Friendly attitudes by staff food is good. Building is always clean and smelling good.

Staff pleasant. Clean facility. Residents have nice things to say.

I am a personal caregiver for a resident here. I and all the staff have welcomed me with open arm’s – my lady seems very happy as well.

Everyone was very caring and professional and kind. I believe this is a great community for anybody’s loved one.

Elmcroft Arlington is awesome! Wonderful staff and residents.

My mom lived at Elmcroft in Bedford. We need her close to me, so all moved her close to me when the need arrived back to Elmcroft Arlington. We like the communities.

I would move my family here if they needed ALF care. Staff is courteous and kind.

Magnolia Springs is a beautiful, state of the art facility. It has a very “open” feel with a lot of natural light. The staff does a wonderful job in keeping the facility spotless! The best aspect of Magnolia, however, are the people. The staff is friendly, joyful, and always helpful. I would encourage any one of my own family members to consider Magnolia for their assisted living needs!

So far everything is working out well for my mother with her move to this community. She is doing well, and I'am satisfied with her move here. She is safe, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for our family. So far all is well for us in this community.

Wonderful facility, primarily because of the staff, would not consider anyplace else for my mother! Great management. Memory care is a safe, loving place.

Visited Park Place with a good friend looking for independent living options in the Spokane area and Holly took us around the residence. Beautiful older building and grounds; friendly and happy staff and residents; clean, light, airy rooms and hallways; great activities planned; convenient transportation available; excellent arts/crafts rooms, fitness center, and shared community activity spaces; delicious sounding foods available and residents raved about it; access to Dishman Hills walking trails behind building. Our friend decided it was to far out from downtown Spokane even though it is only 10-15 min...he wanted more of an urban neighborhood to walk in. Super place though, and if he were more comfortable driving still, he would have probably had this place at the top of his list. Most friendly residents!

I lived at a different senior living center for six years – it was very nice, but Magnolia Springs Florence is just a “cut above” in every aspect. It is very gracious, with many different styles of apartments, lovely large dining rooms. Two executive chefs, lovely surroundings. Everything a person would want.

My dad is good here and so far he is always on the go. There are many activities like bingo and outings are always planned out, even if it is just to the grocery store. It gives them a chance to get out for an awhile. He also loves his room. He has his own patio with a sliding glass door and a huge apartment that looks really nice. This is the only room that is like this here. That is why he picked this community. He is enjoying the meals and he likes the other residents. They are nice and friendly. He has settled in and he is happy. Every staff is so helpful with the paperwork, the move in, and they really take care of the residents. Even with small things like a light bulb change. They are very, very prompt and quick. I like that there are different levels for assistance. If he advances he is able to move into cottages that are appropriate. There is no need to move again.

The facility is beautiful! Mom has been living there since 8/1 and loves it. The people are fantastic. It was actually the people that made our decision to make this mom's new home. We were ready to sign for another place but decided to look at Magnolia Springs since we were in the area. As soon as we met everyone our decision was made and there are no regrets.

My husband has recently made the move into this community and so far everything has been going excellent for him. The staff are outstanding and have made sure to provide him with excellent quality of care. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities they have throughout the week. I have visited multiple times and not once has he asked to come home. We are very pleased with the experience so far and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

This is a great place! We almost put mom into another place but when we came here the place was so nice and the people were so great that we decided to put mom here, after just a couple days mom loves it. The staff is wonderful, no regrets!

The facility is beautiful! The people go beyond wonderful. We were sold by the friendliness of the staff. My mom is now in a studio room and she loves it! We almost signed for another facility but one visit here changed our minds.

My sister live in memory place, she is very happy and loved everyone who cared for her – we so love Magnolia Springs, beautifully operated and very informative , I have and will tell everyone how great it is!
