We did a virtual tour with Mt. Arlington and it was a very nice facility. It was actually our second choice, but we had previous experience with another facility and this one was a little further away for family members.

My mom has been there for over 10 yearsand loves the place. The staff is special and treats her like family. A great place

As a daughter of a Magnolia Springs Loveland resident, I cannot not make enough positive comments about the caring atmosphere I experienced toward my mom and other residents. Residents are recognized and called by name from the moment they enter the facility. From kitchen staff, to resident assistants, housekeepers, nurses, concierge and managers, all residents are treated with kindness, love, dignity, and respect. I cannot count how many times an employee told my mom the they loved her. The facility is clean, bright. and open. There are multiple activities available for resident participation on a daily basis. I could not have asked for a better home for my mom when the time came that she needed more assistance in her daily life.

We did a virtual tour with Elmcroft and we really liked the facility. All of the staff members we spoke to were friendly, especially the administrative staff. She could not go here because she needed more care.

I would tell others this is a great place. My mom is happy here, and everything has been really really good. We are super happy our choice.. The food is like by my loved one. The residents have a choice of meat, and they have good sides for meals . The food is delivered to the the residents rooms as an option.

They have independent living, 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner which begins at 4pm). Very large units with stove, washer/dryer in the unit. Price seemed affordable. Of the 4 properties, we found this to be the best so far

We chose Orchard Park because when we went in to tour the facility. everybody was so nice and welcoming. The director stopping and telling everyone hi and knew every residents name and she introduced us to all staff in passing. We loved the open and friendly atmosphere. The room sizes here are perfect for what she needs. Their ability to go above and beyond to help is great, [name removed] is amazing and always made sure I got call backs and that I got through to the right people. My grandma loves it here and I would highly recommend them.

I would tell others to take a look for their loved one. This is a good community to consider for your loved ones. The way my loved one is treated, the care, and the staff is excellent! The staff are responsive to any questions or concerns you have. They have constant communication and virtual visits for families. They have made it home for my loved one quickly.

This community came highly recommend by families of the residents. It was affordable for us. They talked to us and were willing to give a tour to us. They gave us a virtual and in person tour. They friendly and professional.

We chose Magnolia Springs East because we had friends who had parents living there and were very familiar with assisted living and the proximity to family. The room sizes here are adequate for what he needs. I feel like they have done a great job figuring out how to communicate with him and they are always quick to call with anything needed. I would recommend to others looking.

If you have the need this is the place to go. One thing I liked about the community is that Elmcroft took Medicaid. The nurse and general manager were professional and great at communication about my loved one.

They were lovely. It just wasn’t the right fit because we were considering moving out of state. They were just really welcoming and friendly. The facilities looked nice, maybe just a little bit older. A lot of it came down to instinct in determining where would be the best choice.

The staff is very helpful and they make an effort to get to know the family. They do a good job keeping up informed and up to date but they are caring and not pushy when it comes to making decisions. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We did a virtual tour of Isles of Vero Beach and it is a very nice facility.

The community has been helping my loved one with painting, playing bingo, and getting them involved. The staff are accommodating working with the residents. I would highly recommend them. My loved one says they are feeding the residents well. I wouldn't want her anywhere else. Everyone is friendly here.

They have a calendar of activities for the residents to choose from. I like the memory care unit since this is what my loved one needs. The staff are up-to-date on how they should treat the residents. I am very satisfied with the community. The staff is good to work with, along with being friendly.

The admissions process was very smooth. And the admissions staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with issues with physicians and pharmacies. The financial side have been really helpful as well. We had to put our loved one in a memory care unit during the height of a pandemic. To accommodate us, they actually put her in a sister facility for a couple of weeks because of a positive Covid case at Mallard Landing. And then they moved her once there was no longer Covid in the facility. They transported her for us free of charge, all for her safety. And it honestly couldn't have gone any smoother if I had done it myself. Overall I've had no issues with the staff. They've all gone above and beyond. Mallard Landing has a ton of activities. They have this Star Program that's really amazing. They find out what the residents had done previously in their lives and make sure they provide classes and activities that fit into each resident's specific history. For instance, they would have art classes for an artist, stuffed animals for someone who worked with animals, a kitchen, a laundry area, all sorts of things for the residents to do and feel safe and at home. Their holistic approach to memory care is definitely stellar. It's a really neat place. It's on beautiful grounds, in a beautiful location nestled into the countryside. It feels very Maryland, but it's still very close to doctors and pharmacies and other places you might need access to. They also provide their own pharmacy services, but you're still able to use your own pharmacy if you wanted to.

The staff and residents are so nice! I really appreciate how attentive the staff are to my needs. I enjoy to call Rittenhouse my home! I have recommended Rittenhouse to many people and will continue to do so!

The best part of Rittenhouse is….NO WORRIES! The meals are delicious- just like if I made them but I don’t have the mess! I really enjoy Rittenhouse and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
