I really liked Brookdale Plymouth. I liked the director, who spent time with me and took me on a tour. I could see the activities director rounding up the residents for activities. He was very outgoing and included everyone. And I saw him bringing everyone back in wheelchairs and with walkers. I was really impressed with him! I chose a place that was closer in proximity to where I live and therefore easier to visit. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish I had based my decision on other more important aspects of a community.

The facility itself is a very nice for someone that is aging, also we are very impressed with the longevity of the staff members there. Everyone who works there has been there for forever. It is just the perfect place for our mom.

It has been an honor to work at Orchard Parks at Victory Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. The time that I have worked here it has been nothing but wonderful!! I have enjoyed every moment at Orchard Parks starting as a Care-Partner working my way up to Concierge. Every day was different and exciting, never a dull moment! I will truly miss everyone there. Thank you everyone for all the memories. I will cherish them all.

So far so good. The staff are great and they have been wonderful with communication, we can reach out to them anytime and they will meet with us to discuss anything. It is very expensive, but worth it.

Our virtual tour at Fountainview was very nice. I liked it a lot and would have liked to go there. But we ended up moving to a different state.

We chose Morningside of Bellgrade from word of mouth, people we knew had a good experience here and recommended them. It is a wonderful, warm, and welcoming place and I would recommend to other families.

We toured Brookdale and it is a smaller facility focusing on memory care. It just was not what we were looking for

I am satisfied in the care my loved one has received. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The activities are good. The staff when my loved one moved in made sure I was updated on my loved one's ability to settle into the community.

Everybody from the staff to the residents all know each other by name, it really has a community like feeling and home like atmosphere. The staff do a great job getting the residents up and moving, they are always encouraging the residents to get out of the rooms and get involved.

My mother has been a resident at Magnolia Springs for 5 months. With over thirty years of experience as a former nurse, employee health leader, infectious disease educator and post-retirement vaccination and hospital volunteer, she was well-informed and incredibly discriminating when it came to making a decision about where she would make her future home in assisted living. After taking a tour of their beautiful facility and interacting with the amazing Ellen Dial and team at Magnolia, we all knew this was the only place for her. Mom is so very happy now - with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, her community of friends, wonderful food, resident activities & services, ability to practice her faith with others and morning walks around the pond. I look forward to every video call with her because she's almost always smiling and happy and it's genuine....priceless! We're delighted we made the best decision for mom and grateful to Ellen and the entire team at Magnolia.

We chose Hudson Creek because they are strictly memory care facility and the others I looked at were not as clean as this facility was. It is very home like environment. They do offer shared and private rooms, she is in a shared room and it is pretty big and plenty of space for what she needs. They are always accommodating, they answer my phone calls, texts, emails, so just great with communication. I would recommend to others looking.

There were certain aspects that were good. I liked their accessibility to different things. My loved one also knew people that lived there already. But the facility is a bit dated. They did a great job on follow-up even after we selected a place. They would call me on a regular basis to check up.

From our understanding our loved ones seems to enjoy the meals and dining and they do try to encourage her to participate in the activities. It is a good place with very well trained staff members. We would recommend to others.

Great community!

I would high recommend this community. The staff are very friendly and good with the residents. The community is clean. I feel like my loved one if safe and cared for here.

We chose The Reserve at Greenbrier because of the location and availability. The apartment sizes at the facility are very nice, she has more than enough room for what she needs. I would recommend to others looking

I would give the Brookdale Camelot community 10 stars! My husband is no longer there but in the beginning i was very shook up and upset and everyone there was so calming, comforting and very nice. The director was amazing and truly cared about my husband. I am not to sure on what activities they had, but the meals were were amazing just really excellent. It is a very good place.

WE virtually toured Brookdale Northville and the facility looked amazing. We did not choose them because they were not able to handle the type of care my mom was needing, she needed memory care.

This community was nice, it was a little too far for us. Also, the rooms felt more like apartments and independent living and my loved one needed more assistance.

Rittenhouse was able to take care of my loved one very well. They work well with hospice. The communication with the staff was very good. They provided the main number and the liaison phone number to answer my questions. over my loved one.
