I was able to take a tour of this lovely community. I did like what I saw through out the place. I can imagine the residents are happy too. I had notice the residents were being transported around by mini-vehicles to such things like activities. I felt this could confuse my mom. Overall the tour went good but I did not choose this community based on the price. It did not fit my budget.

I am pleased with the care that my mom has received. She had a difficult time during the time before she was diagnosed with cancer. I feel more training is needed. The nurses meant well, but they wanted her to get out of the bed when she was telling them she was in severe pain. However, Tim and his wife and a couple of others treated her with loving care!!

Great facility. Mom loved it and felt very at home. The tour was very simplified, which is very needed for an Alzheimer's patient. Brittany kept the details to a minimum, not to overwhelm my Mom, but answered every question we asked with the needed details. After our tour, I asked my Mom what she liked and she replied, "Everything. This is where I want to be. Sign me up." She's looking forward to her move in date and making new friends. What a relief!

I would recommend this community. The staff at Magnolia Springs is helpful and friendly I would give them a 5. The community is clean and well taken care of. My mom and I both like the food and they have good choices. Mom is still getting acclimated so she has not yet gotten a chance to participate in any of the activities.
