Our loved one was only there for about two months we had a very good opinion of Cedar Ridge. Our initial meeting with the executive director, head of nursing and the marketing manager was great. They explained everything in detail to us, and answered all of our questions. We spent many days a week visiting with our loved one and the staff were very good and easy to work with, they were all very caring and had the residents best interest in mind. The community is smaller and the layout is exactly what we expected. We are also able to observe the activities which was nice.

They are the only facility that has called me back and they are in constant contact. Stonybrook has also been amazing with helping me with the information I need to gather. They have been fabulous with help, especially [name removed]. I'm very grateful to have gotten a call from them.

It was a nice community, it just didn't seem to be the right fit for my loved one. They were very helpful during the tour.

Truly impressed with the our tour and the facility. They have done some renovations over the last year to the facility. The location, activities and the staff make this facility very high on the list of our choices.

I toured Creekside Alzheimer's Special Care Center and talked with [name removed]. I really liked the facility. It is clean and nicely decorated. [name removed] is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I loved how she and the other staff talked with the residents. I think this would be a good place to be for someone needing this type of care.

My loved one's experience has been really positive. She had anxiety about leaving her house but seems to have gotten over that and is enjoying the experience. I think she's much happier now. She likes that it's an open and sunny environment, and she doesn't have to deal with any stairs. The staff are very friendly, and most of the other residents are as well.

We had already seen this facility when we were looking for my mom. [name removed] who we worked with was very helpful and kept in touch with me. She was great with her follow up and really went above and beyond.

We toured about three other places and then our last tour was at Wilkinson Woods. We both knew right when the door opened that that is where mom wanted to be. [name removed] met us at the door and welcomed us like no other tour had done. Now, when you walk in, you will notice that Wilkinson Woods does not have all the "bells and whistles" that other places might have but let me tell you, THIS PLACE will top any other facility in Lake Country. The staff is wonderful; answering moms' questions and concerns, assisting far beyond what is requested, and most of all treating mom as if she were family. She looks forward to lunch time as soon as she wakes in the morning just so she can sit for an hour with her three other new found "sisters." I cannot say enough about the care and the love mom has received at Wilkinson Woods. The staff is the glue that makes that place "home." They know their residents and know what ways to help, assist, get them involved and make them welcomed.

I came to live in this community in [date removed]. I found out that it is a very welcoming place with a sense of family, excellent services, very caring staff, great activity programs for different interests. I am very satisfied and happy to call this community "my home."

We are so happy we toured Magnolia Springs. My parents loved everything about the facility. And Cody was the most gracious host. He answered everyone's questions and just made us feel right at home. Thank you for setting this up for us.

I definitely want corporate to know the loving care she receives. The promptness of the aides, the personal attention from the management team. The cleanliness of the facility and the nutritious meals. A wonderful new home is my mother's description. Thank you, Magnolia Springs.

I am happy I made the choice to live here. It is a wonderful setting very well maintained, convenient for our needs, and as much fellowship as you want. My family knows I am safe and can now visit plus bring me after things I need. The help is very friendly and kind, the food and dining is a very enjoyable time.

I would suggest you check out the community for yourself. They are good to work with. The community is good at allowing family to continue to assist with medication distribution for their loved ones. There are some activities for the residents to partake in.

Staff is always friendly and have a wonderful attitude toward the people who live here. Facility is spotless and well cared for. I think this place is one of the best care centers if not the best!

I really enjoy all the friendly environments. Love all the wonderful food in the dining room. Love taking walks on the walking trails.

We have selected this facility and have a move in date of August 1 that we are aiming for.

Our family had a virtual tour and our experience was great, this was one of our top choices. However, due to the pandemic our loved one was just not able to move in.

I thought The Arboretum was nice. My loved one just didn’t like it for some reason and wouldn't give me any specifics. I did think it was pretty expensive for what they were going to give you. But the people who led our virtual tour were absolutely great.

My brother has been here for 4 years now. One good thing about Whitby is that it is a small community, so he is treated like it is his little home and the workers make him feel like family. The staff is caring and encouraging, the food is good, the location is excellent, & the facility is kept clean and inviting. They have many activities and keep their residents entertained despite this being a tremendously trying year for all. They have kept my brother safe and well cared for, so am very grateful to all the staff. Another plus, they are good at communicating when there are any concerns. Overall, I feel very very blessed to have found this spot for my brother.
