Hurricane Harvey evacuation, we both agree, it was very appropriate, everyone did a good job.

The staff is wonderful! They go above and beyond to provide the best care to the residents and their families. The facility is clean and staff is friendly. They also value the community and host special events for anyone to attend. Can't say enough positive things about Gardens at Westlake!

My selection of this community was decided by my family members but I would have chosen it in a heartbeat. As I have continued to share the qualities of this facility for 2 years, it has grown even dearer day by day. From the staff members to the call takers I have felt a deep love for my health and happiness. I would not trade it for any other of this category.

We moved Mom and Dad in June of 2015 and day one they felt at home and loved. A year later Dad had to be moved to a memory care facility because of his rapid decline in health but Mom asked to stay here because she feels it is her home. She loves her attendants and all the friends she has made as well as all of the activities she attends.

This community has very active residents engaged in many different types of events, programs, activities. I observe this every time I am in the building. Residents are happy and seem very well adjusted.

The staff was excellent during Hurricane Harvey. The staff stayed around the clock and made sure the residents were taken care of. I was so worried about my parents and I couldn't get over there for several days because of the flood waters but they were taken excellent care of. I am so happy my parents are there.

I love this community - I have lived here for many years and the staff is always so nice. They treat me good here and I am involved in everything from bungo to lunch bunch. There is so much to do!

Always clean. Ample parking. Variety of activities - for residents and family. Good food.

I do like it here. The people are helpful and nice, attentive, I love my room! The games are fun! I love playing poker. The food is very good in the dining room - they do an excellent job!

We have been extremely satisfied with Magnolia Springs. We were faced with an extremely difficult situation. Our father died very unexpectedly and our mother has Alzheimers. The support and care we received from the staff and other residents was above and beyond. Our mother is in the memory care unit. They are wonderful and keep residents active. We feel fortunate to have found Magnolia Springs.

My mom moved here in July 2014. We made a great choice after touring many senior residences in Louisville. We love her apartment; the activities; the friendly residents, staff and caretakers; and the flexible meal times. My husband tells everyone that mom lives on a cruise ship! She is very happy here. She truly enjoyed celebrating her 100th, 101st, and 102nd birthday here. I especially like how quickly they inform me if mom has any care needs.

The Gables at Winchester went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for my family. My mother-in-law was a resident here. We looked at 4-5 properties, but finally chose this one. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and there was a physical therapy room where she could receive her much needed PT. Everyone on staff was always kind and attentive, especially toward my mother-in-law; they went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable and enjoying her time there. Unfortunately, she had some health issues and passed away earlier than expected. The staff members, including the administration, were amazing and supportive of our entire family. They treated my family with respect, and were very good to us during such a difficult time. We more than appreciate the attentiveness that the Gables' staff provided. Their commitment to their clients (whom they treated like family), and the care taken to provide such a consistently positive experience was remarkable. Thank you! [Removed]

The care at this community is wonderful.We like that he is happy here. The menu is good and he is please with the healthy meals. The community has a good environment and we like knowing that he is active with the activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community for other families for the value and care for a loved one.

We have been a little unhappy with this community. My mom had become ill. The staff is nice, but then need to give more attention to her needs. The menu is needing some improvements. We do like that they have activities. We are hoping that things get a little better in the time since we just moved into this community. Families should consider this community for the care of a loved one, but maybe a tour would be helpful for them

The community does offer daily activities. The staff get to know the residents and their families. The caregivers are outgoing and great at interacting with the residents. I have good communication with the staff. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this community.

This is a community that is taking care of my father. We like the cleanliness of the community with the nice environment that is helpful for my father. The menu is very appealing. They offer the activities for the residents that are able to participate. We like knowing that he is happy with the care that he is receiving. We would recommend this community for the care of loved one.
