Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful! We loved the entire staff who took such great care of my aunt!! Personal Interest, Food Care, Loving Interest by so many! Couldn't have asked for better care!

All of your staff that I've met are the best you could have hired. I thoroughly enjoy interaction with them; and each does his/her best to help in any way possible to make life easier for the residents.

I love this place. The people are really friendly and I have met/made new friends. The service people are the greatest.

The staff - friendly and kind. The food - good, with ample choices, according to your taste. The service - very satisfactory. The entertainment and activities - something to do each hour of the day. The ambiance - attractive, warm and comfortable.

I know when I visited around Christmas of 2016 that this is where I wanted to settle after selling my home in Ft. Mitchell. It happened to sell in one week, so it was sooner than expected. I enjoy being here. The employees are wonderful, the atmosphere great. The freedom for myself is excellent. The residents are interesting and the location is so convenient also I feel safe.

My wife was in this facility for over a year. She was in the memory care unit. This is a top notch facility in every respect. The management does an outstanding job with every facet of care and assistance. Excellent food, activites, cleanness, safety. I really hated leaving the facility but my wife now needs (full skilled care) in a health care facility.

Really enjoy living in this community. Everyone is very helpful and caring. Love all the activities that are planned daily.

My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs - Florence since it opened. She loves it and we love it. The staff is kind, competent, and caring. They take excellent care of my mother and us when we visit! They are very accommodating and go above and beyond to help us with family get togethers. Magnolia Springs is the right choice for our family.

What a wonderful staff! My grandmother lived at Magnolia Springs East for 2 years and had a great experience. I have never experienced a staff that genuinely cares as much as the team at Magnolia Springs East.

After living at a nearby Senior Living Community, my mother transferred to Magnolia Springs over a year ago. What a difference! The caring staff, the variety of activities, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the facility, and the amenities all make Magnolia Springs a wonderful place for a senior to live. I could site many examples of personal care and extra touches by the staff, but perhaps my favorite was the day I came to visit my mother. On her door handle were two bananas with a smiley face and "Love, [name of dining hall server]. When I asked Mom about it, she said she had asked the server for a banana at lunch, but the fruit delivery had not yet come so there were no bananas. When the truck arrived that afternoon, the server had taken it upon herself to go the extra mile to bring bananas to my mother's second floor room. Because of this type of personal care, we're so thankful our mother is at Magnolia Springs!

Very informative tour, facility clean, everyone very friendly and the units were lovely - all in excellent condition.

My dad has been a resident at Riviera for 2 years. One year in Independent living and one year in Assisted Living. The staff is incredible and truly a blessing for us. They take pride in the cleanliness and care of the facility. The food is amazing and dining room is beautiful. My dad loves his apartment and he is truly happy here! They treat him with respect and kindness. They listen and work with me if I have any concerns or special needs. I trust them to take care of one of the most special people in my life.

After a bout of pneumonia I could not get my energy back. The doctor said I needed more exercise to get my energy back so my family & I began looking for a way to get more exercise. We toured Magnolia Springs and I moved in February of 2019. I get a lot of exercise and activity which has helped me so much.

The staff are friendly and loving. They treat each resident with respect. I feel like it's a family when you walk in and they can always tell me where my husband is sitting and what he has been doing. If you want a loving and caring place this is the place for your loved one.
