Loved the place. Worried about price.

We did like the care at this community. The staff was helpful and caring. The community was clean and well taken care of. The menu was a nice variety. The community did offer him activities and he did enjoy. We would recommend this community to other families for a good care and the nice options with a good value.

I like this community for the care for my mom. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The staff needs to keep up with the cleaning of her room more ofter. The menu needs some small improvements. They offer activities for her to participate. I like knowing that she is happy at this community. We would recommend this community for good care.

This was our first pick... they are for all the residents, always something to , places to go if they want.

Mom is doing exceptionally well since moving here. The staff is friendly and very helpful and treating her well. She is starting on physical therapy and an exercise program to get her going after being ill for a couple of weeks. The place is very clean and maintained well no housekeeping issues. The room my mom is in is spacious so she was able to bring some personal belongings with her so she feels at home. She seems to like the food she has never eaten a lot but what she does eat she seems to enjoy it. The location is perfect for us since it's no more than 10 minutes from my home.

The move in and experience has been fine for my mom. They are wonderful and I like the staff, the care, the environment and everything else. I picked them for my mom because they were better than all the other communities I saw. When you walk in, there is a lot of people socializing and talking with one another.

We like this community for care for my father. The staff are friendly are very nice. The caretakers really care about the residents and it shows. The menu is outstanding and they have a wonderful variety to choose from. We like to see that he is participating in alot of the activiites. We would recommend this community for the excellent care and value. They have a flat fee and this is something to value.

I'am very pleased with my husband move to this community. Everything has worked out very well, and I'am very satisfied with all they have done for us. They have been very accommodating, and caring. The staff is great. and they have been attentive towards my husbands, and his needs. If I have any type of concerns they are quick to respond, and correct the problem. The meals are great, my husband is pleased with food. They have nice activities too keep the residents active, and their brains stimulated. It is a small community compared to others, but everything is nice, and well-kept when I come to visit. It has a nice home atmosphere, and my husband is content living in this community. I would highly recommend this community, it is working out very well for us.

Visited this location on 7/8/2017. [Removed] was not available but I did receive a very warm welcome and a tour from knowledgeable [Removed]. Facility has everything that dad would need and feel he would be the most comfortable here, however, it would depend if they have a double room available to keep the cost as low as possible. Will follow-up with Kim tomorrow Monday the 10th. I am sick with laryngitis that is full blown today and came on very suddenly but will attempt a call to [Removed] in the afternoon after PT unless I am too sick to go to PT. Close to Mom's living situation and lovely.

I had a tour and got to see the staff. They looked like they were trained and knew what to do for the residents. They were just too far in distance and I did like them.

I like this community for the excellent care for my mom. The staff is always active for the care for my mom. The meals are very good with a nice variety. They do offer the residents to get involved with the activities. The environment here is outstanding. We would highly recommend this community for the good care and value to other families.

They did a good job providing a tour. It was not a bad experience. They were professional, on time, and courteous. I saw nothing wrong with the community but I wanted a smaller environment.

I love living here. Great staff and assistants along with good food and fun activities. The building is beautiful, new and has lots of places to sit with friends and play cards or read a book.

We toured this community for care. The community did not have the feeling that we looking for. I wanted a more home feeling community for my dad. We did like the staff who did answer this questions we had. We would recommend that family members tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We are happy with this community. the staff is caring and we like the atmosphere. The staff needs to work on the outside of the community and make some small improvements. My mom likes the menu and says it is good. This is a smaller community. I like that she is participating with the other residents in the activities that are offered. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at Walnut creek is. They go over and above to deliver personalized care for my mother with the utmost dignity and respect. The facility is spotless and setup in a way to allow freedom of movement and a variety of areas for activities. This has been a difficult time for our family but knowing the professional specialized care she receives there has done much to lift our spirits. [Removed] is always available to answer any questions.

Moved mom in after dad passed 3 months ago. From tour to move in they have made the transition so easy. We were on a wait list, which was refundable, but got the room we wanted in 4 weeks. My siblings and I were so worried she would be confused. But when we visit she is so excited to show us her hair that was done at the salon, telling us that she went to lunch with friends and got to see a "good looking singer." All of our worries were addressed and staff attended to any concerns we had promptly. The staff truly care and that was #1 on our list. We visited 3 other places downriver and hands down this was the best. It's worth checking out to see all they have to offer. We even went there on the wait list for lunch and an ice cream social.

Extremely pleased with facility. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly. Place was clean as could be. Went with the smaller bedroom which was still very roomy. Of course the main concern was whether my mother would like it. She fell in love with it and can't wait to move in.
