Perfect, simply perfect, describes this community I am blessed to call my earthly home. All the amenities I daily appreciate and enjoy are amazingly contained in this small space. So I will, in summary, tell you that we as residents live together in a building that is beautifully functional, safe and encourages us to live our lives as individuals and together in community. Residents, administrators, and countless caretakers function together as a family.

My parents have lived at Magnolia Springs for 18 months. The entire staff is wonderful and very caring. When any type of problems or concern arises, it is always addressed in a timely manner. Is it home? No, but is the next best thing.

Very impressed with the wonderful caring staff, how they all work as a team, including the directors to make all residents feel comfortable. They try to make everyone feel at home, it definitely has a homey feel thanks to all the staff. It is not unusual for any of the staff to go above & beyond.

I'm glad my family and I fond this community for my wife she seems happy here. The caregivers are friendly and caring. The food Is good. The community stays clean and grounds are maintained. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

We had an urgent need to find new living options for my mother. We decided on Brookdale Mt. Hood, and the experience, while short, was excellent. The staff, the manager, the head of nursing went out of their way to help us in any way they could. The people were excellent and very helpful, and the residents were also friendly. They were very good about housekeeping, picking up all the time, and keeping things tidy. The activities there were full of mental stimulation for the residents as well as. I didn’t get a chance to actually eat there, but the food definitely smelled good. We looked at the menu, and mealtimes always seemed full of options. Meals could even be brought up to my mother on the days when she wasn’t able to go downstairs. Overall, our experience at Brookdale was incredible, even though it was short. I’d absolutely recommend this place to others. It was a blessing.

Our Magnolia family has grown to nearly capacity and through all the growth our Directors and Staff didn't miss a beat. Truly professional in all capacities! I've been here about 2 1/2 years now and it is such a special group. Each and every employee, resident and family are here for each other. I feel so grateful to be in such a wonderful caring environment.

We chose this community because when we toured it was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and caring. There are chairs out front for family to visit. Mom enjoys the activities such as listening to music and then they make sundaes for them. The food is good here and what we like is every wing has their own dining room so its more personable that way not in a huge dining area.

If I can't live in my own home I can't think of a better place to live in. The facilities are comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The food is TOO good. The activities offered are great. What more could I ask for? Merry Christmas Everyday!

When my husband and I lived here we loved it. He passed away in April and the staff was very helpful and considerate. I still live here and love it.

I have lived here for 2 years and 1 month. . .I can't say enough about Magnolia Springs Bridgewater. I give it an A++. The staff here will bend over backwards to help the residents in any way we request. Thanks to management and all who are under them. The activities they offer keep us busy and help us pass the time. It also helps us to know our fellow members better. The food is excellent and there is a lot to choose from. I hope God will give me many more years to enjoy Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater.

It's a very nice place to live. The staff is very helpful, kind and courteous. Transportation is good. Food is okay. I've met a lot of people here. There are plenty of activities to do.

I have been here for three years and loved everything about my home here now and hope to love it for many more years. They offer so many things here to keep us busy and occupied each and everyday.

At first I didn't know how my Mom would react when I brought up the idea of Assisted Living, and I was afraid that she would hate me and think I was PUTTING her someplace! She was in rehab after a fall and I had to find her a place to move to since there was no way she could possibly go back to living home alone. The ladies that showed me around were so very nice and walked me through everything one step at a time. They kept assuring me that Mom was not going to HATE me, but love me even more for wanting to do what was best for her. Sure enough, Mom loved the place and all of the people! She has been so positive with every turn and says nothing but nice things about the people who live and work at Elmcroft! I am very grateful!

I live close to Splendora, Tx and there are no places for seniors in my area, so we began a search for my Mother in the Conroe area. Out of all the places I visited, one stood out as being the most caring and genuine. From the sales person who first talked to us and helped me greatly through the process, to the nurse who did the assessment with my Mom, to the Chef who made a special meal just for my Mom. They were all wonderful and caring people. The first couple of weeks were rough and took a lot of adjustments, but it is smooth sailing now and my Mom LOVES it! I have never seen her this happy!

My parents were very reluctant to give up their home of over 50 years and move into an assisted living community, but in order for me to regain my sanity, something had to be done! They lived next door to me, but I spent more time with them than I did with my own family! They were right that it takes 2-4 weeks to adjust to such a lifestyle change, because nearly four weeks to the day, they both started referring to Elmcroft as "HOME"! It was a tough adjustment for all of us, but they are making it and I can finally breath!

My Dad just moved into Elmcroft of Rivershire Assisted Living and he is so excited. He is ready to start living the hastle free life of having fun and letting these wonderful people spoil him! It is such a relief to know he is being well taken care of!

[Removed] and I both knew immediately after visiting with [Removed](whom we love) back in December of last year on Christmas Day, that Elmcroft Senior Living was the place for Mom even after looking as we needed to do our "due Diligence" and did before calling [Removed] back and telling her we had a desire to put my Mom at your facility and in your care. The VIBE we both got was so PERFECT and we both independently knew that Mom would find the facility and staff to her liking. Sure enough as I look back over the past several months, we were SPOT ON. [Removed] felt like she had a new family. I don't have the words to properly express my thanks to [Removed] (whom we also love), her assistants, and all of the caregivers, staff, [Removed]. All the best, again and many thanks and I will look forward to seeing you all down the road. And speaking of roads... it has been hard driving down I 45 and passing the Gladstell exit without thinking of you all, Elmcroft and of course, my Mom...may she rest in peace.
