We had an extended tour of the home and were very impressed with the leadership in the community. The staff appears engaged and knowledgeable. The apartments and facilities appear clean and well maintained.

This facility is the best place for the physical and emotional needs of my wife. She has made a wonderful/transition from the re-hab unit of Madonna manor. I am extremely pleased with my decision to place my wife here. The main ingredient is the staff and their attention to detail.

We toured Brookdale and really liked the Manager and facility. We’re confident Mom would have been well cared for there.

We have been very impressed with the thoroughness, the cleanliness, and the staff's attention to detail at Elmcroft of Cy-Fair. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the food there and he's already getting involved in the activities. Almost everyday, it seems like they have something going on for the residents. We also appreciate that the community is well within our budget, and would recommend Elmcroft to other families.

The staff is like family – only better because they are calm, knowledgeable and joyful. They know what they are doing and are always happy to help with anything that makes you loved one’s life easier. Far above another Sr. community I’ve ever visited or supported.

I’m very happy here. I’ve met a lot of people and developed some close friendships. The place is a family not just a care center. I feel I belong. The staff is great and always helpful. I feel they really care about us.

This is a very nice facility and it’s homier than other places that we looked at. When you first walk in, it feels like home. It’s comfortable here and everyone we came into contact with was so kind. Unfortunately, my Father-In-Law passed away while in the process of moving him in. The director was so nice and even gave us his personal cell phone number if we ever needed anything. I even joked around and said I wouldn’t mind living here. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The Wellington has been excellent so far. The food is very good, and my room is certainly adequate. It's very nice with a big picture window in my living room with a great view of the trees and a creek outside. The people her are friendly, and the staff is extremely accommodating. It's very clean, and I'm starting to get more involved with the activities, which I'm enjoying.

So far, we are very impressed with The Village at Valley Creek. The number of staff in relation to the number of residents is very high, and the staff themselves are always very caring, friendly, and out going. I've never seen a frown or heard a bad word. The all seem very competent. The food here seems to be very balanced, and great care is always taken with how it is presented. I also appreciate that they have quite a few activities because my husband is very outgoing and loves to socialize. We are very pleased with The Village so far and would recommend the community to others.

Thank you for all you did to get my Dad transferred from Louisiana to Elmcroft! You are so sweet and we are so happy here! The staff is amazing and take such good care of my Dad!

My Mother-in-law is here and she really likes the facility. Things seem to be going well for her. The staff keeps the residents very active, involved in activities, and they check up on them regularly. They’ve been very good and are always very positive and friendly. The food is actually really good as well. It’s always well balanced and there are always at least 2 entrees to choose from. The facility will take the residents out to museums, there are tea rooms for the ladies, and they have activities like bingo, movies, sing-a-longs, and inspirational meetings. There’s a full calendar with something going on every day. The cleanliness is also very good, it’s one of the reasons we ended choosing this place. I recommend them.

The tour went very well and the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. They had a unit available, and they were sensitive to the time constraint on my family in getting both parents into an assisted living residence. We decided on this facility.

My husband moved in earlier this year.. what a relief to know he is happy and well taken care of! This was a big decision for our family but we see it was the right decision. What a wonderful team!!

My dad has lived here after being in another community. From the time I first walked in through every visit the activities are going on. The love and care the staff show him is unremarkable! He is so happy, clean and well nourished. I tell everyone I know about this community and that they should move their loved one to The Village at Valley Creek.

My parents have been in four different assisted living memory care facilities. Magnolia Springs is by far the best! The staff is exceptionally kind and compassionate. The management team is also kind, and they do a great job in managing the facility. One of the things that has impressed me the most is that everyone there follows through with what they say – no empty promises! Magnolia Springs is a top-notch facility!

Outstanding staff and attraction to detail. Customer service friendly cares above and beyond for all residents. Communication is excellent with medical professionals!

Professional – caring – clean – excellent staffing.

This is a very nice facility. Their focus seems to be on the numerous activities that they have available, which is great for many. My mom was very worried that she would be forced to participate in them, so had a negative reaction to the tour. Would suggest more communication with the tour guide about mom's personality etc. before bringing her along.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate throughout the entire process. They all worked the process as easy as could be expected.

I loved the manager here, she was so lovely. When I came in for my tour appointment, she wasn’t there. She was actually running late because she went out and got a milkshake for a resident who wasn’t happy with the milkshake the facility served. I knew if she was doing that for a resident, that she would do that for my Mother. The facility itself was fine but it didn’t smell so great. It actually smelled kind of like urine. I would recommend this facility to other families.
