The arboretum is a great place - good food, fun activities and nice sense of community. Have moved from independent to assisted living and the transitions as well as extra assistance are very much appreciated.

My 89 yr. old mother spent 8 months here, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is caring, loving, and friendly. They make every resident feel special, I have witnessed them doing it over and over again. Never once did I see or hear a grumble or see a grimace from a staff member there. In fact, they were eager to help and lend comfort and provide the best care they possibly could. My mother called the staff her "angels" - all of them - her housekeepers, maintenance, dining and food service staff, admin and management, front desk, nursing staff and her wonderful caregivers . I agree with Mom, they all were angels. The facility itself is very clean and very well maintained and managed. It is beautifully furnished and laid out thoughtfully for the comfort of residents and their visiting families. The close proximity to many key medical complexes in the area is a real plus. There are a lot of activities for residents, and the staff strives to get residents participating and stay engaged. I highly recommend Magnolia Springs at Southpointe for anyone looking for the very best care available for their aging parent.

Our experience at Magnolia Springs has exceeded all our expectations. It is clean, beautiful, home-like and the staff is fantastic. Our mother could not be happier. Thank you for all you do to make her life comfortable and rewarding.

I think if compared with other assisted living facilities I think it would rate as one of the best. We have many activities and such a variety if you want to stay active both physically and mentally you would enjoy Magnolia Springs.

It has been great experience for my mother. She is getting in very well. Magnolia Springs has been very helpful to my mother and my sisters and myself.

My husband, [name removed] has been in memory card for 16 months at MS. The staff, especially [Name removed] has been very caring and loving and he has make a lot of friends. I would recommend it highly.

Help is gracious and helpful. Meals are great! Entertainment is always fun. Enjoys Happy Hour. I have many friends with residents and staff. I think it's a wonderful place to live.

Excellent care! he is dressed, clean, brought to meals. When necessary there is 1:1 to calm him. Personnel never pass by without spending a few seconds to talk to him.

Each staff member at Oak Hill Terrace genuinely cares for the residents and their families. For our father, they and the friendships he's developed with others have become like family. We are grateful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elmcroft. We were greeted warmly and questions were answered. Early on realized what was offered was more than what we needed at this point but would consider it for the future.

We could not be happier with the care and support our folks receive. They have lived at Magnolia Springs for over a year nor and the staff is incredible - especially [name removed] and [name removed] (caregivers) and [name removed] in the dining room - they have huge caring hearts! My Father has lived at Magnolia Springs Bridgewater in Carmel, Indiana since 2015. Not only is the facility bright, spacious, and clean but the staff members are amazing. Several staff members have told me they feel a special calling to assist and to help care for the residents there. I have always been greeted with a smile and a hello as I pass staff in the hall and in the dining room. Requests are dealt with promptly (i.e. My Dad's mini-fridge wasn't cooling. It was replaced right away.) My Dad prefers solitude and contact with his own family for his social life but there are many daily activities for any resident that would enjoy those. I've actually attended some activities without my Dad. We have been so happy with my Dad's care at Magnolia Springs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for an Assisted Living facility for their loved one(s).

I am very happy here at Library Square. I lived here for 10 years. We are like one family. Meal time is like a social hour. I look forward to it. Activities are great. We play games, entertainment is super and lots to do.

Very impressive apartments, nicely laid out with all the appropriate amenities for older adults daily living (size of apts, walk in showers, dish washer) You've included everything from underground parking to physical therapy in the facility. [Name removed] also was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful nor only in touring us through the community but also in moving information and contact info. The info was appreciated
