We travelled the Twin Cities looking for appropriate, safe and caring environment for our loved one. We visited several times before deciding in Brookdale, Eden Prairie. They are wonderful, our loved one is very well cared for and their staffs response has been immediate as we have needed help. We honestly believe we found the BEST! Thanks to A Place For Moms for their assistance.

I moved my wife to the north Dallas area; I did online research and I visited my top 5 memory care facilities. The Village at Valley Creek was my top choice and I firmly believe it turned out to be far the best. Everything about this place is first class. The staff is simply outstanding. I could stop there, but there's a lot more ranging from their willingness to help at any time day or night, their handling of food for the patient and their family, their compassion for the sadly ill patients, their handling of activities and other features. When my wife was first admitted I hired a local sitting service for a few days to help her get adjusted and the sitters all said the same thing - this place is #1. My wife passed away recently and all the aspects of her care and the attention to detail was simply outstanding in every way. Unlike some other facilities, this place is 100% memory care and that is also very important to me. I recommend this place without reservation.

Clean, well run community with wide well lit halls. Plenty of activities for residents on a dailey basis and residents are encouraged to join in by activity director and by caregivers. Residents do not complain about the food (as they do a lot of other communities). Overall, I do not hesitate to refer our patients to look into this community for their future living facility choice.
