Magnolia Springs is my home.

I just love living at Magnolia Springs. I am a new resident and the oldest resident here. All of the people are so friendly and I feel so blessed.

I highly recommend Magnolia Springs to any family interested in making arrangements for Senior Living. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your loved ones are safe and very well taken care of. Rooms are larger than other communities we toured and facilities are open and sunny.

My father lived here the last two years of his life. While making this kind of decision can be difficult for any family, it was most definitely the right one. After searching several communities we all decided Magnolia Springs East was the best place and we were right. I can’t say enough good things about how friendly the staff is and how incredibly well they treated my Dad and is. They all became an extended part of our family and still are! Attention to the residents and their families far exceeded expectations. If you want to rest assured that your loved one(s) is in more than capable hands then this is the place to be!

Magnolia Springs Louisville is one of the finest Assisted Living Communities in Kentucky. Their staff is well trained, their give compassionate care to the residents, the food is wonderful and tasty, their activity program is excellent and their dedicated memory care units are second to noon. You and/or your loved one could not go wrong in selecting Magnolia Springs Louisville on Whipps Mill Road!!

excellent -- [name removed] was very good about explaining the community. We like the fact that it is a CCRS community. Forwood was clean with many places to sit alone or with people when you want too. Staff seems to intermingle with tenants. Room outside to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Walking path nearby. Very impressed with site.

My mother is very happy with her new home. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The facility is very clean and has no odor to it. My mom's bathroom could use more attention but I think that is my mother's fault not Somerford's. Her room is spacious and comfortable, decorated with all her personal things to make her feel like it is truly a home. Most all the staff addresses my mom by name and are readily accessible to family members. My mom, who can be picky, enjoys the food. She also participates in the many daily activities. You can go outside in nice weather and they have at least 1 outing a week. Somerford went out of their way to make my mom feel welcome, include her in activities and introduce her to fellow residents. They even sent her flowers! Overall we would recommend this place if you are considering assisted living.

I have enjoyed living at Magnolia Springs for 6 years. My apartment is adequate in size and cleaned by housekeeping. The tasty meals are selected from a menu and served by dining room staff. Activities are wide and varied, depending on your choice. The staff and residents are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone here is like family. These are reasons I call Magnolia Springs my home.

This has been a wonderful community for my husband who has been there for 14 months. The director especially has been great and the staff for the most part very loving and caring individuals. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a nursing home or a memory care facility.

The staff at Magnolia Springs enabled my mom to live her remaining 2 years in comfort and love. They even helped her like Bingo, taught her new card games and made her feel special.

I had a wonderful experience with Magnolia Springs. The bottom line: I placed my mother in Magnolia. The staff is wonderful. I had all my questions answered. The tour was very thorough. I was so impressed, I brought my sister to Magnolia. She was very happy with the tour, also/ We are very happy to be part of the Magnolia family.

We were all, as a family, so very relieved when we found an assisted living facility for mom that we could afford, was nearby and most importantly, that we could trust with moms care. Oak Hill Terrace in Waukesha has been a nearly perfect fit. We knew immediately that this clean, well lit and nicely appointed facility would be our top choice. We toured other facilities, but the staff here made all the difference. They care. Equally important, the hard working and pleasant staff responds quickly both to moms needs, and to our occasional inquiries. We trust in their professionalism, and we have come to rely on their kindness and their recommendations. The entire nursing staff has gone so far out of their way to care for mom, and keep me informed. They have welcomed me as part of moms team. It is also important to note that the residents also impress us with every visit with a remarkably friendly, upbeat energy. This always reminds me that Oak Hill Terrace is a special place where comfort and happiness is nurtured. The social activities are gently encouraged and very well regarded. I know my mother loves the bingo, the concerts and especially the library. I am also happy to report that she enjoys the healthy meals. It isn't always easy for mom, who has experienced some troubling medical setbacks, but she recognizes that she is receiving good care, and that makes us as a family very satisfied. I would happily, and heartily recommend Oak Hill Terrace, and, when I asked her yesterday, mom said she would too!

I have had the privilege to volunteer free services for residents at Howard Village over the past several years. Also attending special events and private and public visits with residents. During all of my visits, I experience a well run facility. All staff from the top down at Howard Village are very knowledgeable, warm and caring. Working with residents and having many different conversations, I have never heard a complaint about their home at Howard Village. They all seem very content and happy in their living arrangements there. I do not hesitate to recommend Howard Village to anyone who's in the need "to have a home away from home". Their vast selection of activities and offerings to their residents is outstanding. It is always a blessing to see so many smiling faces at a senior living center. I love it here at Library Square from the very first week here I felt safe, secure, comfortable, happy and truly "at home". I have made many new friends here and there is no time to be lonely. The staff here is outstanding from the front desk, activity director, head chef, maintenance, administrator, marketing, etc. Everyone makes life here wonderful. There are many wonderful activities here or if I want to be alone I can stay in my apartment.
