The staff at Magnolia Springs Lexington are some of the most kind and patient people I've met. I am so glad that my mother is living there during this pandemic. Not only are they keeping the residents safe, they go out of their way to treat residents like family. Kudos!!

[name removed], our advisor came to our house well prepared with pictures, brochures, handouts, etc. and answered all our questions. She did an exceptional job and we are really hoping we can have this place as my brother's home.

I have worked in the industry for sometime and it always amazes me the level of caring and professionalism of the staff at Grand View. The activities are always creative and bring back memorable moment for the residents. It is very impressive. There is no need for a second choice because this is the only one.

[Name removed] was extremely knowledgeable about the property. Very thorough with the tour and great on providing the follow up she said she would do. Highly recommend taking the time to meet with [name removed].

Needless to say Magnolia Springs is a very clean and attractive place. Staff is friendly and will help in any way they can. Prior to the pandemic, one or more activities going on at all times of the day. However, with COVID-19 staff worked hard to find new ways to help residents physically and psychologically. If you want a good place to live in your later years, this is it.

[Name removed] was honest and up front from the very beginning. The rooms are also larger for the price and they had a good move-in bonus at the time. Everything seemed to happen just right.

Beyond the tastefully decorated building, range of activities, entertainment, and delicious meals, the Brookdale community is blessed with a wonderful staff. These dedicated men and women are inspiring. The staff members and caregivers know each resident's name, and their loving attention to each resident helps create a home-like atmosphere.

I think they have lived up to all of my expectations so far and have followed through with all of the promises they have made. About a year after we moved in they had a lot of staff turnover, but it has been fine. We chose this community because the price with all inclusive with no extra charges. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

This has been a great place for my mom. I wish there was a better set up for visiting in person. The table next to the A/C's with a mask on make it very hard to communicate. I appreciate the excellent care in all other ways!

My father has been an assisted living resident at Farmington Square in Eugene since October 2019. It has been a wonderful place for dad and our family for so many reasons. He is treated well by the entire staff. They are kind, patient and loving to him. The staff treats my brothers and sisters well, they answer all our questions, notify us if they have a concern. Dad has been safe at Farmington during Covid thanks to their precautions. Dad likes it at Farmington. I took a picture of him a couple of days ago. His smile expressed sheer happiness. OI highly recommend Farmington for your loved ones.

My husband and I were very impressed with Farmington Square. The director and other staff members went over and above to help us secure a safe and comfortable home like experience for our mother especially during CoVid. We appreciated the timely updates on her needs, care and concerns from the director of the building to the personal care givers that see her every day. We could not be more pleased with the competence, care and friendliness of all the staff and highly recommend them.

This the one I want to get into. I couldn't do the little apartment she offered this month. I will be ready at the 1st of next month to pay the fee and the first months rent. I am struggling with my husband a little but much less than expected.

The director and staff go above and beyond. They are very helpful in working through difficult situations, offering assistance and creative solutions. The facility is well maintained with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is great. My mom enjoyed living there. I would recommend them to others. The staff is attentive. The food was good overall. The layout was very good. They had a patio and a garden area. They also had a fishing area and a barbeque area.

This is a very pleasant place to live. I've been a resident here since [date removed], and have found the management, staff, and all persons working here pleasant, kind and friendly and cognizant of our needs and decisions. I am enjoying knowing the other residents living here. It's a community of great people!

Exceptional administration and staff and good food.

I'm not able to work much and they take very good care to make sure all my needs are met. Except during the pandemic, my family is made very welcome.
