I had toured several other facilities, and was discouraged about results. I knew that my client would be a difficult placement, every problem that I listed, their response was, we can handle that. My guy has only been thre a week, and he is in love with Cinco Ranch. As far as my guy is concerned, he would be happy in a tent, the food is the best part of everything, Staff has no problem with his numerous quirks, they take everything in stride and have come up with creative solutions.. The best part my guy knows that if he needs something, all he has to do is ask I rest easy because I am confident that medication is given at all times. They go find him, he doesn't have to remember when he takes meds.

My loved one is very pleased with her stay! The staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with my loved one, especially the site director, who is absolutely fantastic. Elmcroft has nurses, paramedics and doctors on site, so there is no doubt that they are prepared for anything. The chefs and staff have been working with Elmcroft for a while, so the consistency and high level of work please me. I am thrilled to death with our experience with this facility!

This is a nice community with outstanding care. We like that they are always caring and they do keep me informed on his progress. The community is clean and we like the menu with the choices that are very appealing. They have activities that are offered to all of the residents. I have recommended this community to other families for the outstanding care and value for a loved one.

Have been very happy with the care my mom has received since living there for past 5 months. Staff is friendly and caring and facility offers many activities specially catered for Alzheimer’s patients.

We like the care at this community. The staff are outstanding and caring at all times. The menu is very good and he is very pleased with the variety. They do offer my father activities to participate with the others residents. I like knowing that my father is happy here and is receiving excellent care. I would recommend this community for other families for a great value and outstanding care and comfort.

I think Walnut Creek is great for my mom. They are very patient with her and helps her.

My in-laws have been living at the Forum for about a month now. They are comfortable in their independent living apartment (good space & windows for natural light!). They are starting to get to know others - a very friendly community. They are also starting to participate in some of the many outings and activities offered at the Forum. They also appreciate being in a community with a continuum of care.

My father is doing great, they are taking good care of him and keeping him safe. The facility is clean in organized every time that I visit. They are able to accommodate him and his needs.

I have heard great things from my loved one about Ashwood Place! We have no complaints, as the facility is nice and my loved one is very satisfied with her stay.

He is offered to be activities with the other residents, but does not want participate at this time. We do hihgly recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

On my tour I got a good feeling and I thought this could be the one for my mom. Their all in one pricing is what sold us, it is financially the best choice for us. Now my mother-in-law is here doing really good. We are satisfied with what they provided. She is still getting use to her new home. The staff are helpful and kind. I would tell anyone to go here for care.

The Orchard is a really nice place. We choose it after touring seven other facilities as the best fit for our family member with dementia. It is well maintained and very clean with no bad odors. The staff is very friendly and helpful to both residents and visitors. The rates are good for our area. The care services are excellent. Within the first month the staff knew the likes and dislikes of our loved one. The activities are chosen for the cognitive abilities of the residents and the residents seem to respond well to the staff and the activities. We are very happy with The Orchard after a full two months of residency.

The staff at Somerford was friendly and helpful. I liked the community overall.

My mother seems to be adjusting well and likes it very much here. They seem to be doing everything they are supposed to. We chose Ashwood Place because it is close to my office and our family which makes it easy to visit.

Rittenhouse Village was very nice. I liked it very much and it's a great option. My aunt decided against it because she has friends in another community we toured.

Safe. Friendly staff. Overall value. Good activities. Welcome atmosphere.

[removed] the administrator at Walnut Creek. I talked to her several times before placing my husband at Walnut Creek. Everything[removed] promised has happened since my husband has been as resident at Walnut Creek. I am very please with EVERYTHING! Thanks for wonderful facility!
