Directors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Have lots of space available in the community for friends and family to visit and for us to entertain. I am very satisfied with my apartment. Everyone is very friendly. MS was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely place with interested staff and fun activities. Residents have plenty of opportunities to pursue a fun and rewarding life.

At 88 yrs old, it was time for my mom to leave her rancher and not have to worry about home repairs anymore. She was the original owner since 1966, so it wasn't so easy to convince her it was time to move. I made an appointment and we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were shown 5 available apartments. We all liked one in particular, so we put a deposit to hold it. A few days later we went forward with giving the move in fee and first month's rent. I quickly scheduled movers and packed up her house, so before you knew it, she had moved in. Everyone is super friendly, all the staff, and the other renters. The meals are really good, you get a menu and can choose off the rotating meals, plus the salad bar is always available. My mom is settling in nicely, she already knew a few people but is meeting more every day. As she does more activities I know she will feel even more at home. Her apartment is large, sunny and very comfortable. I feel so relieved she is around other people and in such a caring environment.

My Dad has been at the Village for almost a year and I believe that it is the best place for him. The staff there treats him like family. Mom or any of us can come and visit at anytime and can even eat a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner with him. The facility looks and feels like home and the people are outstanding and really understand the challenges that families are facing with loved ones with dementia. And the support group they offer once a month are very helpful and open to anyone wanting or needing support. The quarterly Family Night is great as well, wonderful food and great live music.

Excellent care. Residents are clean - even their hair. Showers or baths minimum 2x/week. Food is good. Meal times flexible. Fed by caregivers if necessary. Staff well trained in dementia care. Residents toileted every 2 hours. Carpets shampooed frequently. My husband seems happy and content and looks comfortable.

Fantastic experience here with mom and dad. I never thought it would be this way in a care facility. I would highly recommend!

My loved one has been at Brookstone almost a year. I feel it was. Godsend that led us to Brookstone. Yes, they could use more staff, but any place can. These people CARE about their residents, the RN on duty and the fact they have medical staff that come to the facility is wonderful. They keep the facility and the residents very clean! The staff makes me feel like family. I could not be happier!

My mom lived at Magnolia Spring for 2 years until she passed away at the age of 94 years old. The care, love and patience of the staff in the Memory Care Unit was amazing. Mom was always treated with respect and dignity. She enjoyed the trivia games, singing, even Bingo! What a beautiful experience for her. Thank you, amazing staff!

My mother has been at Magnolia Springs for a year and is very happy in her new environment. The staff could not have been better or more supportive as we both transitions to Magnolia Springs. It was an adjustment for her but the staff was kind, caring and very patient with her. The physician space is bright, cheerful as is the staff. They treat her with dignity, respect and caring attitudes each and every day. She says "I'm as happy as a clam in cold water here!"

My experience at Magnolia Springs was delightful. I needed respite care for a month after two surgeries. I had Baptist Home Health come to do OT and PT. The facility is so beautifully appoints, clean and safe. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. There were great activities. The meals are delicious and varied. I will miss everyone when I leave. Highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

My parents have been at Magnolia Springs for a month and it has been a very smooth transition. They have remarked on how clean everything is, how good the food is and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We really couldn’t be happier.

This is all new territory for me and my mother. She has been in her home for 30+ years. We were very happy with the tour we had! They made mom feel very welcome and even included her to stay for lunch!
