has been a good fit for her. The only drawback I would have to say is the community fee and how it’s nonrefundable. We were lucky enough that they broke it down to 3 payments. I have been recommending them and their services. However, their community fee is restricting them from actually moving forward with them. However, despite that it is a nice facility.

I don’t think I could find a better place to stay.

From the first day we met Holly and toured Park Place we were hooked. After we ate our complimentary lunch, [Removed] surprised us with a fresh baked apple pie to take home. Almost every single resident greeted us and made us feel right at home. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are tons of activities from which to choose. We never even looked at another retirement home!

[Removed], from "A Place for Mom", was very helpful and not too over eager to push me toward any particular location. She provided several options that were closely tailored to my father's needs. "A Place for Mom" found a great place for my dad, Olympics West, in Tumwater, WA, right near my sister's house. That will make it much easier for her to interact with Dad more often and spend more quality time with him rather than taking care of his yard and dishes. :-) I live all the way down in San Diego. Having my dad at Olympics West with it's friendly and helpful staff, gives me piece of mind regarding the care and social life of my dad. He is already making new friends there and getting in more exercise as well. "A Place for Mom" is not just for Moms.

My husband and I are very happy residents of Stratford Court - food service is exceptional, housekeeping very satisfactory, repair and maintenance prompt and efficient. Friendly, helpful staff, spotless facility, compatible neighbors. When asked if he likes it here, my husband always answers, "I am happy and my wife is ecstatic."
