Moved my 91 year old father here from N.C. Where he has lived all of his life. He lives in memory way. We toured and immediately fell in love. Never looked anywhere else. When you walk in the door, everybody knows your name. They make a point of knowing everyone that lives there. My dad loves that they know who he is. The food, the service, the apartment is great. But the best part is when you walk in the door and feel the warmth, the friendliness and the kindness. Magnolia is the best!

Sadly my husband was not in this community long before passing away. But I want to express my genuine gratitude towards all the staff. I appreciate all of you so much with the time and tenderness you showed my husband even after him being a difficult patient at times. The time and patience you showed is a shining result of the wonderful training you have had. While he was there and feeling good he was eating and enjoying the food. There was nothing ever out of place it was extremely clean and well kept. I have recommended this place to several people in the last few weeks

We toured this community. We did not like the person who was giving us the tour. They did not seem professional. The community did not have the feeling that we wanted. The community could use improvements in the cleaning and the odor. This felt like a nursing home for the care. We wanted a lively community for my mom.

Mom is doing exceptionally well since moving here. The staff is friendly and very helpful and treating her well. She is starting on physical therapy and an exercise program to get her going after being ill for a couple of weeks. The place is very clean and maintained well no housekeeping issues. The room my mom is in is spacious so she was able to bring some personal belongings with her so she feels at home. She seems to like the food she has never eaten a lot but what she does eat she seems to enjoy it. The location is perfect for us since it's no more than 10 minutes from my home.

The move in and experience has been fine for my mom. They are wonderful and I like the staff, the care, the environment and everything else. I picked them for my mom because they were better than all the other communities I saw. When you walk in, there is a lot of people socializing and talking with one another.
