Two years ago I chose to make Hart Park Square my home when moving here from out of state to be near family. My family and I visited many senior housing facilities in the area. When the door was opened to the first apartment here I actually said "Wow". The apartment has large windows filling the rooms with light and sunshine. I has many floor plans to chose from and a friendly, professional staff making it my home.

I am very happy here. Everyone - residents and employees are kind, helpful and considerate. A lot of different activities are available here. The meals are delicious. Most of my family lives our of town. Living here is almost like having another family.

My mother in law has lived at Hart Park Square for over two and a half years. Hart Park is a very wonderful, caring home. I have worked closely with the administration and nursing staff. They are always open and willing to discuss my mother in law's needs. I always feel confident that she is well cared for. The entire staff is very kind and patient. My mother in law's apartment is clean and bright. The dining room is lovely and the food is delicious.

2 years a resident I like the staff, the residents I have meals with, and my very spacious 1st floor apartment. It is a clean, well cared for community for the elderly.

I have my own apartment and am quite independent. I clean my own place & take care of it. Wash and dry my own clothes, often I go once to visit my son/daughter as other relatives on weekends. When I feel sociable I can go down to area and chat with others - participate in social activities. I eat one meal a day here. Food is always good!

The overall view of things is very good. Very helpful in all situations.

In these days of trying to decide if service professionals are actually trying tot serve, we found The Arboretum in Menomonee Falls as a place to care for our son. Our son is 56 years old, has Down Syndrome and was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's-type Dementia associated with Down Syndrome. It became apparent to us in January that we could no longer care for him in our home as his needs outgrew what my husband and I felt we could reasonably provide. Our initial search for a new home for [name removed] was met with many roadblocks and frustrations. We then has the good fortune to discover The Arboretum Memory Care facility. [Name removed], as executive director, refreshed us and restored our faith in service professionals. She and her staff have been the absolute answer to countless prayers and calming guidance and relief as we tread on in a terribly unfamiliar journey. Scared, uncertain and afraid to trust, our family moved [name removed] into his room at the Arboretum on January [date removed]. As we all work to adjust to this latest change in [name removed] we take great comfort in the fact that not only do the people at the Arboretum provide incomparable care, but they have real love and regard for [name removed], his safety and well being. They express this love daily as they share information about [name removed] with us and other caregivers. They take an active interest in everything we mention and gently meet his health and physical needs without limits. We could not feel more grateful that when we cannot be with [name removed] the Arboretum fills in for the love his family would otherwise provide. As bumps in the road inevitably appear [name removed] quietly and professionally assures us that we, along with [name removed], are their reason for caring. They put our family at east again and again, never failing to ask questions and learn with each new phase or issue. Gratitude and awe can barely describe what we've witnessed at this exceptional care facility.

My Mom, who has been a resident for 3 years now, has enjoyed being part of the Magnolia Springs East Family. To come to terms regarding the decision to place a loved one in a senior living facility is never an easy one, and something I'm sure weighs heavy on a family's mind. I would like very much to share with you that the staff at Magnolia Springs East helped my Mom and our family make this transition as easy as possible. My Mom has continued to enjoy a very wonderful quality of life and has made many lasting friendships as well. The care, compassion, dignity and respect shown to my Mom and All the residents truly reflects the "Heart" of Magnolia Springs East.

Mulberry Gardens is absolutely the best. The staff is amazing They are patient, kind, loving, fun and very attentive to everyone. Im so glad my Grandma is able to enjoy her life to the fullest. Thank you Mulberry Gardens.

We think you guys are great! We would not want dad anywhere else. We know it cannot be easy doing what you do. The staff are all very helpful and genuinely care for my father and his family, myself included, when we visit. I always recommend The Arboretum, especially when I hear someone will be looking in the future.

The setting along the Menominee River is lovely, but not so remote that you’re out of the surrounding community. My apartment is roomy and light-filled. The exercise opportunities are particularly informed and numerous. Programs provide intelligent and entertaining activity, and the management is very caring.

The Gardens is also an option for Dad. Currently, there is availability for a 1 bedroom at $3K per mo. If Dad needed the highest level of care (level 4) in assisted living the cost would be an additional $2700 per mo. The apartments are unfurnished. It's required to bring a bed, chair & nightstand but all other furniture is optional. They provide a microwave and fridge. Basic cable is included as well as laundry, housekeeping and food. The dining hall is open all day from 7am to 6pm which is a lovely option. Residents can eat when they want to vs being called to meal time. She said many residents thrive with this option. Wednesday nights Communion is delivered to Catholic Residents as well as Rosary services. The Gardens is a "for profit" residence. It does offer rehab services but medicare would only pay for his PT, OT nursing services. The apartment and add-ons would still be out of pocket.

The Gables is great! Mom has settled in well and has made good friends. There are many social activities to choose from and the food is excellent. Our family is very pleased that we chose The Gables.

I have brought my husband, [name removed], to Grandview in Peoria many times. The staff is excellent, so caring and loving. I know while he is in their care, I never have to worry because their staff serves with the greatest love and care for all of their patients. [Name removed] is an excellent musician and can share his talents on their beautiful piano and it makes him so very happy when he is there. The staff knows my name as well as [name removed] and treats me like family! I highly recommend this facility (Grandview) for any Alzheimer's patient or for a family member needing some respite time for their family member. Full time, part time, anytime the staff of Grandview always is loving, gentle and kind to their patients. Thank you for all you have done for me, [name removed] and my family. Grandview and their staff is number one in my book! Thank you, [name removed]

My family and I are all very impressed with Magnolia Springs. The facility and staff are superb. We moved dad's furniture in yesterday and will be moving him there in two days.

Excellent place to live in all respects. Caring executives, staff, all employees from top to bottom are great. My wife, in Memory Care, is loved and cared for by all employees. Food is wonderful, rooms are cleaned daily, laundry done neatly. Activity personnel are outstanding. I live here and our Bible study members meet here. Magnolia Springs always accommodates us from senior management to dining staff.

I attend Bible Study here on Wednesday mornings. I have served communion to residents in the past. I lead Bible study at both campuses. These campuses are awesome.
