My mother is doing very well here at this community. She has improved very much, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. She loves it here, and everything has worked out well for her at this community. I know she is receiving wonderful care. This is a great community, and I would recommend it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this home care agency. They came into the nursing home for 2 days to help my dad. They made setting up the care easy for my mom. The caregiver that came out was nice and on time.

I am happy with the community they have been providing great services to my father in law. The staff are very kind to my loved one and the residents. Communication has been great they follow up with me regularly. My father in seems to enjoy participating in some activities like listening to music, coloring and reading.

My mother recently moved into the memory care unit at BrookDale Edina. She's making friends and smiling again. The staff have been wonderful and have treated her with great kindness, dignity and respect.

The care and experience seems to be going fine for my mother-in-law. The community looks spotless and all is well maintained here. They also have activities available for my mother-in-law to try. I believe it is suitable fun for the residents. I think she likes the meals that are served, her only complaint has been about the repetitive meals, she would like more variety or options.

This is the only place that I could find that accepts people for respite care in the memory facility on Saturday. It's not cheap (they charge me the same amount as if he was staying over night), but It keeps me sane to now be able to go out on the weekend or just stay in my house by myself. It's a nice place and the workers are very nice.

The minor issue we had is that some of mom's clothes came up missing from the laundry. The food is delicious and it is restaurant style. They offer some activities and so far she has played bingo and went on an outing. She loves the day nurses and her therapy staff. I would recommend this community.

I liked the tour guide, she did a good job showing me all around the community. I liked how the place is set up but the cottages seemed smaller. I also was impressed with the way the community was organized. They have smaller groups of residents and I enjoyed meeting the people here.. The guide followed up with and I would have considered this community.

My parent has been there about 7 weeks now. She really loves it. Good food, friendly staff, activities are good as well. Only complaint by her is slow food service. Take about 30 + minutes to get served.

The staff are nice are nice and they answer my questions. Most of the food tastes good and they have a fair amount of variety. I like the exercise class and they do offer outings. This community gets my recommendation.

Application and contract procedure was fast and expertly done. Staff was very helpful and connected. Facility was very clean and orderly.

My mother was at this for a while, and everything went well. We ended up having some billing issues, but other than that everything did work out well. It is a nice community with good people. They offer good activities and very good food. They did a very good job caring for her and her needs.

Although my mother only had a short stay due to unforeseen health issues, both she and I cannot say enough about the care and assistance she received there. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. My mother is rather frail and she appreciated staff escorting her to meals and back to her room. The apartment was cleaned regularly and the laundry was done in a timely manner. When concerns arose regarding her declining health, we were kept informed of all issues and they provided additional assistance. We were very thankful to everyone there from the front desk, the administration, and the wonderful staff. My mom was quite sad to be leaving, but she ended up required a nursing home setting due to deteriorating health.

Really appreciate how they reach out to veterans. Toured several properties and selected Brookdale Park Place due to the vet programs, apartment size and quality, beautiful grounds, historic building, and of course incentives.

While searching for a place for my mother, we were given several places to choose from. We were drawn to Rittenhouse Village @Muhlenberg from the start. After visiting we were certain this was where we wanted my mom to live. It is like an upscale hotel. We love the large private rooms and private baths. The dining room is elegant the hallways are carpeted and the community lounges are bright and welcoming. The administrators are helpful and compassionate, the nurses and aids are friendly and accommodating and the home was clean and tidy every time we visited. I know I sound like an advertisement but we've had experience with other homes and Rittenhouse is everything the others should have been. You won't be disappointed if you choose Rittenhouse @Muhlenberg. We enjoy visiting my mom in her new home.

I cannot say enough about the great care my mom received at this community. When they picked her up from the skilled nursing community the person sat down next to her and explained everything that was going on. They were on top of things and were great advocates for her. The food was good, healthy and they offered a lot of choices. We would use this community again if additional respite care is needed.

Ashely pointe has been a great fit for my in laws with the excellent staff and beautiful and well maintained facility . It has been a great community for them . It is unusual for a assisted living facility to have a chef that is as talented creative as Chef Ron . He consistently produces delicious nutritious well balanced meals . He has a passion to serve and go beyond the "basics" for the residents and is truly an assets to Ashely pointe. Chef Ron , the dining staff along with the care givers give Ashely Pointe a feeling of family . The city of Lake Stevens is lucky to have such a gem!

My wife was a resident at Farmington Square at Tualatin for approximately 3 months. The care she received was first class. The staff were very professional, friendly and courteous at all times. The facility was well maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone needing long term care.

I am very happy and everything is going very well for me. They are wonderful here and very accommodating when you need it. The facility is clean and neat my rooms looks great. The staff is amazing and very kind and sweet to me. I've some good friends with the lady's here. I am going be teaching a beading and art class to the residents. I am very happy and pleased with everything they have done for me.

Very sympathetic and informative administrative staff: transfer from hospital to the room in facility smoothly done. Explanation of levels of care, charges for services, etc., very clearly presented. Facilities clean and well cared for. Care of my father was attentive and consistent: he was regularly seen to by nursing staff and hospice care representatives. When my father passed away, administrative staff handled transfer to mortuary equally well. I thank Brookstone for taking such good care of us.
