They take very good care of my mother. My dad was here also until his passing. If there is ever a problem or concern, it is taken care of promptly!

Very inviting - always something to do. Very family friendly. Treated like family by the staff. Everyone is so thoughtful.

A wonderful neat clean place to live and the people that work here are very pleasant and helpful. Very organized.

This is our first experience with a community and The Gables is a great place. My mom is settling in well and the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She is on a restricted diet so she would say the food was bland. They offer a variety of activities, however she has not yet participated in any of them.

Brittany is a great Executive Director. She has a good judge of character when it comes to hiring people and is not afraid of releasing someone if it is not a good fit. She introduces new activities, etc . to boost resident morale. The food quality and service is very good. I thoroughly enjoy the men's writing club and men's coffee. The weekly lunch bunch is a lot of fun! You never really know how good a place is until a disaster happens. Recently, we had a record rainfall in the area. We had no power. The chef went beyond the call of duty and arrived at the facility. He made coffee and fed us a cold breakfast. Brittany found a way to arrive to take care of us. This is a fine place to live! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

My choice for my Senior Living in this community has offered me a supreme happiness and security for my golden years. I feel deep loyalty for all of Houston's services for its citizens. I am grateful for Houston!

Elmcroft has a very welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff are hospitable. We have clients and friends living there. Elmcroft stays on our referral list! :)

My older brother has been a resident of this facility for one year. He has found a place which makes him happy - finally! The staff have been outstanding in every area to make his life enjoyable. We visited the facility unannounced and witnessed staff in action during a resident emergency. Was very impressed with their handling of it. Also was greeted very personably and professionally by receptionist. We felt a very warm atmosphere and have since come to understand why - the management and staff. Mom is happy and so are we!

Very beautiful facility, I will be moving my loved one out from building next door, the staff seem very friendly and well trained. I will be pleased to have experienced staff for once, that know what their doing. food looks very appealing, rooms very neat,unlike were my loved one currently resides rooms were not clean and food was horrable, Management very kind.

My Mom just moved in a week ago from a senior apt which only provided 2 meals / day 5 days week and she had to travel down across a parking lot in heat or rain to get to dining hall. She is 92. Elmcroft is beautifully designed ..all one floor, temp appropriate with a dining hall that mimics a fine dining restaurant !!!! She got get hair done at the beauty shop . But the real jewel are the care givers !!! They truly love elderly people and it shows! My mom is kind of shy so they seek her out and connect with her. She already feels safe there and I can't tell you what peace of mind for me that is!!!

I needed to find a community that was close, and it had to fit their budget.My parents have adjusted well to the community. They are still able to keep their independence, but have access to help if they need it. The community is very well-kept. That was an important thing to us. They keep everything very clean and nice. It is a very cozy community. My parents have participated in some activities, they do offer great activities. The food is okay, they do sever well balanced meals. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

Our experience with Meadowmere Oak Creek has been a very positive one, so far. It's a clean, well kept facility, and the people here have been very friendly and professional.

Brookdale Ennis has turned out to be quite a wonderful place with a few improvements that could be made. As far as the staff and the care I am pleased. The place itself is beautiful. As far as the food goes it could be better. Lots of residents have complained about the quality of food and how it is prepared. Maybe a suggestion box would be helpful. Other than that it truly is a great place and I would recommend!

Aspen Ridge has been wonderful to us and everything is working out very well. They have worked with us through all the problems we have had. They have helped us find new doctors for her. The community looks great and very clean. We choose this place because they have great activities. They really treat you like family here and really care about my mother. I would highly recommend this community.

Our experience with Brookdale McMinnville was a very positive one, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area. It is a nice looking place, the staff is friendly and professional, and they take excellent care of the residents.
