Magnolia Springs East is a facility where building community seems to be central to the operation. It’s very apparent that every member of staff goes beyond simply performing their duties and works to create an environment that is welcoming, friendly and safe. Whenever I walk through Magnolia with my grandmother, everyone we meet knows her by name - and she knows them. She’s made many friends among staff and other residents. She tells me that the dining services are exceptional. I hear often of community activities she participates in. The facility is exceptionally clean and from what I’ve seen, comprehensive safety protocols are followed meticulously. The building is well-kept but in no way institutional - it has the feel of a large country house. I know that her being there has improved her cognitive functioning as it relates to her Alzheimer’s. I also have no doubts about her safety or comfort, or that she is being looked after by people who care.

I really didn't like the rehab place my mom was in. [Name removed] helped me out getting her in this place. It's awesome. Price was really reasonable where she is now. Husband told me to call a place for mom. Glad I did!

they take care of the whole person including their family, they are loving, very professional, and everyone works together as s team to make sure the residents needs are met and beyond,. As a health care providers ourselves we pride ourselves on recognizing excellence when we see it!

I have had a wonderful care here! The staff are all wonderful, caring, and very loving. I would recommend living here to anyone! They are also very pet friendly my dog loves all of them here! Please consider living here or having your family member live here!

The community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. We are satisfied overall with the value for cost, and based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to others.

Our tour with Sugar Creek was amazing. They showed me the whole facility and you really can't beat the price for what you get. I was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff members we interacted with. The only downfall was that I got more of a nursing home feel from the looks and layout of the facility.

We are very satisfied and everything is going well with Coral Oaks. The staff are extremely friendly and we really like that it is a single floor facility so you don't have to worry about stairs or elevators. I would recommend to others.

We had a virtual tour with Morningside. They did a great job of showing us around the layout of the facility and amenities offered. It was just way too pricey for us.

I chose Magnolia Springs because it just seemed to fit the specifications that I was looking for at the time. I lucked out on my room, I have almost 1000 square foot apartment and I face the front so I have a beautiful view. I really like that everybody calls you by name when you walk down the hall, it shows you are not just another person to them and they actually care about you. The food is not the greatest at the moment but that is just because we are in-between chefs, the food is always good but not always the best for you. I would recommend them to others looking as long as you can afford it.

We chose The Gardens because we liked the friendliness of the staff members, they are very caring towards the residents. They also have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in every day. I would recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved one the facility and the only reason we did not choose it was the location it was just to far away. We loved how it was more established and how they had a meal plan. The rooms were very big and they had tons of activities. We just cannot say enough good things about the Talbot Park community.

We absolutely love Coral Oaks. I would refer them in a heartbeat. We've been very, very happy. Communication from the medical team and nurses is excellent. Their treatment and response to our loved one's needs is amazing. It has far exceeded our expectations. She can be picky about food, but she raves about the food here and has nothing but good things to say about everything. And so far, the cost has been very reasonable.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved The Forum, and we were so disappointed when our loved one wasn't going to be able to move there because of how progressive her health was at the time. It is so nice with great big accommodations. Everything was just fabulous we would highly highly recommend this community to others. There were tons of activities, our loved one even on the tour participated in the exercise class. The Forum just feels like home.

There are just enough activities for the residents, nothing to overwhelming and the encourage the residents but do not push them. The reason why we picked it was because it is not to new and not to fancy. It is not intimidating, it has that cozy, warm, inviting feeling to it. It reminds us of a little coffee cafe shop around the corner you want to sit and relax in. They have the nicest people there, and the staff are great.

We had a great tour with Magnolia Springs. The facility is very pretty and looks 1st class.

We had such a wonderful experience with Lakeside we were immediately blown away by everything they had to offer. They were upfront with everything, there was no nickle or dime going on, and the staff were just fabulous. The memory care side was phenomenal, all the residents were kept out of their rooms to interact with one another and stay engaged. Our loved one really enjoyed the meals and dining service. They made our loved one transition very smooth.

We liked this community a lot however, our loved one needed memory care and not assisted living so we were not able to go with this part of the community.
