I could keep writing all day and still not be able to say nearly enough to you and to all of the fine folks who worked with my Dad everyday. You guys are all just an amazing bunch of caring, giving, patient, thoughtful, kind and generous human beings. It is obvious that it takes a very special type of person to do what you do each day. I honestly don't know how you reach so deep to get the patients and understanding that you show to all...but somehow, by the grace of God, you do! These few words don't even start to express the thanks I have for all of you for the kind understanding you show toward the people you care for, but it's a start! You guys are way cool!

I want to thank each of you for the care you provided to my husband while he lived in your Heartland Village. I know you all gave him never-ending care during his stay in your facility. I am grateful for all of your kindness.

The maintenance staff at Elmcroft moved my Aunt who has lived there a couple of years to a smaller apartment. I can't say enough about [Removed]. Fast, friendly, efficient, nice-nice-nice, and on and on! They are a huge asset to Elmcroft! Thanks to both of them for all their hard work!

[Removed] is a WONDERFUL caregiver! She is so sweet with my grandparents. Also, [Removed] was actually able to get my grandfather to shower, which he does not do much on his own anymore. My grandmother said she gave a great shampoo!

Very well pleased with all of the staff. Very professional and caring people and take excellent care of my Mom!

My mother receives wonderful care while at Elmcroft of Rivershire. She has told me several times that everyone is so kind to her. That is so important to a family that is leaving a loved one in the care of a facility! I also personally noticed that the other residents seemed friendly and content. That says alot!

Elmcroft is wonderful for my parents! The staff is so attentive and caring that it almost feels like my parents are being taken care of by family. Because the facility is so small, I’ve been able to grow strong bonds with some of the staff members and that gives me a good peace of mind. They’re always willing to keep up with requests in a timely manner. I love this facility because, even though they aren’t a memory care unit, they’ve accepted my father and have been taking care of him just as they would with my mother, who shares the same apartment as he does. They charge one flat fee which helps keep costs low and you really get what you pay for. A lot of other places that I had looked at wouldn’t even consider taking both of my parents and letting them stay together because of their different needs, and they would try and nickel and dime everything. Elmcroft is just simply wonderful. Their food is great and there’s plenty of it. Everything is always SO clean! It never smells bad and the trash is emptied all day long. There’s bingo, movie nights, arts and crafts, and plenty of social events for everyone and everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a calm place for their parents.

We have been happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive to the needs of my mom. We like the cleanliness of the community and the nice atmosphere. The menu offers a nice variety. They do offer activities for the residents that are able to participate. We would recommend the care from this community for the good care and good value.

Moved my dad here three months ago. Best decision we made. First other places say "assisted living" but a third party is responsible. This place is licensed by the state and even has electronic charting to hold them accountable! From the assessment at the rehab he was at to the day of move in the marketing girls and nursing made it such a smooth transition. My dad has dementia and is confused, we were worried he wouldn't adjust. The memory care team, especially [Removed] the leader there stayed with him, learned about his life and used that to help him transition. A training all staff go through. He loves the food, activities and the staff have become family. There is no hidden costs - it's a daily rate you get upon assessment that includes everything from care to laundry. We had a care conference the first month and no surprises as they were communicating his care throughout. Any concerns we have had were address directly with the nurse [Removed] the ED and dealt with immediately. The benefit of having the staff report directly. Overall we made the right choice and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent care. I'm grateful for them every day. Caregivers are wonderful, cheerful & hardworking. Very clean & nice. Food is really good. Lovely cafeteria area. Lots of activities inside & lots of bus outings

My tour at Elmcroft was very pleasant. I was encouraged that they do have respite care, minimum 3 days. Have all the requirements written down. I think it will fit my needs when the time comes. Others in my family have used Elmcroft. Always satisfied.

The staff was excellent during hurricane Harvey. The staff stayed around the clock and made sure the residents were taken care of. I was so worried about my parents and I couldn’t get over there for several days because of the flood waters but they were taken excellent care of. I am so happy my parents are there.

I love this community. I have lived here for many years and the staff is always so nice. They treat me good here and I am involved in everything from bingo to lunch, bunch. There is so much to do!

We moved mom and dad in June of 2015 and day one they felt at home and loved. A year later dad had to be moved to a memory care facility because of his rapid decline in health but mom asked to stay here because she feels it is her home. She loves her attendants and all the friends she has made as well as all of the activities she attends.

This community has very active residents engaged in many different types of events, programs, activities. I observe this every time I am in the building. Residents all happy and seem very well adjusted.

Last spring my mother in law and I toured the above mentioned facility. We both were highly impressed with the senior living community. The tour agent was very knowledgeable regarding the community and all the resources it had to offer. The facility was modern, clean, well lit and inviting. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

Hurricane Harvey evacuation was great, but I lost my wheelchair and have not received it back, also some of my clothing was lost.

Very happy and impressed that my parents were evacuated. Very happy that we made the right choice moving them here.
